McDonald's in Manchester

All of the food including hot chocolate all luke warm and not hot.

We received the wrong order. Couldn’t contact the delivery driver.

No food arrived with the order. Just drinks! Driver delivered to other stops on the way.

First time eating from McDonald's and great meal specially with apple pie

awful freezing cold added 1 hour to original time

Chips were slightly hard and bland

This is exactly the type of mcdonald's you would expect next to 2 massive venues with The Etihad stadium and CO-OP live literally just over the road. Crazy busy, short of parking spaces, and overwhelmed staff who really looked as if they were there on some kind of punishment task! The food, service, and overall experience were average at best.

unfortunately I was missing a drink for my meal as well as any sauces and napkins.

Part of my order was tasteless re the chicken burger

Used this when a match was on, it was mega busy, poor staff rushed off their feet. The burger and chips where cold, staff to busy to care when I mentioned it. I don't think I'll visit again

We ordered a Philly cheese stack but instead got given a mcrispy which we didn’t order. We also were told we would get 6 chicken nuggets for free which we ended up not getting.

Burgers were messed up looked like they had been thrown around no straws in the bag missing half of a milkshake wouldn’t recommend

asked for no cheese and no bun and bacon but got both and no bacon.

Food was freezing! Kept changing delivery time and food had obviously been sitting waiting ages to get picked up. This has happened last few times ordering from this maccies.

Fast food which took an hour and a half. Food was cold. Milkshake was melted and the ice in the drinks completely gone. Presumably it had been sat there for an hour waiting to be picked up by delivery driver. Original delivery was expected for 5pm but kept changing and ended up being 5:58pm

Food was cold the chips came small when we order medium food was poorly boxed

Parked up for a drive through order along with everyone else who ordered. Waited almost 30 minutes and had to go into the restaurant to get our food. Food was cold and had to be returned. The car park was full of people waiting a long time for food and complaining.

Considering it is Supposed to be Fast Food ! It certainly wasn't that Fast 🙄

Absolute joke! Don’t even bother ordering, ordered 2 meals and they only send 1 drink. Food is absolutely freezing cold, never worth it - try the Ardwick McDonald’s it’s better :)

Half the order missing even though we sat in and got table service. Then there was a guy going round collecting the rubbish but not giving time to actually finish our food. My friend picked her burger up and straight away he asked for the box. Absolutely poor.

Went to drive thru, had to wait ages in car park for food. Then brought me wrong food/missing items . Wasn't able to use my app barcode despite trying numerous times. Food wasn't great either sadly

(2023 review) I was pretty disappointed by my McDonald’s today I ordered 2 Mayo Chicken with Medium Fries and Medium Coke. I didn’t get the mayo chicken with the lettuce or mayo and added 2 cheese When I got home, the Coke and Fries was okay but one of the mayo chickens was a beef burger instead of chicken. The other one was correct. So me and my mother had to go back to McDonald’s because of this. My Mothers order was correct and she said she wanted a replacement because her food was going to get cold by the time she gets home. Not only that, the Latte my mother got was COLD I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s again 😒

Was very very disappointed. Fries came cold and stale. Both mayo burgers was cold and smashed ( everything was smudged ) the other burger was cold as well. I don’t even have a microwave to heat it up.

Not the best Mcdonald's as it tends to attract a fair few kids just hanging around - not their fault, just the area. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

If you know someone who works here please, please check up on them because they’re clearly deformed in some way. never have i ever received Fries salted it’s like they’ve mastered the art of fast cold food without salt, on the fries. clearly geniuses

Rubbish cold and chicken select share box missing.

Just went there and one of the staff was very rude when asked for tray on our eat in order which was clearly noted on receipt, she made a face and after asking for ketchup she literally threw them in tray. I also work at food counter and always smile no matter how bad is my day. Will never use this branch again

The best MacDonalds I have had. Just before going to a concert and wasn’t disappointed. Best part was Dave who works there. Was wearing a really funny Muggle Christmas jumper. He was quite the cheeky chap. Good on you Dave.

messed up a basic small order. phoned them up regarding two missing burgers. they told me to come on here and apply for refund. not professional and now I have two unhappy mouths to try find food for while everyone else eating

no cheese or cheese sauce just a dry burger and bun and the fries were enimic no where near cooked enough. absolutely ridiculous at the price they charge. definitely be emailing head office this is third time recently I've had issues with this restaurant

Not only did I have to walk 3 roads away to meet the driver but the food was absolutely stone cold and missing the quarter pounder nothing edible at all my wife and kids have now had to walk to get them some dinner and I spent over £20 with McDonald’s and now have to spend again as just eat offered £3.75 to justify this awful food
