always something missing from order and they not gave me back right price from missing stuff 😔

Waited far too long long and wrong order

the food was cold had to warm it up

Driver was amazing and very pleasant

Drinks had spilt all over food, to which the delivery man said “that’s not my problem” and peddled off on his bike

It was on time as it said but it look quite some time

Full order was absolutely cold and chips were soggy

Foods was cold and forgot items as per usual

order came over 2 hours later and freezing cold. it was for kids at home and for it to be delivered that late is ridiculous! not paying for this!

no Drinks came. no mcflurries no happy meal drinks absolutely fuming. spent £60 half stuff missing

The order was wrong asked for nothing on my burger and it come with everything on I don’t like at all and all the food is cold

Food delivered cold. Driver tracked delivering elsewhere. Ordered mayo chicken & received a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. Shambles again unfortunately.

Was checked for allergies and all correct thank you

Ordered saver menu because we prefer them barm but they put on other barms

they did forget the sauce which did upset me but overall good

I don't really know what to say. Nice compared to most other places, not trashed like other McDonalds. Milo I is cool.

This is exactly the type of mcdonald's you would expect next to 2 massive venues with The Etihad stadium and CO-OP live literally just over the road. Crazy busy, short of parking spaces, and overwhelmed staff who really looked as if they were there on some kind of punishment task! The food, service, and overall experience were average at best.

unfortunately I was missing a drink for my meal as well as any sauces and napkins.

Part of my order was tasteless re the chicken burger

Used this when a match was on, it was mega busy, poor staff rushed off their feet. The burger and chips where cold, staff to busy to care when I mentioned it. I don't think I'll visit again

We ordered a Philly cheese stack but instead got given a mcrispy which we didn’t order. We also were told we would get 6 chicken nuggets for free which we ended up not getting.

Burgers were messed up looked like they had been thrown around no straws in the bag missing half of a milkshake wouldn’t recommend

Food was freezing! Kept changing delivery time and food had obviously been sitting waiting ages to get picked up. This has happened last few times ordering from this maccies.

Fast food which took an hour and a half. Food was cold. Milkshake was melted and the ice in the drinks completely gone. Presumably it had been sat there for an hour waiting to be picked up by delivery driver. Original delivery was expected for 5pm but kept changing and ended up being 5:58pm

Food was cold the chips came small when we order medium food was poorly boxed

Parked up for a drive through order along with everyone else who ordered. Waited almost 30 minutes and had to go into the restaurant to get our food. Food was cold and had to be returned. The car park was full of people waiting a long time for food and complaining.

Considering it is Supposed to be Fast Food ! It certainly wasn't that Fast 🙄

Absolute joke! Don’t even bother ordering, ordered 2 meals and they only send 1 drink. Food is absolutely freezing cold, never worth it - try the Ardwick McDonald’s it’s better :)

Food came amazingly quick but it was cold the burger must have been already made and sat on the side.
