Mahmoud gave me excellent service, he was very welcoming and displayed fantastic customer service skills! I really appreciate the service he has given me and because of his service I will come back.

I had a fantastic experience and the food was delicious Mahmoud provided excellent service—he was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the top-notch service!

Very good and aesthetically very unique fast food place. Absolutely everything is pink (even the ketchup packets) and the aesthetics of the low silver with the pink metro is also very curious. As for the food, we made hamburgers, fingers (if I remember well they were spicy!) and potatoes. If we visit Manchester again we will return but they have several premises so it is easy to find one without going there on purpose. Standard price for being UK. Smoothies and smoothies were more expensive and we didn't order them

I didn’t find quantity to be worthy enough plus the staff was very rude. Idk if that was because of my ethnicity or what but the person was so rude that he didn’t take our order and said it’s better you can order on the machine. And while serving he was literally like throwing straws n stuff whereas he was taking orders of others and serving people on table.

Absolutely loved my experience at Archie’s Restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the signature THE GOOD BURGER , and the dessert was simply divine. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I can't wait to repeat!

The food was delicious but I found the price a bit high, they could keep the price the same and add drinks to the menu or lower the price a bit. I waited about 30 minutes for my food, which was too bad because the place wasn't very full when I ordered, so it was a shame to have to wait that long. The atmosphere was very nice, even though I'm a guy, very pink, it was heartwarming, I really liked it. Also, the cashier Robin was very friendly, helpful and friendly.

Had a great lunch, one of the best hamburgers in town. I was served by Natasha and Mahmoud both very kind and friendly.Besides the interior being to pink for me, the rest was perfect.

The food was great, the most delicious burgers wraps i have ever tasted.

Very aesthetic and eye-catching from far down the street. Clean interiors and great food. Natasha was a great- very courteous- and service was quick!

Can’t go one concert without stopping for Archie’s afterwards lol. Probably best burgers I’ve had until now and I’m still waiting to find better ones if there’s any somewhere in this world

Overall a good place for a nice burger , not a big fan of chicken , but the hamburgers were great. The service was quick they took 7/8 mints for some hamburgers. The sitting area is quite small on the mid-top stairs, with small chairs. The sitting area near the entrance offers more space to sit and move around. The toilet is clean and suited for accessible use as well.

The meals are small and the prices are expensive.

Went on Monday 26/08/2024 early evening. Treat for my grandchildren. I thought it was overly expensive. Food was average apart from milkshakes and waffles which the kids loved. My main issue was the service, it was extremely slow. No sense of an apology and the waffles order took forever - I was about to ask for my money back when order arrived. Probably won't go again. Very disappointed.

Not a fan of the customer service provided here at all and neither the food. The security guard was also so rude, won't be coming her again. No respect at all.

I say, do not care about the high price, bad service, and very ordinary taste. Then I noticed something they have, and in all of Britain, it is impossible. They wear gloves. It is impossible.

The burger is delicious and halal, and the truffle fries are delicious with the pink drink they deserve, Pink Fanta. I think its name, give it 10/10.

Good burger and fries but service isn't great. Felt like the member of staff didn't have 2 brain cells to rub together. Shouldn't be that hard to understand a fast food order in a fast food place. But as I said, the food was decent.

When he learned from my visa card that I am Saudi 🇸🇦🇸🇦, he started treating me and my friend with a clear lack of respect. I asked for the sandwich to be mine without vegetables, and I asked for it with all respect, and he attacked me and said If you speak politely, you are in England, not Saudi Arabia. After a minute of this situation, two young Saudis also came, and when he learned that they were Arabs, he started serving a waffle without gloves, and they told him with all respect that he should wear gloves. He told them that this is the restaurant’s policy, and then they asked him for another spoon, which he did not He responded to them, and when they asked again, he asked them, “Where did they say Saudi Arabia?” He said to them the same sentence he said to us (Be respectful. You are in England, not in Saudi Arabia). So I spoke to him about respecting the Saudis and knowing that we are not afraid of him. What happened today was not Coincidence, but rather his bad treatment of the Saudis.

Food was good! The staff were super nice! I loved the experience at Archie’s! The atmosphere was just amazing. Although the food was a little bit too cheesy, it was a pretty good experience! I would recommend to any people living in Manchester or any tourists!

Justice and hassan were the best!

Left this review bcos they said i cant use the toilet otherwise. Hasan the manager made me leave the review, after letting him know i had health issues. Horrible way to get reviews if im honest. Told me to leave a 5 star review and he’d open the toilet locks.

Hasan and justice wee very professional and friendly and helped us out with the order for our first visit.

Justice and sarh were the ones that provided good service and atmosphere within the shop and made sure all my needs were fulfilled.

Well mannered staff Food is absolutely amazing

This is the first time to come to this restaurant and for sure the last one. I did pay by the self service machine and I received the receipt saying that your order is paid but not submitted for preparation, then I spoke to one of the staff she took the receipt and went inside didn’t explain anything, waiting for ages till I ask another staff member who explained that the system is down that’s why they didn’t receive the order but don’t worry we are preparing your order now. Took more that 30 min to receive my order and after all that they said that the payment didn’t go through although it was deducted from my account and insisted I have to pay again. Also the toilet is dirty and 😷

Staff was so kind and welcoming I had a large family over and the service was not disappointing but actually very quick Mahmoud was one of the kindest staff there and served like I was a part of the royal family 100% recommended to everyone.

Really nice food and shakes - they always pack the food well and it's always consistent.

I was the only person in the restaurant but it took about 20 minutes to get my food which was wrong. I got the wrong kind of wings and when I tried to get a workers attention they ignored me. The cheese fries and burger were nice but probably wouldn't come back again

I took my little girl to this place and we had a great time! It was so clean and well maintained. We tried the waffles and ice-cream and loved it - definitely planning on coming back again.

We always make Archies a must visit, when we are in Manchester. It's range of 'smash burgers' are excellent and hard to beat. Cooked to order while you wait, you know they are fresh. The taste is one to savour, no matter which one you choose. To enhance it further, have a fresh milk shake, you won't be disapointed.

There chicken burger tastes a week old, hard and chewy, worst burger ive ever had, archies on Oxford Road used to be packed with people and now it's dead, I can see why, worst burger ever, should take them to court

Dont be fooled by the hype people, over rated & over priced for what you get. Route66 burger..2smashed patties paper thin. Never again.
