Not a fan of the customer service provided here at all and neither the food. The security guard was also so rude, won't be coming her again. No respect at all.

Milkshake was not the best however it has been better when visited the previous time

Went on Monday 26/08/2024 early evening. Treat for my grandchildren. I thought it was overly expensive. Food was average apart from milkshakes and waffles which the kids loved. My main issue was the service, it was extremely slow. No sense of an apology and the waffles order took forever - I was about to ask for my money back when order arrived. Probably won't go again. Very disappointed.

I say, do not care about the high price, bad service, and very ordinary taste. Then I noticed something they have, and in all of Britain, it is impossible. They wear gloves. It is impossible.

The burger is delicious and halal, and the truffle fries are delicious with the pink drink they deserve, Pink Fanta. I think its name, give it 10/10.

The restaurant is very ordinary, but what distinguishes it from others is the pink theme

When he learned from my visa card that I am Saudi 🇸🇦🇸🇦, he started treating me and my friend with a clear lack of respect. I asked for the sandwich to be mine without vegetables, and I asked for it with all respect, and he attacked me and said If you speak politely, you are in England, not Saudi Arabia. After a minute of this situation, two young Saudis also came, and when he learned that they were Arabs, he started serving a waffle without gloves, and they told him with all respect that he should wear gloves. He told them that this is the restaurant’s policy, and then they asked him for another spoon, which he did not He responded to them, and when they asked again, he asked them, “Where did they say Saudi Arabia?” He said to them the same sentence he said to us (Be respectful. You are in England, not in Saudi Arabia). So I spoke to him about respecting the Saudis and knowing that we are not afraid of him. What happened today was not Coincidence, but rather his bad treatment of the Saudis.

Good burger and fries but service isn't great. Felt like the member of staff didn't have 2 brain cells to rub together. Shouldn't be that hard to understand a fast food order in a fast food place. But as I said, the food was decent.

Food was good! The staff were super nice! I loved the experience at Archie’s! The atmosphere was just amazing. Although the food was a little bit too cheesy, it was a pretty good experience! I would recommend to any people living in Manchester or any tourists!

Left this review bcos they said i cant use the toilet otherwise. Hasan the manager made me leave the review, after letting him know i had health issues. Horrible way to get reviews if im honest. Told me to leave a 5 star review and he’d open the toilet locks.

Hasan and justice wee very professional and friendly and helped us out with the order for our first visit.

Justice and sarh were the ones that provided good service and atmosphere within the shop and made sure all my needs were fulfilled.

Well mannered staff Food is absolutely amazing

This is the first time to come to this restaurant and for sure the last one. I did pay by the self service machine and I received the receipt saying that your order is paid but not submitted for preparation, then I spoke to one of the staff she took the receipt and went inside didn’t explain anything, waiting for ages till I ask another staff member who explained that the system is down that’s why they didn’t receive the order but don’t worry we are preparing your order now. Took more that 30 min to receive my order and after all that they said that the payment didn’t go through although it was deducted from my account and insisted I have to pay again. Also the toilet is dirty and 😷

Staff was so kind and welcoming I had a large family over and the service was not disappointing but actually very quick Mahmoud was one of the kindest staff there and served like I was a part of the royal family 100% recommended to everyone.

Really nice food and shakes - they always pack the food well and it's always consistent.

We always make Archies a must visit, when we are in Manchester. It's range of 'smash burgers' are excellent and hard to beat. Cooked to order while you wait, you know they are fresh. The taste is one to savour, no matter which one you choose. To enhance it further, have a fresh milk shake, you won't be disapointed.

I was the only person in the restaurant but it took about 20 minutes to get my food which was wrong. I got the wrong kind of wings and when I tried to get a workers attention they ignored me. The cheese fries and burger were nice but probably wouldn't come back again

I took my little girl to this place and we had a great time! It was so clean and well maintained. We tried the waffles and ice-cream and loved it - definitely planning on coming back again.

There chicken burger tastes a week old, hard and chewy, worst burger ive ever had, archies on Oxford Road used to be packed with people and now it's dead, I can see why, worst burger ever, should take them to court

Has been my favourite burger place in Manchester 5 years now. Can’t get better quality meat and burgers anywhere close. Absolutely amazing! Couldn’t recommend more.

Had a great time during my visit to Archie’s Diner. The team were really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! The diner itself is super cute and I loved the subway station downstairs - really cool! Special mention to Mo and Zammer who made sure I had everything I needed and chef Zeeshan for making the BEST breakfast pancakes I’ve had in forever. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Archie's offers tasty fare, but falls short in several areas. The self-checkout queue was slow and the waiting time for food was nearly 20 minutes, even for just one item. Additionally, the extra seasoning was only on the top few chips, leaving the rest unseasoned. The removal of social booths and changes to the kitchen layout made for a poorly laid-out experience. While the meal is okay, it's on the pricey side, with £20 easily spent on a burger, chips, and drink. Good late night spot

Do not bother ordering online these shops are only good in person they consistently missed my items I always order 3 items and 2 items were missing consistently I'm not never ordering online again.

Had a great experience at the restaurant it was my first time being in Manchester and trying Archie’s. I saw it on TikTok and had to try it! Definitely have to get it in London.

Loved the vibes, loved the tunes. It is a bit more pricey than other places but worth every penny. Smashed burgers are bae 😍

If I could give it zero I would. Ordered 3 chicken Cheetos burgers and one royal burger with a cheesy fries portion. The Cheetos used in the burgers were old and stale and the burger buns were burnt. Given the taste and quality of the burgers they were massively overpriced. The royal burger’s meat tasted weird and was a bit sour, McDonald’s ones definitely taste better. Stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere.

These man honestly take the piss with waiting times, need to get that fixed asap alongside with your staff taking 5-10 minutes to even serve. Just stupid because the food was nice just other stuff let it down .

Ordered a take out. The burgers are slightly overpriced though they are very flavourful. You do have to wait around 20 minutes once the order has been placed. Visited on a late evening during Ramadhan as my nephew was flying out from Manchester and decided to get him a burger and milkshake. We did believe that there was an offer on where you receive 50% off but this was not available instore. Bit of a con.

Ordered on Uber eats on y the evening 01/04 it was a Birthday celebration weekend in Manchester Waited over an hour. Uber say that the restaurant were closing down for the evening the delay. Food was freezing cold, messy. The curly fries were inedible. and the little we did eat of the burgers made us both ill for a couple of days afterwards. Very disappointing as previously I have had a few absolutely 5 star meals from this store and had recommended it to my partner as a late night option on the bank holiday Monday. It’s a shame as it was his first experience of Archie’s. Very disappointing
