Chicken shawarma was yum, decent price, I will be back!

Food is good and the inside is also nice. We got our food very quickly.

Everything is average nothing extraordinary. If you are hungry and don't find anything around you you can try them but not recommended especially going their.

The pizza we had was fantastic. Quick and easy.

Great place to go after a night out. Normally has music playing later on in the night which keeps the party going. Food is always good. Cheesy chips are covered in cheese! Staff always very friendly

Open till 4 in the morning. Fast service. Great food. It's the place to be on a Saturday night after a wild night out!

I would not recommend visiting this place. The staff’s behavior was disappointing, and the quality of the food was below expectations. As a Turkish person, I asked the chef if there were any other Turkish staff members, and the response was unpleasant. It felt as though my food was prepared with a lack of care, and unfortunately, this reflected in the experience. I hope you’ll take this into consideration when choosing where to dine.

Excellent service and food everytime I visit! The falafel wrap and halloumi wrap are my favourite! 😋 You will feel welcome every time you come in, defiantly recommend!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Things have changed here unfortunately tried to charge ridiculous prices (9.90 for a side of chicken) on top of chips etc which came to £25 for 2x chips and cheese and 1 side of chicken, turns out they tried to charge for a full chicken shish kebab instead and they were definitely trying to extort drunken people at late night in the hope you'd just tap payment and be gone, i hadnt been drinking so caught them out but im sure they catch lots of people with it as the other reviews suggest. 7 years ago i wrote - "Best kebab shop in town without a doubt." Not the same sorry to say.

Food wasn't too bad so if that's what your looking for then it's fine. But the service was terrible, their attitude was rude and clippy like we were a inconvenience for being a customer.

Food is fantastic, we came here for the first time last week and we’re onto our fourth time now. Fresh, affordable, filling without spending so much, considering they’re in an expensive area. Opening/closing times are crazy good, props to them for providing great food at all hours of the day. Well done team!

Deansgate can be expensive to eat ! But this place everything is affordable! I had a mixed meat kebab meal chips & drink just over £9.00 . Very clean , nice seating staff 10/10 very friendly & happy to help with any questions! Menu easy to read ! Quality of food is amazing ! It was packed at dinner time ! Because they do good prep they can serve fast ! So try it next time in Manchester deans gate !

Do not waste your time and money in this place. The customer service is beyond terrible and the food is below average. I went to this place only to be charged more than I was supposed to for a shawarma (pita bread with fillings served in a takeout container). Whenever they started preparing the order I noticed they were making a wrap and when I brought this to their attention they did NOTHING!!! They just boxed a half-made wrong order and handed it to me, with no vegetables or salad!! I again bring this to their attention and ask for the order to be at least finished. After that, they reluctantly take it back and stuff a bunch of onion in there, not much else. The server was incredibly difficult and rude, and it certainly didn’t help that there were three other employees just sitting around doing nothing. The place was empty on a busy evening and it’s clear why that’s the case. The food was hard to eat. The meat was dry, the vegetables were rubbery and the amount of onion in the wrap was very off-putting. I also noticed that they keep raw chicken skewers uncovered next to the uncovered vegetables containers, I’m not sure if this is safe. I know that I will never order from them again and I advise everyone to avoid them as well. I tried to be friendly and polite in all the interactions I had with them, but I was constantly met with hostility or indifference. It’s truly not worth the time and money so I advise everyone to try other places where you’re not treated like an inconvenience for placing an order.

This place absolutely a joke. I don't even know how they are open. I got mixed kebab greasy donner, and chicken was just dry, and the horrible taste salad was even worse, paid £10.40 with a can, also the customer services was shocking, the guys was tried understandably but their attitude was equally shocking and i even thanked them for their services no response at all, I gave them clear my thankful for their services but still no response, heyy we are human not animals, and our stomach not built for Disgusting food what they serviced me and it's not cheap, so I had few bits not gonna lie but It was horrible and It left the food for cat, hopefully cat is gonna be ok,

Only one size lamb doner kebab available which is not large enough. Meat is very peppery and out of a tin, chips are ok but not amazing quantity. Lettuce not too good but the bread is a pitta and better than most places.

they ripped me off. they charged my card £14 for a burger and chips. Avoid, and DO NOT hand over your card, without seeing how much they are charging.

Cheap and decent. There's no wow effect, which is normal for this price, but I didn't get sick from the meal either, which is a plus

Ordered a mix kebab, chicken kebab and cheesy chips. Told the guy on the til about salads, sauces and he waved his hand to say the other guy will sort it. Yet he boxed our meats and plain chips and wrapped it up. I said we wanted salad and sauce which seemed a hassle. Reminded it was cheesy chips, and when we got back they actually only gave us a doner kebab even though we ordered and paid for a mixed. Happy to take the money, but service was nil. Thankfully we intercepted our orders too before we got even less. Disappointed.

This is one of the best kebabs I've ever had! Meat was perfect and the salad was freshly made up. I ordered the mixed kebab and 2 portions of chips. and it was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. I'd just finished a shift doing security the shop was really busy, but they served me within minutes. I will definitely be coming back again and telling all my work colleagues how gorgeous the food is!

An absolutely lovely place I got a doner kebab which was made quickly and to a high standard it was reasonably priced and tasted very good the staff were also very nice all in all I’d strongly recommend hattys

I had the most spicy wrap of my life at Hatty’s but then I told them and they found it hilarious and they did everything they could to make my experience a 10/10. Hatty’s is my favourite takeaway in Manchester and I will always come back. Thank you - no more spicy please x x x

Essen war nicht besonders gut. Fleisch wenig gewürzt, hatte wenig mit Döner gemeinsam. Tische sind schmutzig, Boden mit Essensreste verschmutzt. Service ist zweckmäßig aber nicht übermäßig freundlich.

The pizza I purchased last evening was completely inedible, the base wasn’t cooked at all, cheese on raw dough! 🤮🤮 Needless to say, it went straight in the bin 😡

Been going for years. I know the owner. Went in today and the guy in there was very rude - I walked in with a mate from outside Manchester and said it was great place to eat. I asked how much for something and he got angry and pointed at the menu and walked away. This is just rude and not very acceptable for customer service. He’s a new guy and they have about 5 workers who are awesome and this ruined it.

Unreal food after a night out, these guys are such a great vibe as well!

We ordered a lamb and veg pizza and a halloumi roti wrap which had a fantastic sauce with it. A flavour sensation and super fresh. It was very reasonably priced and served quickly.

Great food and big portions for the price. They are normally open till late, place to grab a bite after a night out. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼
