We have ordered so many times from burger box and everytime they are missing some parts of the order. They dont follow the instructions and misses chips sometimes.

Decent food and a nice place. Got a loaded box with spicy chicken burger, chips, 4 wings and drink for £7. Shoutout to Chico for livening up our night. Will be back for him alone hahaha

Food was incredible and well priced, when I took my first bite I could see fireworks inside my mind, would highly recommend. Chico was lovely and very friendly, what a goat.

So bad food please don't try it I had bad experience my kids had been sick because of that, the burgers bread was melted with much oil and much white cream, made it disgusting and not tasty.

Me and my friend we had 2 loaded box we were enjoying it.. after 3 hours I have the worst stomachache I ever had. I called my friend he was same that was my first time there and last I will never go back

This place is terrible. The meat is bland and smells of beef fat. I think they use their hands/gloves to handle raw meat and touch the buns with the same hands/gloves. You can smell uncooked meat all over the bun it's repulsive.

Ordered the wings and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely my go to burger/chicken joint moving forward! Dont forget the sauces!! They are tasty!

Parking is tricky. There seemed to be more locals than students here which is surprising being in Fallowfield. But good vibes as staff seemed to know a lot of customers including my mate who took me. Previously I had been recommended Burger Box, the steak box is great. I replicated my order at the Longsight branch which ended up being quite bad due to the amount of salt used 😒

Got the twin box butger meal was spicy chicken burger one normal one chips and a drink for £7.99 worth the money but the guy on the desk messed the order up but did rectifed it stright away

Appalling. Would not recommend this place at all, service was terrible with the staff being creepy men who wouldn’t stop staring, you’d think they’d show some haya and lower a gaze yano? Food was pretty bog average, cold chips, not worth the price. Place didn’t look too clean either. Wouldn’t come here again, even if I was starving and it was the last shop open.

It is a nice place with a good variety of choices. We had the chicken burger box meal and peri peri grilled chicken. The chicken was nicely cooked, and the skin on the peri peri chicken was great! The sauces on offer were good, too. I enjoyed the pink and orange ones! It was nicely busy and clean, so it was a great place all around.

I made an uber eats order for the classic loaded box with strips since there isnt an option for the spicy burger and strips i specifically said on the special note could you make the burger spicy and strips spicy i get my food and none are spicy is it that hard to read a simple note and they even got my drink wrong... horrible service

When I went I asked for my oder for it I asked for spicy there was no spice and then after I had a big stomach ache and then I went to the doctors and I showed the burger to them and it was raw

Gourmet burger has to be the best in the area (some would say better than Archie's). The burger patty is firm, not greasy and tastes meaty. The salad and sauce makes for a great overall burger. The spiced fries are standard and delicious. Lots of sauce options including a pink thing which could be taramasalata but who knows it tastes good.

Cannot go wrong here, exceptional quality for a competitive price, staff friendly too. I'm led to believe this may even be the best value/quality burger place in Manchester, try it and you will not be disappointed. My favourites are the grilled peri peri burger or the spicy fillet burger with wings(loaded box B)

Ordered online and made sure to put in notes only lettuce and ketchup on the burger (and only selecting those options during customisation). They got it wrong and added cheese and while I wouldn’t mind normally my partner is lactose intolerant and when we returned to get a replacement we were told to sit down and wait and waited 20 minutes, in the meantime our other burger went stone cold and finally after being fed up and asking where our food was they finally made it again correctly. Not worth it.

Nice burger place with so many different options to choose from. Not much parking around here though

The shop staff were very kind and friendly but I ordered a meal which comes with fries and drink and a spicy burger and three chicken wings, whereas the chicken wings and the fries were alright pot. The spicy burger was soggy, and the chicken fillet inside was half cooked and was stinking. I wouldn’t recommend this shop for anyone who need to eat, a good burger. The price which they give this combo was very attractive, but the quality I would rate it’s zero.

👍👍👍 Very cheap and tasty food. Burgers, salads, rice, chicken potatoes. They just need to improve their sauces for potatoes. Otherwise they only contain mayonnaise and ketchup.

I ordered burger box from uber eats because I know of the place and I thought it was a nice burger shop until I drank my milkshake and there was different pieces of foil that went into my mouth each time I drank it. Overall the food was fine but the milkshake which I always get did not taste right and made me uncomfortable because of how many pieces of foil went into my mouth which I am not happy about.

Really quick service and still the food is always amazing. In my opinion they have the best wings, just slide off the bone clean. Nice big menu.

Their (Spicy) Chicken Supreme Burger meal is a 10/10 and amazing value for money (chips and drink for £6). The burger is perfectly juicy, the hash brown adds a nice crisp when getting the spicy burger (as the chili sauce makes the chicken a bit soggier).

They have the best nuggets! Really tasty and fresh, spicy box meal is my usual here can't go wrong, quality food and fast service

This place is everything. Never have I EVER had chicken so greasy, but in such a beautiful way. This is the best food to eat - not only when drunk. The staff are lovely, as well as the peri mayonnaise, I want another one already. I personally go for the kids meal with the chicken strips, and the waffle when I’ve got quite a sweet tooth. I couldn’t reccomended a fast food joint any more than this one. Burger box, you are amazing.

I honestly thought I was in a Michelin-star restaurant when I came in here and ate the absolutely sublime food. I would die for a burger box spicy fillet burger.

Bought 30 of food and they send mutipack drinks which they are not allowed. Burgers are over cooked and drinks don’t taste right. Tried to call and completely ignored. Would never order food from there again

Food was raw even though it was all cooked from frozen and the staff were ignorant and didn't care sat talking and on phones. Wouldn't come again. Would like to point out that Kuchaei Khan and Farman Javed are relatives of the owners.
