I’m regular customer of Burger box but today I’m very disappointed with this guy in beard taking orders at till he used bad and abusing language with me, he was extremely rude person, his behaviour was literally so bad. I always go with my friends to eat there but after this incident I will not go anymore. He really needs to know how to be a professional and polite with customers.

Compré una hamburguesa de pollo con papas fritas de aquí, fue absolutamente asqueroso, tuve que usar papel de cocina porque había mucho aceite proveniente de la comida, estaba nadando en aceite y no estoy bromeando. Acabo de tirar la comida ya que no podía comerla.

This place is pretty decent for a late night scran. Most of the time if a place is open late, it usually means the food quality isn’t up to snuff, but not with this gaff. Granted, I was quite disappointed with the peri wings as they were tiny and most of the sauce had ran off them by the time I received my order. The fried chicken burger is very flavourful and crunchy, but is lacking in the actual chicken department, so it’s mostly breading. But still, quite tasty. The smash burger is completely serviceable for the time I ordered too(02:30am), so I’m not mad at it. Chips were soft and dry on arrival though, but edible. Will deffo order again, regardless of my critiques

Chico served us, good food good service

The staff are very unprofessional. They don't have the quality to service customers properly. I think when the manager is not here they misbehave with the customer and also delivery driver. Today They misbehave with someone in front of me. They don't know how to behave with customers.

Gourmet burger has to be the best in the area (some would say better than Archie's). The burger patty is firm, not greasy and tastes meaty. The salad and sauce makes for a great overall burger. The spiced fries are standard and delicious. Lots of sauce options including a pink thing which could be taramasalata but who knows it tastes good.

Friendly Staff, Spicy Burger was really good. Seating was not the best

Rock solid chips, a burger that tasted horrendous, ordered sauce and it wasn't provided. Just don't waste your time. I'm sure there's better takeaways in the area and on uber eats this was a complete rip off.

The food was quite delicious, however service time was a bit late. At least I could have been told how much I’d wait. But over all it was good, delicious food, fair price.

Chicken burger was not cooked thoroughly and our fries were undercooked too, they were practically raw. Food had to be thrown away. Absolutely unacceptable, this place used to be great but the standards have dropped so low recently. If you're hungry, go somewhere else. Really disappointed by the drop in quality, two months ago I would've given this place 5 stars.

Best burger ever in Manchester with no doubt

Usually it’s decent but from yesterdays burger meal order I had food poisoning still vomiting. Maybe the cooker didn’t wash their hands with handwash before preparing the food cause the food tasted fresh.

Used to be one of my favourite burgers. But this is the second time happened to me before I post the review as didn’t want to give bad score for just one bad experience. The chicken is really bad uncooked and not fresh, my stomach is killing me today. Seems they added more chilly sauce to avoid the smell of expired chicken. Unfortunately won’t be coming back anymore. They have good service tho but food is 0.

Very oily. Very soggy. Minimal efforts in making it. The fries were decent but I'm sure it's not the best one might have. Price was acceptable. Did not find anything terrible except the oily part but nothing else in particular to praise too. I couldn't complete the meal and I have a very big appetite. It was that oily and stuffy.

I came from Bradford to try the burger box My experience was bad as the chefs had no gloves and a arab guy literally scratched himself and made my wrap. I was so hungry but felt to throw up. Food was really tasty but the service was bad and atmosphere was just fine.

Very very poor quality. We ordered burger meals and jalapeño bites. All the jalapeño bites were refried, so they were oily, burnt and had no filling in them. The chips were stale and dry, again, refried. I would suggest the manager teach the staff how to fry the food fresh per order. The branch on Stockport Road is much better. We will not be ordering from this branch again.

Food was incredible and well priced, when I took my first bite I could see fireworks inside my mind, would highly recommend. Chico was lovely and very friendly, what a goat.

So bad food please don't try it I had bad experience my kids had been sick because of that, the burgers bread was melted with much oil and much white cream, made it disgusting and not tasty.

This place is terrible. The meat is bland and smells of beef fat. I think they use their hands/gloves to handle raw meat and touch the buns with the same hands/gloves. You can smell uncooked meat all over the bun it's repulsive.

Repliqué mi pedido en la sucursal de Longsight que terminó siendo bastante malo debido a la cantidad de sal utilizada 😒

Appalling. Would not recommend this place at all, service was terrible with the staff being creepy men who wouldn’t stop staring, you’d think they’d show some haya and lower a gaze yano? Food was pretty bog average, cold chips, not worth the price. Place didn’t look too clean either. Wouldn’t come here again, even if I was starving and it was the last shop open.

It is a nice place with a good variety of choices. We had the chicken burger box meal and peri peri grilled chicken. The chicken was nicely cooked, and the skin on the peri peri chicken was great! The sauces on offer were good, too. I enjoyed the pink and orange ones! It was nicely busy and clean, so it was a great place all around.

I made an uber eats order for the classic loaded box with strips since there isnt an option for the spicy burger and strips i specifically said on the special note could you make the burger spicy and strips spicy i get my food and none are spicy is it that hard to read a simple note and they even got my drink wrong... horrible service
