Absolute legends these lot, battered sausage top tier!

Advertised as Large Cod and Chips gets choice of mushy peas gravy or curry sauce, was never offered either. The chips were like they had been steamed and shown the oil for 30 seconds, limp and soggy. The batter on the fish was soggy and doughy with a strange taste, like the fish was wrapped in a steamed pancake. Terrible fish and chips, won't be back.

Hits the spot! Enjoyed the Atlantic special with a can of coke seated in for Friday dinner. Salt and vinegar to taste. Staff friendly and efficient!

We had large fish, fish cake, large chips (shared) and battered sausage (snack on the way to the car..). All very tasty. Definitely improved from a few years ago.

Portion size decreased, price same. Batter and fish not to usual standard. Not hot on delivery. Overall a very disappointing meal. Won’t be ordering again. I had been a regular customer this last 18 months or so. Goodbye

Very very disappointed, I come here often as it is my local chippy the fish portion was small the chips were cold and greasy I feel that I have been ripped off. I rang to complain to them the guy initially hung up on me then said that I am giving him a headache!

Must of been a bad batch of chips rancid taste ,, funny taste.. had to throw most of them away 👎🏻 Fish didn’t look great either. It’s a shame because it was my first time visiting the area disappointed to say the least 😕. Not sure I would try again maybe an off day I don’t know.

Sent a regular portion of chips instead of the large portion paid for. I know because I use the same sized plates each time I order. The chips tasted like last nights, refried.

Only part of order received rang Atlantic Fish Bar who told me to get a refund and reorder , I explained then I would have to pay again for delivery which I shouldn’t have to do . He then said he had no drivers !! Terrible service and just a rude man !

Yesterday, I bought two portions of fish and chips, but I was really disappointed with them. The fish was old and dry not fresh , and the batter was far too thick and overcooked, rather than a proper crispy coating. It wasn’t anything like what I expected.

A succulent meal. Good sized portion of fish too. Enjoyed very much. Thanks to the delivery driver too, especially in this cold weather.

No fish delivered, ordered fish and chips and missed the main part of the order. ridiculous for a FISH and chip shop.

Food wasn’t delivered in an insulated bag, so was stone cold by time delivered. Some of these delivery drivers really despise the customers so they don’t care if food is inedible. Chips are hurried when reheated in microwave. Too thick to understand.

£11.99 on JustEat for a such small piece of cod that they falsely describe as a large or whale, what a joke! They just send regular and pocket the difference. You get better size frozen from Iceland supermarket. Scam! Also very strange all recent flurry of the 5* reviews are left by people who have never reviewed any other business.

I have had a really bad experience with these people the chips and gravey mushy peas have some sort of grit as we all ate and at first I thought it was a one off but a few weeks later same happened again all my family was complaining about grit feeling whilst having the chips and gravy mushy peas I called up and complained and the lady said its a first I won't be going back. Management need to step in and check food regularly
