Friend and I booked bottomless brunch at £35 each.. staff were inattentive and due to lack of staff being around to take drinks orders, we chose to leave after 2 drinks. When the bill arrived we were charged £57 each. We queried this and the manager on site (28.07.24) apologised for her lack of communication in dealing with drinks as she had wrongly added drinks to our bill. She “rectified” our bill by refunding us the £22 cocktails but refused to take any responsibility for the lack of poor service. I have been to many bottomless brunch experiences and this is the worst. One to avoid.

We came to Ramona for the first time, Fey our server was amazing! So attentive and lovely! The rest of the staff were so welcoming and the vibes were amazing. Drinks were fast and food was decent! Thankyou!

Visited after hearing good things and were left severely disappointed… The mango and yuzu margarita was delicious but absolutely minute for £11. Was surprised to discover that the pizza ‘slice’ was like a canteen traybake square - the margarita was a piece of stodgy cheese bread with a blob of dolmio sauce on top. I’m astonished that this place is so popular! After we’d eaten, our waitress, who seemed to lack basic etiquette in clearing tables, scraped our leftovers onto a plate and stacked them up on the table in front of us. Soon after, the same waitress asked us to leave despite us only being seated for less than an hour. I understand that they are busy and have a fast turnover but there is no need to spoil the experience by rushing customers… Huge shame as the drinks were yummy and the reception staff, lovely. Please teach your servers some basic customer service!🥲

We had the warmest and most attentive waitress named Bella. She looked after me and my friend while we caught up over some drinks. We had a margherita slice each then shared some spicy wings, truffle tots, mac and cheese and shared a sticky toffee pudding. The happy hour margaritas were divine too! The atmosphere and service was exemplary, thank you Bella for making my first Ramona experience so enjoyable!

Absolutely amazing restaurant. We were only in town for the night and wanted someplace fun with great food and atmosphere. Totally stumbled upon Romona and are so glad we did. The staff was super warm and friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the pizza was awesome deep dish style. If we ever find ourselves back in Manchester, we will definitely go back!

we came here by recommendations. While the food was quite phenomenal which it truly was.. to arrive and be told the table wasn’t ready and to wait in the bar but not be told where it was I felt uncomfortable as it was very very busy it just didn’t go to a good start for me. The toilets are an absolute disgrace it’s like something out of a festival not out at a meal that will cost £50-£60 I would expect some toilet roll and average normal toilets. It was literally a box from a festival. One last moan was that we were told after 45 minutes of being at our table and they were late seating us that we only had 30 minutes left yet we were still waiting on food?! Figure that one because I can’t. Aside from this the food was outstanding just other things letter this place down seriously letting it down.

The bouncer (Lewis) was unnecessarily rude and out of hand, disrespected the customers. Wouldn’t recommend horrible night.

Came here for New Year’s Eve and had an awful night. False advertisement for the event. Ramona used video footage from firehouse, eluding a very different experience. Ramona is nothing like firehouse, so using firehouse footage for advertisement is very misleading. The event was very boring, no entertainment, too crowded, no where to dance, no where to sit. Plus disgusting outdoor toilets. All in all awful night and wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Also, last entry was before 9pm. If people are being asked to arrive so early, at least make it enjoyable and accommodating.

This place is one of the unexpected gems of Manchester. I must say I was fairly overwhelmed and impressed by the very friendly staff.. As a matter fact, unlike all the other reviews, I’ve left on Tripadvisor so far, Ramona and the fireplace is certainly a really good and autisticlly friendly place to visit in a city that is known for its vibrant culture, reached diversity, arguably the grand capital of the north-west of England. While the music wasn’t exactly to my taste, not to mention, the layout was initially quite confusing, I had an encounter with Ramona herself, who took an instant shine to me and was willing to go to the extra length to listen about my reasons for attending. As a Matter of fact, Ramona and the fireplace is four different businesses all rolled into one, which is very unique for an establishment such as this. The overall outside layout, outshone other businesses in the area, but it does need to be made clear, that if you want to go have a good time and by that I mean, have drinks with mates and an overall dance, this is the place to go, especially if you’re autistic like me and the sound of heart throbbing music put you right off. Another improvement I think needs to be made is how the menu changes on a daily basis although it’s not an immediate concern because there are plenty of staff on hand to ask that very question. Overall my experience was the most friendliest I’ve ever been to, and if I would to visit Manchester for a third time in the future, this will definitely be a place. I would recommend even to my fellow autistics. .

Basic "pizza" which is foccacia with a topping and tata tots. With a " voluntary uninformed " service charge . Not one if you want to come out still hungry.

Had a great time for Bottomless Brunch. There were a great selection of drinks and the pizza slice was to die for! The drinks were flowing really well and there wasn’t one occasion where we had an empty glass. Definitely my new favourite place for Bottomless in Manchester! What an absolute piss take. The “slices” of pizza look and taste like some deep (spongy) crusted Findus-like processed piece of carpet. One tiny slice with two bits of pepperoni. The place was freezing cold and the toilets stunk and were dingy and dirty. The cocktails tasted weak and were tiny. Everything about this place smacks of pretentiousness and really is for people that don’t know any better.

Food was rubbish, the drinks were not good. Service was poor and the staff told us half way through our meal we had to vacate the table in 30 minutes. Never again! Oh and the food was cold!
