Food was hot and very nice only thing I have an issue with is that for nearly £20 I expected something a bit bigger than what I got! Other than that it was tasty

Multiple food choices on offer though I did find when we first went in there was quite afew foods that was running low and had gone dry or cold or hard. But then once they had replenished food it was all tasty. The deserts on offer though wasn't as nice as another COSMO place we'd been to in Belfast but none the less there was different variety's. The toilets could do with a clean and seats fixing in cubicles. If you struggle being in busy loud places this probably isn't the best place to go we went around 4 and it was very manic people bumping into you and you find yourself trying not to spill your food whilst walking around and dodging people. Waited awhile to be seated as there was no one around and a qué had formed but eventually got seated no problems.
Had such a fantastic time at bottomless brunch celebrating my sisters birthday, izzy went above and beyond for all of us making sure we always had a drink, so friendly and such a down to earth girl! The decor is did was really nice it was Our first time visiting and we cant wait to come back again. Thank you for making my sisters birthday so special

Gluten free menu lookednok, albeit limited, however most of the items I asked for were not available. Eventually ended up with just a burger and chips. Sadly the driest burger ever, garnish was appealing and the bun was like a rock.
My husband order the cluck starter, only after paying, it sold out, so it had to be changed. In return a plate of beige. I couldn't share this (I could have had the cheese on the 1st one, so paid extra for another Gluten free rock, I mean roll). His burger was slightly better than mine, and I did get bun envy of his soft fluffy brioche bun.
The positives were the staff, the chap taking my order was helpful and apologetic and the lady who brought the food overhead the pointlessness of my additional roll, so offered a refund.
All in all, it was one of the most disappointing meals I've had out, which is a shame because it could be lovely.
Food was, in some parts great, in others poor.
I know they say “charred not burnt” but, a couple of pieces in my wife’s chicken tikka masala were so “charred” they were hard. The mixed grill however was great.
The service we received last night was quite poor, slow and very hap-hazard. My food came out first and I was nearly finished by the time that my wife was served her main, to top it off my nan came out after I’d finished my whole meal.

Stayed here in May 2025. Good location, friendly staff, but room was 26.5 degrees all night, with no aircon and a window that only opened an inch. Sadly, the heat ruined the experience. Hardly any sleep for two nights. There were two desk fans already in my room on arrival, which was something, but all they did was move the hot air around. Photo shows thermostat which was turned down as low as possible - no cooling available, only heating. Pity as it could have otherwise been a 5 star experience. I shall not return.

Right from the start to the end, Asif made sure we we're well looked after and recommended us the best dishes on the menu - which were incredible! I will be come back again.
Thank you for the service Asif.
My wife and I visited this restaurant / bar in midweek. The place it's self is great very well done out . however, the food is a let down
I ordered a steak, but it did not come with a flat mushroom, and the salad was a joke, one bit of lettuce with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on it . my wife had the burger. There was very little in it very, very boring. She had much better in Burger King . and the side of onion rings was just greasy. It's like the cook / chef can not be bothered . Lack of presentation. There were not a lot of people in at the time, and it was a lovely hot day . I asked the manager for a drink as he was giving out food and was passing me anyway. And I did not end up getting it, so I at to order it again. The staff was just OK . small talk goes a long way. How are you , how's your day . The weather is lovely. Are you on holiday. Have you been here. It all leaves a lasting impression . Sadly, this place did not
It's in a great location. And the building it's self is fantastic . This looks like a negative review . But it's really not this place can do so much better . The food was just poor poor poor a letdown, and we read so much about this place . Come on, guys, pick it up. There are so many bars and restaurants to choose from all over Manchester. Have you got more to give, or are you giving up ?
This wagamama is the best I’ve visited in the UK, not only is the food amazing as per usual but the staff are second to none. They make every visit worthwhile. Blake, mai and charlie served us this visit and were wonderful as per usual. Blake has amazing knowledge of the menu and gave us stellar recommendations. Mai and charlie are management/ team leaders and we saw them guiding their team wonderfully and taking charge when needed. They both seem to have wonderful relationships with their team members and everyone seemed at ease around them and their management style. Our food was run by Kenza who made such lovely conversation with us both (and we had matching earrings so amazing style🥰😗) everyone walks around with a smile on their face and is more than happy to help and get you anything you need. He wasn’t in today but special mention to James- probably the most lovely guy you’ll ever meet and always greets me with a huge smile and asks how I am. I will be forever loyal to this wagas!! If you haven’t been now is an amazing time to pop in as there’s so many new things on the menu and the staff will be happy to talk you through it and explain what everything is :)
