Despite disabilities told not their job to give you any help. Told when I said he was useless “do you want to take it outside “ threatened to get police to dump me on the street and refuse to serve me, said I was a fake. So scared I crossed to south side.

I was at the premiere south both north & south hotels are so close to the airport only 5 minutes away breakfast at @ £11.99 was a bit disappointing. You can call at a creasey spoon and get a nicer one for £6 25

We always find Premier Inn beds and rooms clean and comfortable. This was no exception. Good location just a couple of miles from the airport. Only downside is that you are charged £12 for parking. A bit much considering we were only there for seven and a half hours. However the hotel was very reasonably priced and the rooms are also a decent size compared to other "budget" hotels.

I am a regular traveller and stayed in the hotel all over the world. I was hugely disappointed with this hotel, extremely slow wifi internet, If you want high speed internet they want you to pay extra, no smart tv in the room and cheap all in one gel for shower. I expected alot more thinking its chain of hotels.

What to check in 50 minutes early? That'll be £10. Want Internet that actually works? That'll be another £5. Airport shuttle? £10 more pounds. TV remote didn't work and the bathroom floor had soft spots everywhee. The only positive was the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. Just spend a few extra pounds and booked a hotel that isn't run down and offers those services as a part of your stay.

Had a great stay at the premier inn we had just got off our flight at 1:30 in the morning and arrived everything was perfect and ready , the breakfast staff were amazing constantly checking on us and asking if we needed anything , I sadly left my teddy in the room I have had this teddy for over 18 years , I rang to check if they had it , the receptionist was rude and like he couldn’t be bothered to look for it , I rang back in the morning and the guy was trying his best to help me he wrote my number down and said he would check with housekeeping and ring me straight back I heard nothing back , I rang back again as I am desperate to find him and the guy was the first guy on the phone and again he shut me down and was like no it’s not here and the call was short and rude. Its not their fault I left my best but I was hoping for them not to be rude and for them to be more helpful finding something sentimental to me

This hotel is super super old. Everything was clean but it’s just in desperate need of a renovation. The vibes were off. It’s actually not that close to the airport either.

A great location and a clean and useful hotel that is great to stay prior to flying out from Manchester. Located a couple of minutes from the car parks and drop offs etc it is so handy to get too. Staff are the real gem here.

I struggled with the language barrier of staff speaking some English but the guy serving behind the bar made u feel uncomfortable asking for anything as was to much effort. just how he spoke as he was so quietly spoken had to keep repeating my self to him . But noticed seem to use alot foreign workers which is no issue but as long as it does not get in the way of any issues may have solving gladly only had to explain lots out order .

This was a Premier Inn. Nothing fancy. Arrived early morning and staff looked tired and not that welcoming if I'm honest. Loked like they'd had a boring shift and didn't want to be there. Breakfast staff in morning were also tired looking and had no oomph about them. Quite unprofessional and no smiles etc. Quite disappointed really.

Mostly being used for those going to and from the airport. Expect to pay £15 to £25 for a taxi to the airport. Rooms were decent value, and we're nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast isn't included in the price (£12 for cooked breakfast, £10 for continental). Buffet style, however lots of items weren't being restocked very quickly, including most of the cooked breakfast items... and they even ran out of tea bags (which is unforgivable!)

Good location in a mid price range for Manchester airport. We had to stay here after the airport annihilated itself with the power cut. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable and decent bathrooms. Restaurant had a good selection of food and drink. Only down side was maybe the bar tables could have been cleaned better but that's just being picky. Staff were so friendly and helpful, special mention for Nicole who we felt went the extra mile for us.

Hotel is located 5 minutes away from the airport (although the taxi drivers charge exorbitant rates for such a short distance; from the coach station to the hotel cost 15 pounds!). As always premier inn beds and pillows were awesome 👍 Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the staff (especially catering) were friendly. Dinner choices were vast ( I recommend you book a table at check in for dinner).

Having stayed in many Premier Inns this one felt tired. The food at dinner was poor with all the mixed grilled meat over cooked. Plenty of other hotels in the area so wouldn't needs to stay here again.

Handy enough for when you're flying in or out of Manchester Airport but it's far enough away from the airport that if you aren't driving, you'll need to get a taxi, which seemed to be a bar rate (March 2024) of £13 one way or about £4pp if you're in a shared taxi. The rooms are a little bit dated and the bar area is way too small for the amount of rooms, especially seeing that most will be having a pre-holiday drink 😂 Restaurant was decent enough and not a long wait for the food to arrive. Staff were pleasant and the buffet breakfast is good value.

Accommodation to standard expected. Two Premier Inns on the same site, not easily distinguishable. South hotel receptionist was slow to understand me, english not her native tongue, and her attitude was unhelpful. The next morning, a male staffer could not have been more engaged, polite, intuitive, and helpful.

Another great Premier Inn very competitively priced for an airport hotel. Staff on the front desk were super helpful and friendly and the rooms were very modern and immaculately clean. Well done everyone there.

This is a really good hotel. I've stopped there many times. It is great for going to Manchester Airport before a flight, going to Manchester City centre, and it isn't bad to get into Liverpool City centre, around an hour. The rooms are a good size, and with all premier inn rooms, the beds are extremely comfortable. I'd also choose this hotel for Manchester airport, or Manchester in general.

Checked in here a few times as it's cheap and close to the airport. Rooms just big standard but nice enough. Higher quality bedrooms in the opposite Premier Inn but this one looks nicer from outside. I've had to marl service down. The waiter at the restaurant was just rude. Have you booked he asked? We said no, he said well you need to book. Even though the restaurant was half empty. I had paid upon check in for the dinner, bed & breakfast deal also. It was upon checking out I noticed I was charged the dinner again. So currently trying to resolve this with Premier Inn. Location is great. But I'm now thinking I'll stay elsewhere next time i need an airport hotel which is a shame as the sevice was always good.

However, its proximity to the highway might deter those seeking a tranquil environment. The amenities are sufficient for a short stay, ensuring a good night's sleep before or after a flight. Service: 3/5 Staff members are generally friendly and accommodating, although service can be inconsistent at times. Guests might encounter delays or oversights, but overall, the service meets expectations for a budget-friendly hotel. Amenities: 3/5 Basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi and parking are available, catering to the needs of most guests. However, the hotel lacks additional facilities such as a gym or swimming pool, which might disappoint some travelers. It's an ideal choice for travelers seeking affordable accommodation without compromising too much on comfort. It's premier Inn, you know what your getting and that is always the plus. But the staff here are really helpful, and welcoming. Emma gets a special mention as she was on hand and went above and beyond for us. Shes a credit to the team and makes the INN just that extra bit better 🙂🙂 go that girl 😀

Good base for Manchester Airport. However the customer service lets the hotel down. Also, the car parks, costing £10, are full of pot holes and offer no security for vehicles

About 6-8 minutes drive from the terminals. As there are two Premier inn locations across from each other make sure you know which one you are staying at before you bring everything inside, as 2 people made this error when I was checking in. The room was basic but fine for my one night. WiFi was strong in the room. £10 parking which you pay separately in the morning at a machine outside isn't ideal as it was freezing cold and dark for me.

Staff not reactive to who waiting to be served. Very ageist. Too busy serving people they knew. Lots of staff roaming around doing nothing instead of serving. Won't be going back. Overpriced crap! It's just lucky it's beside the tram stop. Good for rainy days n that's about it

Thank you so much to Sarika to welcome us even late at night and make sure we were comfortable. She patiently gave us ample time to go through the menu before we ordered. It’s the second time we’ve been here and we definitely coming back again.

Went with a large group of friends (10), many of whom were vegetarian and vegan. I'm not, but am allergic to milk, and the server was very helpful in checking what contained milk products, and what could be substituted. Another friend doesn't like spicy food so was advised as to which sauce to swap for the spicy one that'd normally come on the meal she ordered. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and although we arrived as a large group without pre-booking (N.B. you're not able to book online for large groups), we were able to wait 10-15 mins so they could fit us in. Prices were reasonable and the food was good, plus they had a good variety of drinks. Another friend joined us just for drinks a bit later. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
