I usually enjoy my food from here but tonight the donner meat was never dry and been left all day sorry dint enjoy it atall

Food was cold. Chips weren’t cooked properly. Tasted old or stale, as if the food had been left out for a while.

I’ve been eating here for years, but it’s gone downhill every time. I know it’s just a few quid for the food, and my expectations aren’t that high, but today’s meal was absolutely terrible. The burger I had was shocking. I used to love this place, but I felt I had to say something this time. It really wasn’t good. Hopefully, they’ll sort it out.

These guys are so accommodating. Their customer service is always the best the most friendliest people. Pizzas are also nice and their food is always delivered and ready for collection on time. Prices are fantastic

they gave me polystyrene despite explicitly asking not to (I guess they don't have alternatives, which is really bad!), they didn't come up to my flat despite me specifically asking them to, fortunately I'm not physically disabled.. I only order from them when my regular pizza places is inexplicably closed, they're not bad as a 2nd choice

This is one of my favourite takeaways joint but today’s Chicken wings felt soggy and tasted like a day or two which were kept & warmed up. Very disappointing.

Didn't feel like eating as it was so late!

where do I start the delivery time which was between 9:35 p.m. and 9:55 p.m. on ringing and ringing and ringing and finally getting through at 10pm I get told we are busy and we are just cooking our food now which was 10 this is unacceptable when people that want in the food are diabetics and should have eaten by a certain time this is not acceptable and it's just arrived at 20 past ten in the evening disgusting and unacceptable.

ordered the king size kebab which was pathetic in size donner was OK the other meat was chewy and in edible smallest portion of chips I've seen the nan bread was over cooked . I also ordered no salad as I'm allergic to cucumber and salad was put in the box , really not happy with the order seeing how many times I order from here

I ordered at 7pm and got my food at 9pm. this is dangerous for me as I am diabetic and pregnant. my drink was really warm and my partners was nice and cold. not happy. only positive was that the salad was very fresh

They'd run out of one of the vital ingredients, anchovies, they were really late, didn't understand a simple instruction to replace tuna with olives, they gave me polystyrene despite explicitly asking not to, they didn't come up to my flat despite me specifically asking them to, fortunately I'm not physically disabled... They couldn't find my quite simple to find address cause they didn't look properly due to waiting in their car...

Over 2 hour late. Constantly avoiding call and saying driver came. I have CCTV installed around my property and no one came. Staff was very rude. Never ordering from this ridiculous place again.
