Nero in Manchester

Stop here to pick up my coffee and cinnamon swirl on my way to work. Staff are lovely and always helpful. Service is quick and efficient. Coffee is great. Cinnamon swirls are to die for. Also use Click n Collect here which is perfect if I'm running late. Would definitely recommend!

Barista texting when customers waiting

Cappucino that lost its froth in two sips, a chilly room, and having to pay an extra 5p for the privilege. Petty and miserly.

Dirty toilet with no schedule to indicate when or if they had been cleaned, nobsign to say who in the Coffee shop should be advised. A very very slim chocalate Brownie charged at £2.75 it was almost like eating a large crumb. Will not part with my money in here again.

Really slow service staff need to drink some coffee to wake up a bit

Not exactly the greatest coffee but better than Starbucks and it's in a decent convinient location with some cost seating so does the job for a Saturday morning coffee and croissantir gingerbread man with my 3 yo daughter.

I've been going to this branch for years now, and the quality almost never changed. Delicious food & fresh cakes/ dessert. I like sitting here alone, reading a book, or doing some work. Nero is great. Regular cappuccino, blueberry cheesecake, and a panini= £10.80 Nero wins, consistency is what makes them the best in Manchester.

Pop in most mornings to get coffee on my way to work, always a queue out the door, so you know it's a decent one! The staff are pleasant enough, but that early in the morning you'll never get any atmosphere and we're all waking up. Fairly clean and spacious, always well stocked.

Buen sitio para tomar un descanso y resguardarse de la lluvia. Café normal. El croissant era genial. Si pides el café para llevar te lo dan en un vaso más grande. Sofás cómodos.

Ordered normal hot chocolate and luxury hot chocolate expecting that to be all singing all dancing. What a disappointment. We couldn't tell the difference. The black forest gateaux was lovely. The staff were busy chatting to a visitor who stood part way behind the counter so didn't want to interrupt their fun by asking which drink was which.

This is a great place to stop for a coffee and a sandwich when you are out shopping in town. There is lots of nice seating and service is quick. There is a very good choice of drinks and snacks and prices are very reasonable. To be recommended.

The atmosphere is very nice and the staff always helpful, when you need it - which does make a difference. The snacks and drinks, gives you a chance to relax for a while before you continue on your way. Highly recommended

Great coffee, great service but the toilets!! I’d go as far as unpleasant You have to pass the steps down to a filthy cellar & the actual unisex toilet is definitely in need of a refurb, or at least a lick of paint Hot tap wasn’t working either, tiny dribble of hot water. Not good

Caffè Nero is my favourite of the major chains and I spent plenty of time in this unit when I worked nearby. I’m pleased to see that it hasn’t changed. It’s spotless, the baristas are very efficient and the coffee is as good as ever

Called in for a pre meeting coffee. Lovely clean customer area with nice relaxing seats. Great for an informal meeting or just chilling with friends

We are fans of Caffe Nero - so popped in here to have a coffee and cake before going on to the theatre. Lovely coffee and I tried the cappuccino cake which was very tasty. A mixture of standard tables and chairs but also plenty of comfy armchairs to chill out in. The staff were polite and helpful and the tables were kept clear and cleaned regularly. I do find it surprising that they close at 18.30 considering they are in Central Manchester.

I would always choose Nero over Starbucks but there isn't too much in it. These chains are beginning to annoy me Need better coffee

A very busy Caffe Nero in Manchester. Lovely hot Americano Coffee. We also tried some of their chocolate cake on this visit. It was lovely and tasty. Although busy, the server was friendly and efficient. Tables were cleared quickly.

Never go wrong with Caffe Nero for their especially in coffee. The sweet is different than other similar other coffee shops and really recommend it for break.

Good city center location so I popped in to get drinks for the workers , the whole order was wrong ! Just another corporate passionless coffee shop herding us through like sheep , well Cafe Nero here I am bleating !

This massively popular chain of cafes serves disappointingly weak coffee. I find that inexplicable. They could do much better.

Precio medio. Lugar muy cómodo y agradable para tomar algo mientras se charla o se necesita hacer tiempo por alguna razón. El café no es nada del otro mundo. El chocolate caliente con crema batida arriba si está muy bueno.

Se siete di passaggio in Inghilterra non potete che trascorrere del tempo in uno di questi locali, il caffè è sempre preparato in maniera eccelsa, il "Barista", così si chiama che vi serve, sempre molto cortese ed attento.

I prefer Nero over Starbucks, I think it feels more the Gentleman's coffee place rather than, "lets all get a skinny frappucino"... it feels classier! They don't burn the coffee beans either which means their coffee tastes like coffee, rather than burnt toast of cigarette butts!
