Varun was very friendly and helpful

Jobin was amazing, he helped us,with a little confusion in our order. I ordered an extra sausage, and I got scrambled eggs instead. Jobin "saved the day'', with a big smile on his face, not only that I kept the eggs but I got not one extra sausage, but two 😀 What a nice way to start the day.

App doesn't work. Order a breakfast baguette but cannot proceed unless you add potatoes.

Paid £22 for 2 breakfast which had no mushrooms. When asked the server and he queried with the kitchen they said it was out of stock. So the server offered me substitutes, so I asked for a sausage. For which I was denied at first saying we can only chose a veg substitute not meat and after making exception they brought it after 20mins when we were done eating and were leaving to go to our gate. Never coming back to this place

absolutely love everything about this place! it’s my favourite cafe at Manchester airport because of their brilliant food, exceptional service and the perfect view of flights outside on the tarmac. the staff are polite, quick-on-their-feet and well-humoured. always get a very relaxed vibe here as compared to any other coffee / brunch shop at the airport. they’ve got an excellent menu that’s served fresh, warm and deliciously well done. kudos to the staff here that take the effort to get to know your preferences and serve you with warmth that’s much needed on cold, rainy Manchester days especially when your flight’s delayed. thanks to Cafe Balzar and Varun, Uzdah, Carina, Anu and Rachel for making airport travel a pleasant experience. always coming here for a gold cuppa coffee and plane-spotting. 👌🏼✈️looking forward to those delayed flights to spend more time here, cheers! 👏

Some of the better food we as Americans had on our Trip of the Isles. Salads actually have leaf lettuce and Steak Frites was great.

Portion of fries took 15mins. When the restaurant was not even busy. Horrible services!

Honestly the best blueberry French toast I've ever eaten and quick service. Husband had difficulty with paying through the app but servers were really helpful.

Ate at manchester airport - food was okay for the price but it is airport food so what do you expect. However, Jobin (i do not know his last name sorry ) service was incredible. He made us feel welcome before our flight

We had a lovely breakfast which came out in good time, followed by a glass of rosé and a beer before our flight back home to Spain, our server was named jobin and he was very friendly.

Not bad airport cafe and bar offering breakfast options that you can eat whilst watching excited locals slam jaeger bombs at 7.30am or stare out over a grey Manchester morning as you observe Easyjet customers fly off to Spain or Portugal or France or Germany.

A little expensive, but then you are in the airport. We chose the breakfast baguette and it arrived quickly and was substantial and tasty - maybe a little too much garlic in the mushrooms 😉 The coffee also tasted really good. We were looked after by Varun.

Absolutely perfect!!! I’ve never been to this place before and would absolutely come back again. I ordered via the app. The menu is amazing and the taste is fabulous. My friend said the vegan sausage was the best she’s ever had! The French toast was so soft!! We had the pot of tea and two cafe lattes with coconut milk. All the staff are really friendly and hard working. A really lovely atmosphere! Thank you ❤️

Just stopped for drinks, quick and speedy service by Farjima. Only complaint that is that I got charged twice for my drinks by using the QR code.

The Eggs Benedict Croissant and Avocado and Eggs on Sourdough Toast are tasty. The cappuccino is great. Our waitress Rakhi is lovely.

Manu's service was outstanding. The meal was delicious, and there was a wide range of drink options. This place is a great choice for relaxing in Terminal 1.

Absolutely horrendous! You need to adjust your prices to your portions! Either drop the price for what you serve or make it worth .

We were served by a wonderful, polite and incredibly professional young lady (Farjima) who made the experience even better. I ordered the steak frites which was absolutely delicious. Extremely high quality food served impeccably by Farjima.

Had a busy schedule but finally putting up the reviews as promised. Had Pink Lemonade today morning and damn, it was good! Will make sure to have more drinks when and if I am at this terminal again (: Cheers to Joel especially

Emily and Rochi gave us a very warm welcome! This made our visit very comfortable as it was a nice family setting. The food was delish and came it very quickly, would recommend the steak sandwich. Thank you Emily and Rochi!
