Café Balzar in Manchester

Coffee was exceptional, food great and staff very friendly. My new go to when I’m in the airport.

Served by Joban who was polite and helpful

Waiter help me choose food as I have a milk Intolerance. He guided me through the menu.

Beware The chocolate fondant is 8 cm wide and 5 cm high with an ice ball on top of similar size. You'll have to wait 15min.

Had a flight super early, and got greeted by energetic and kind staff that provided me with amazing food and the best pink lemonade ever! Thanks to Jobin for making it so attentively, loved it!

Food was delicious. Jobin (bar staff) was absolutely delightful, so cheerful and polite! Just what you need on an early morning flight.

I stopped by Café Balzar recently and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and drinks. Avocado Toast with Scrambled Eggs: This dish was not just delicious but also incredibly satisfying. The toast was perfectly crisp, providing a great base for the creamy, well-seasoned avocado. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and generously portioned, making it a hearty and filling meal. It felt fresh, balanced, and left me feeling energized. Vanilla Latte: The vanilla latte was a treat. The espresso was rich and smooth, complemented beautifully by the hint of vanilla sweetness. A comforting and flavorful drink to round out. Ambiance & Service: Café Balzar despite being on Airport has a inviting atmosphere that made the whole experience even more better. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure everything was just right. Overall, Café Balzar delivered on taste, quality, and service. The avocado toast and vanilla latte combo is a winner for a satisfying breakfast.

Service excellent, Carina was my server. Food just average airport stuff. Bar staff helpful and good humourd. Your app is pants and whoever designed it needs sacking. Why do you need my name , number and mail to pay a bill. And for gods sake sort out gpay.

Our First time here and ordered the Grand breakfast, french toast and coffees. Food came quick with smiling waitresses. Thank you Rakhi for best customer service and looking after us well, especially with the heated plates, I felt like she really cares and really appreciate it.

We had breakfast on an early morning before our flight. It was only 5am but the atmosphere, the music and the food were incredible good. We were served by Jobin and his service was excellent and with a smile. Highly recommended

Fast, effective, efficient and friendly service from all the staff here - good seating area for getting a little out of the way, or for people watching! Rakhi waiting our table was especially friendly, polite and professional.

Despite being at the airport, the atmosphere is Nice. They offered me the biker for free, and I paid for garlic bread. It is an excellent place to spend some time waiting for the fly

Service was good. Music was a little bit too loud. I had poached egg and avocados with salmon as one of my favourite breakfasts. The poached egg was tiny. Larger eggs please for the price.

Busy airport (Manchester) not much atmosphere but Balzar is ok. Efreena was very friendly attending our table. Food & drinks ok but too expensive.

Super friendly staff and even better food. After our disappointment with 1903 on our trip out, this regular restaurant feels more like a proper business lounge than that clown circus at 1903. Music was maybe a tad loud, but it worked for the atmosphere. Plenty of space and great views of some of the gates.
