Subway in Manchester

Usually no issues. However this time missing items and sauces

everything was there and correct and hot

They added the wrong sauces in the subs & wrong salad (not too sure who they got working there the subs used to be perfect)

cookie and chorus was nice but cheese bites was undercooked and garlic bread too

the order we requested was wrong.. we ordered 2 meal deals.. 1 was fine.. the other how ever was a disaster. no dessert, wrong toppings and worse, the one thing my partner is deadly allergic too you put on her food.. I'm going to give you the benefit of a doubt and just assume you were real busy and that's why you screwed up so spectacular.

Absolutely freezing cold horrible squashed sandwiches paid £40 and couldn’t even eat the food put the drinks on top on the food even thought I left a note to ask for separate bag. Added extra cheese didn’t even put cheese on 2 meals. Absolutely joke never ever again order from here. And just eat did absolutely nothing either after reporting it and sending photos what a joke.

Both sandwiches came cold! Natchos looked as tho they was half eaten cheese wasn’t melted on them no jalapeño on them!

Sandwich was wrong. Chips were cold and wet

Great service and most importantly the shop is always clean. The staff are very friendly and always get my order right and are so quick!Their expert advice is always on hand when I want something but not quite sure what to get. Great variety as always from subway.

Excellent customer service from Bani and staff, food is always fresh, and made exactly how I want. Although it's a franchise business, it feels like a cosy family run place. And halal. What more could anyone want from a subway?

Ordered on Uber. Subs arrived not toasted, who on earth goes to subway and doesn’t want there sub toasted!? Bread was also incorrect!! Absolute joke

I have been there yesterday evening with family and the customer service was very poor! No eye contact, no smile on the face and they were in rush even though it was not busy at all. It was my first time in this subway and the two staff did not seem very happy to have customers or to serve us. However the food was cold too! Will definitely not recommend.

Terrible service. I was the first person who walked in as they opened and a guy came in 10 seconds later and said “2 lattes please” and he was served before me so I walked out.

Food was okay it was cold, there put less salad and sauces. The workers do not change the gloves when touch meat and vegetarian options

Cold, unbalanced - filled with salad mostly, hardly any chicken tikka.

Ordered 12 cookies. 8 milk chocolate, 2 rainbow and 2 double chocolate. Yet they messed up and gave me 2 rainbow 2 milk chocolate and 8 Macadamia and whole chocolate. I mean HOW!!!!

Bought 6inch £3.99 offered one.food was OK but staff was absolutely horrible . Don't know how to treat customer. Ask for more salad and sauce and they are moaning and they are putting different salad which I don't want. It's ridiculous. Never go again.its better to go in greggs.

Unfortunately I did not fully receive what I asked for, I asked for lettuce, cucumber, red onions, tomatoes and jalapeño’s but there was none of them on my footlong.

Ordered 2 things on a sandwich somehow only get 1, mind blowing lol

Sandwich tasted odd and couldn’t eat,salad was rotten and meat tasted odd

Went odd route which was out of the way and then was not moving for around 5 minutes.

I'm so mad rite now I ordered my food a hour ago from subway send 20mins that cool . then when food on its way I when in the tracker and he was just packed up my food has come freezing cold .. I ask him did u have a customer on ur way here he said no so said so u just come ot me from the shop? he said yeh.. I've never had a problem with this subway always comes hot ready to eat .. so unhappy rite now

All good, Delivery driver sound, map wasn’t working properly I think so got lost for a min, but all good 👍🏻

Usually look forward to a subway especially as this subway around here is halal, the sandwiches weren’t cheese and toasted the wedges weren’t cooked properly at all, was a disappointment need to sort whoever’s on shift today maybe some reading lessons might help.

Too stingey with the salad, like there’s not tonnes of it. I got a footlong and counted 6 sweetcorn’s, 5 strands of onion, 6 lettuce leaves and 5 olives. Asked for more and she took the mick and actually put one more on. Not happy at all she’s lucky I felt poorly otherwise I would have gave her a piece of mind and told her to leave it.

Hi I’m very disappointed that I’ve not received my footlong meal that I’ve just paid £11.39 for? I had the same issue last time with subways and just eat with my order and it’s happening again. I’ve only received my 3 6 inch sub rolls but the foot long meal I’ve not received please can you check what’s happening because I’m fed up and this has just ruined my day as I’m now going to have to go somewhere else and order for my daughter who’s not received her food!

Usually order is as I'd asked but this time it wasn't toasted as I'd selected.

The standards here are disgusting they are giving out old hard bread and don't listen to what you want In your sandwich its what they want you to have and when you call to get the correct items they have the cheek to tell you to buy more products for them to correct there mistakes

I asked for toasted and my food was strain out the fridge it was freezing and not cooked like I asked for his is the second time this has happened

The food from subway is just so overpriced for what it is. Also dry and tasteless.

Food came with missing item and paid for extra cheese and crispy onions, no extra cheese included and no onions! Subway is expensive you might as well actually include what people pay extra for!

It’s always this subway that’s always stingy with their portions. Asked for cheese toasted and got no cheese in my subway, 2 cucumbers and barely anything else.

The delivery person was very polite and friendly, and kept in touch by calling me twice with an update on his arrival time. Great service from him. I don't know his name but thank you!

Customer seevice was appalling. Took the order wrong due to lack of attention and then tried making me seem like a liar when i asked for a simple exchange. Would not recommend this store. All other stores are speedy service and delightful.

Food was terrible. Ordered a salad - It was worse than McDonald’s salads. Nothing to it! They didn’t add loads of the things I’d selected including the paid extras (sweet onions and crispy onions). Paid for double cheese - didn’t get it. And the meat - was hardly any!!! Right rip off. Last time I ordered a pizza slice it was just dried out bread with tomato purée and hardly any cheese - I asked them to make sure there was lots of cheese on it this time but jt came even worse than the first one! Not nice for a child!!!!

The worst subway sandwich I have even had! This is why I hate having food delivered from places like these because you cannot stand there and watch them preparing your food, when you backs turned the they throw your food together so it looks I like a dog dinner. The nachos were soggy with no melted cheese on them and the meat was stuck to the bottom of box! Never again

Good place here. Have been here probably over 25 times and the food has always been good - only ever got the runs once so has been a good run... They also allow you to use your points to pay for the sub - unlike some Subways who lie to you saying the points card machine is not working if you ask to pay by points! Ardwick subway in Manchester does this as well as a few others

Food missing and some of the food was under cooked will never get from there again ....

Horrible service, extremely rude staff who like to hang up on you when enquiring about the wrong order they gave you.

You need to teach your staff how to read. How hard is it to read an order and make what it says on the order? Seriously, my 5 year old nephew could do it so I don't see how it's so hard for you to find staff that are capable of making a sandwich without throwing all the ingredients on randomly or forgetting to toast it or put salad on it. It really isn't hard.

Shocking I ordered my food To be sent a toasted bread and even that was cold to be charged over £5 for each items to receive toasted cold bread! I’m just shocked at the service provided and you need to train your staff and this is also stealing when someone doesn’t receive what they have paid for ! It’s happening abit to often now.
