As an American living in the UK, this aint it for me. The sub is advertised as a totally different meat than what comes in it. Its mince meat. The sauce you put on the chicken sandwich is SWEEEEEEET. Tastes like straight up sugar. That is not American. The spices you coat the chicken in to fry it, is not American spices, they are more spices associated with indian cuisines. If yall need some help with your spices, and sandwich recipes, just say that and Ill come teach them to you properly to make a profit.

We ordered pizza,chicken and fries..the pizza was burnt black and dried up,the chicken was very thickly coated in a horrible burnt breadcrumb type coating which was also burnt and dry,the chips/fries would have been nice if they were hot but sadly they were cold....shame as moms used to be so nice

Horrible en casi todos los sentidos. Solo una persona tomó pedidos a pesar de una enorme cola y tuvo que esperar 20 minutos para que se tomara el pedido de comida. El lugar estaba lleno de restos de comida sin nadie aparentemente disponible para limpiarlo. Aunque el rollo de tocino y "rollo de desayuno grande" eran en realidad bastante buenos, la factura combinada de £ 17. 98 para los dos artículos parece ridículo incluso para los estándares del aeropuerto. 18 por dos tazas de té tibio parecía casi una buena relación calidad-precio en comparación. Nunca volvería.

Como trabajo no lejos de esta sucursal, mis hijos me preguntaron si podía conseguirles una comida de camino a casa, así que pedí la comida de cubo de fiesta. Tuve que esperar unos 10 minutos, y una vez que recibí mi pedido, me fui a casa. Abrí el cubo y me presentaron 14 trozos de pollo demasiado cocido que estaban blandos, ni siquiera crujientes, y nadando en aceite, estaban tan calientes. Comimos los trozos más pequeños, pero los más grandes eran ieditables para comer, ya que odio el aceite como ese en mi comida. Es como si el pollo hubiera sido frito. Era el pollo más repugnante que he visto. Así que tomó el cubo de vuelta al día siguiente y solo fue dar 6 piezas de vuelta. Nunca más voy a conseguir comida de aquí. POR FAVOR, COMPRUEBE LA COMIDA ANTES DE IRSE. Debería haber tomado una foto cuando la abrí, pero el pollo estaba demasiado cocido y lleno de aceite.

When through the drive thru asked for a wrap with just cheese on it, come all the way home and its got everything on it, i had to come all the way back with the receipt and a picture of the incorrect wrap, explained that its wrong and the reason im back is because it was for a autistic person who has sensory issues and is fussy with foods, the shift runners then proceeded to go to the other shift runner on shift (Shannon Duffy) and try hide her face with a bag so i couldn't hear or see what got said and she said 'apparently they are autistic' Shannon then said 'bulls***' an started laughing, other shift runners started to become rude over the fact that i didnt bring the wrap back. i asked for my full meal back due to the fries now being cold and i was refused because i didnt bring my food back. This is absolutely not acceptable customer service from a shift runner - not once was a approached with a polite manner, the manager on duty was rude from the beginning. I am a team leader in another restaurant and i am aware of health and food safety standards which were clearly not being followed - Shannon was there chewing gum with an open mouth (this could clearly fall into yje food that she was working with and become a physical contaminant), she then proceeds into go kitchen and fails to folloe handwashing procedure as she does not wash her hands at all when entering the kitchen and put buns in the toaster. She also failed to don a hairnet and cap - which is procedure for kitchen even for shift runners. I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I have been a regular customer at this branch for years and even working at those branch previously.

I have ordered from this McDonalds several times with several missing items. Uber refunds but when you try to contact the store they say they cannot do anything. They say to contact uber, but uber has not packed my order, uber has not altered my order, the only thing uber has done is deliver my order. This is not an Uber issue, this is a McDonalds issue. If I continue to have missing Items, Missing sauces I will start a class action lawsuit against McDonalds as this is quite frankly rediculous. Sort it out!

Worst McDonald’s I think I’ve ever been to the delivery is dreadful ordered 20 chicken nuggets , Big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal alone with three mcflurries. Not only did the order take 1 hour they also forgot the Big Mac ! We called for 20 minutes and no answer honestly needs shutting down . Inside is also a mess and staff are generally rude and big headed.

Definitely changed hands this place, food not like it used to be, garden peas on a sausage dinner, never 😲 ..... Singapore vermicelli, awful, just curried noodles,onions and green peppers, where is the rest of the ingredients.. never again

Waited 4 Hours for food, got lied to the whole time telling me it's 5 minutes away. After it arrives over an hour after they closed, it's all the wrong order. I rung up, got told to ring back tomorrow and when I did got the phone put down on me.
