Cookie dough was a burned cookie, churros awful, cheesecake awful, chocolate cake awful. Coke Zero was the only good thing. Avoid at all costs

not happy at all, i ordered from here a few weeks ago and it was lovely even tho it was an hour late but i let it slide, this time i will not let it slide as my brownie was half the size as it was last time and my slushes were half full and also my ice cream was literally a liquid i am furious i have tried to ring up to complain and they will not pick up the phone ! i have wasted my money on this i am not happy at all, definitely will NOT be ordering off these again, my food was an hour late

i’m not happy at all i have ordered off these before and received a really good portion of the brownie and this time i ordered the same and got half the portion and it was rock hard i have had to bin it, i ordered ice cream and it was melted and like water, my slushes i ordered were half the size they were last time, tried to contact them to speak about it and they will not answer the phone definitely will NOT be ordering off these again absolutely disgusted

Took 3 hours to come and everything was wrong. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Do not order from here...ordered uber eats says they delivered my order and they had not..shop does not answer there calls..convenient that they deliver themselves and you cant contact the shop..

My order came 2 hours late and got the wrong order.very poor service, would not recommend and they didnt even answer when l rang back to complain.

Guys don’t order anything from here ! All I wanted was a milkshake I Waited an hour and a half … it never came. I’ve been scammed and it’s just not on.

Milkshakes are really nice but the last few times we have ordered we have waited almost 2 hours for delivery! Nice milkshakes but not worth the long wait unfortunately

We ordered at 10:20pm and we still have not received our order and it’s 12:40 over 2 hours wait for slushes. Ridiculous, never ordering again.

Took my order and waited 30 minutes for them to just turn around and cancel my order, this is the second time this has happened won’t be going here again! absolutely ridiculous

Didnt show up and took my money

Should have read the reviews first......my mistake. Missing items- paid £25 for donuts, 2 tubs of pick and mix, 2 xl slushs. No pick and mix turned up nor did the 2 slushs. Quality- b&m donuts that you get in the plastic tub (wasnt hot), marshmallows where stale, the oreo mini bites was 3 oreos just chewed up, caramel dip had a funny taste, also custard for the school cake was ice cold

Not worth the money. Liquorice all-sorts, chocolate nibbles, liquorice torpedoes and apparently all fresh, not a chance. Dough balls stale and hard. All the sweets hard and liquorice rock hard. Not good nit worth the money!!!
