Kfc in Liverpool

Staff unfortunately are not the best. They usually forget the meal you have ordered, a missing chicken piece here and there usually. The food itself isn't the best. Much better KFC franchises in the City.

Been here a few times because it's the only KFC drive through near me. Make sure you check your meal because Every time without fail they forget part of your meal! Chicken is ok but chips are always cold. Not the best KFC!

Our son chose to have KFC as his birthday takeaway, we had the bargain bucket with fries and a carton of gravy plus a bottle of pepsi. We got 14 chicken pieces that were delish, we scoffed the lot. Then he opened his pressies and...

The food is really lovely and the restaurant was clean it was busy but did not wait that long. the staff were friendly and helpful even though they were busy.

Oooooo awful place, someone dressed as a Chef standing smoking outside not a good advert to welcome customers in, hope he washed his hands after having a fag and returning to fry more "delicious food"

Esta fue una visita a condicionado penoso local de comida. Me encontré con mis hijos y a mi pareja. Nos dieron la orden equivocado desde el inicio y el servicio que recibimos era pésima. El arroz en mi comida fría y la ensalada no ha existido. No había mano toallitas disponible o cualquier cubiertos. El personal se comportaba como si no existía cuando se destacó que era claramente ser servido. No recomendaría a nadie para ir a este lugar, ya que el servicio y la calidad de la comida era muy pobre.

I recently visited this KFC with my friends and ordered a meal from there. the person on the tills lacked the ability to count and could not give me the right number of drinks i orders which was two after multiple attempts, poor staffing.

As per normal depending on the time you visit the service can be excellent but on the busy times very erratic.

Been here before andthe food had a burnt taste on it, thinking it was a one off went back and yet again a stale burnt taste as if the oil is long overdue a change. Never again..... This is the only KFC that ive had a bad experience, would have complained but was a take away and was out the area

Popped in here in the way back from Liverpool. Service was very fast and friendly but the car-park and restaurant floor was a bit scruffy. Went 2 months ago food was terrible swore I'd never go again ,,, foolishly went today food was cold chicken was soggy 2 fillet burgers where dry and cold plus ordered 4 regular coke got 4 diet cokes went through drive through so didn't no till we got home £20 in the bin never ever ever again STAY AWAY

This is the only KFC in Liverpool area that offer Halal food. It has a very good service. The only negative thing is that it is not very clean.

I agree with the previous reviews about KFC on Edge Lane. It has a tight, rubbish-strewn carpark and the bins are frequently overflowing and stink. Inside isn't much better: tables are covered in litter, sauce & grease; the floor is filthy; and the staff are arrogant & downright rude. Even the fried chicken is some of the worst that I've tasted, plus the chips are old and cold.Won't be back even if it was the last KFC on Earth. It is definitely the Colonel's secret recipe for doing everything badly.

This is not the first time we have had a negative visit to this particular restaurant. For a start there was no gravy. This is unacceptable. We ordered 2x Two Piece Variety boxes with Pepsi as the drink. The staff are complacent and at times rude. The original recipe chicken was soggy, whereas the hot wings were obviously overcooked. For example, it was hard to get any chicken off the bone. There was also a high level of grease in the bag to the point the salt sachets were unusable. I found my chips to be undercooked and stuck together. As well as this, the drinks were nowhere near filled to the right level. To this end, we will not be returning to this restaurant lest it happen again. If this had been the first time we had encountered grievances here our opinion may be different but alas we find the end product to be insufficient to facilitate the price and journey time.
