Fun, but there is nothing better

The burger smelled bad and I couldn't eat it. It was the last minute I had ordered. I couldn't ask them to bring me another one and the chips were too hard and overcooked.

The food was amazing however, the driver's service wasn't good whatsoever. My food was initially late and the driver came to the wrong entrance despite my notes. I walked over to where he was, after which he called me about being at the initial entrance I wanted him to come to. The driver kept hanging up on me whenever I just wanted to know where to go and he was very rude. After all of this my food was cold. This of course was no fault of the restaurant but a fault of the driver.

Shout out the delivery driver, I dunno his name but give him a raise fr amazing service my guy

Nice food, samosas are especially good! The sausages not so much but I think all chippy sausages have took a serious turn for the worst. Chicken and fries nice and hot, salad was very fresh. will definitely order again.

Ordered the 20 inch pizza , it was burnt and I found a bone on it. AND NO MUSHROOMS ON IT WHICH I ORDERD

Stated it was delivered but wasn’t had to wait over an hour and ring the restraunt as it didn’t come on time

deliver was estimated at latest 5:15 but came early however, the delivery driver was very rude and complained about waiting for a period of time. Ahough it seems he was not able to call my mobile, when he knocked on my address he got a answer immediately, but was very rude about the situation. All you had to do is knock! won't be ordering from here again.

Food is always great and usually early.

Tasted good but the curry I ordered was not great. It wasn't the best consistency and not very flavourful although the lamb in it was very nice as perfectly tender.

Cold food was the worst they even missed some of the food off what we ordered the dessert was missing and milkshake .

My burger was nice and juicy and the doughnuts were so nice. The pizza was nice a cheese and so was the garlic bread

Got my order wrong! Food was stone cold. Garlic bread was like card board and I asked for large cheesy chips no salt or red salt. I got red salt chips small. Waste of money.

Food was amazing, could of done with shaking the red salt pit the chips abit more but otherwise lovely and brilliant delivery time

Delivery Guy uses just eat app to get phone numbers to try and talk to people Fiancee's Lol, very unprofessional. It was clearly an order for a couple as well what a creep messaging the next day making stories up how he got the number lol. Never going again feels like our privacy has been violated.

Delivery was horrible, called the store for more information as instructed on Uber eats however they lied and said that they weren’t responsible for delivery although a store member was delivering my food. Pizza was cold and bland the same thing with the kebab. Ordered garlic Mayo on the side and instead received a minty watery sauce. Inconvenient to reheat everything and add extras to make the food edible. I do not recommend this place at all. Keep away!

Food was horrid; the food came late and then it was all soggy. Packaging all wet. Chips soggy n inedible and chickens weirdly undercooked on the inside and overcooked n hard on the outside. Waisted nearly 30.00 on this place. At least I can drink the coke n the rest is going in the bin. Toast for me tonight

The staff on the phone were rude when i rang up to tell them their driver was at a total different address and their driver was very rude saying that it’s my fault he was at the wrong address even though I told him on my order it literally says the right address! Never ordering from here ever AGAIN !!!!

The food arrived at 5.45am, when ordered at 12am, delivery driver knocked the door so loud woke the entire house up, even though I'd tried to cancel the order, the food was freezing, not happy at all

He turns up at 3am music blasting from the car every ones in bed get the food luke warm and it was all doe that wasn’t cooked properly ask for extra toppings pineapple and onion couldn’t yeast them in all it just a disaster horrible

A very lovely FBI man delivered my food today, his customer service was amazing as always. I thank the restaurant for the excellent food and JustEat for providing a wonderful service member to my doorstep ^^

I waited for 2.30 hours, but still didnt receive any food, app shows it delivered at first, then said sorry for late and then again said delivered but no food. It was my dinner after a long days work. Really frustrated. Havent got my refund also

Just eat quoted a 35-50min delivery time it took 1:30-1:40, food arrived cold. Order a kebab & curry cheesy chip, chips had a weird spicy powder on them cheese was hard sauce came separately was extremely thick as it had sat too long.

Dont bother. Ordered 2 hours ago on just eat. Tried calling but got buttoned evey time. Probably the worst gaff ive ever ordered food from.

I would give it 0 if I could. Worst experience EVER. If you want to lose your money for nothing buy from this restaurant. Chicken wings are far away from being wings, fried chickens are absolutely dry and disgusting and I really don’t wanna start talking about fries. 0 is my rating 👎🏼

Called in tonight as been out for an afternoon pint.. Ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza.. Not hard to get right.. Unfortunately they failed miserably, totally inedible... One bite then in the bin.. Poor food, poor covid hygiene, poor service... Give it a miss.. Not good

I have left instructions for the driver, he didn't even bother looking at it. Made me go down twice for my food. Pizza cold and soggy, chips not any better but I'm the most upset about the veggie dish. I ordered Dupiaza and it looks like someone puked inside box, it doesn't taste any better eater. Bland and you can test garlic only. I have called the restaurant but they was not helpful at all. Please avoid this place, big waste of money. P. S Rice was very overcooked as well

I’ve put one star but it’s actually a zero. Waited over a hour for our food, everything came cold!!!!! after ringing several times to find out where it is. We tried to ring to ask if we could get a replacement but at first they wouldn’t answer the phone. Kept ringing and ringing and they finally answered. Spoke disgusting on the phone to my partner and said That there was nothing at all that they could do. Point blank refused A replacement then put the phone down. Don’t ever order from here waste of money and time !!!!

If you want what you ordered it is terrible as they got everything wrong, waited a hell of a long time too, but on the plus side if you like a lucky dip its the place to be. I have to say though, who ever ordered what we got. Needs to up there game as it was awful. We got onion rings an ill tell you what my car tyres feel less like rubber than them bad boys.

I had ordered of the just eat app and rang up an hour later to check said the food was out for delivery, waited half hour and called again said order was lost then called half an hour later to tell me it was definitely on it's way and then the last time I rang (this one 2.5 hours after I ordered) said wasn't going to deliver it because they "don't have the order" this place needs organising I have worked in catering for 6 years I have never witnessed just ill mannered service and they refused to serve me even after I asked to redo the order. Looking at the reviews as well I can see the owner is very argumentative as he was on the phone to me as he is with the reviews - doesn't know what customer service is. Cannot comment on the food as I didn't get it!!!

Awful place stay away!!!! I ordered at 18.40 it’s now nearly 9 o’clock. He didn’t have any manners or respect didn’t listen to anything I was saying and talked over me. This was all on Uber eats saying they didn’t have the number for the house. Need to learn how to run the business with professionalism and no customer service. 2* hygiene says it all really never again.

I ordered on uber eats and never received my food. Contacted them and they just kept passing me around. One person was even rude enough to say yeah the food is here but I wasn’t on the shift when you ordered so call after 11. So they have extremely poor customer care. Still haven’t received my refund or at least the food I’d ordered.

Food is always great. But I have to be honest and say the order is always late . 30-60 minutes late. But they are lovely on the phone when I call to check , very reassuring and nice. So definitely worth it but order in advance , definitely not when you are hungry

Never, EVER go here. They obviously only make business through serving naive customers and then refusing to give their money back. Out food tasted like cigarettes and when we rang for a refund they hung up the phone. It's my 21st birthday for god sake.

Worst mail ever, i’ve order some collection, they give my beef burger with out salad, my chiken burger with out any salad and sauce... we call them to let them know and they didn’t bother to apologize.....

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered on justeat and called the restaurant when the delivery hadn’t come to get told it’s on its way. I never received my order and when contacting the restaurant get told “it’s different staff” so they can’t give me a refund. So I’m £15 down and didn’t get my order.

STAY AWAY!!! I think I'll be checking every review of restaurant's in future before deciding to order. I'm not one to leave a review, but, people need to be made aware of this particular place, and stay well clear. I ordered through Just Eat recently, and had a awful awful experience. 1. Order arrived around hour an half late. 2. Received only part of order, and missing HALF of my pizza also! Which I cannot understand how only half can turn up in a box, you serious??!! Unless the driver felt a bit pekish and helped himself to it. Or the person in the shop is blind. 3. Phoned member of staff to explain my situation, and was cut off twice in the process. Before being cut off, the man I spoke to was arguing with people in the background, and he was very abrupt and rude with myself, and wasn't interested in my complaint. Unfortunately for them, I will be taking this complaint further, and will be by right getting refunded as a result of this as this is nowhere near acceptable After using Just Eat for several years now, I have never experienced anything of the kind, this is world's worst so far in my book. Absolutely Shocking!!
