Worst McDonald’s I think I’ve ever been to the delivery is dreadful ordered 20 chicken nuggets , Big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal alone with three mcflurries. Not only did the order take 1 hour they also forgot the Big Mac ! We called for 20 minutes and no answer honestly needs shutting down . Inside is also a mess and staff are generally rude and big headed.

DO NOT use this hole, customer service is dreadful and certainly do not use uber eats! Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive an email saying order has been cancelled after being told the order was received and being processed! I don't usually write reviews but this is not the 1st issue we have had with this particular branch, needless to say we won't be using either in the future, absolutely dreadful.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a delivery the driver went to the wrong house my son ran towards him to say it was for us and he drove off. Rang the restaurant only to be spoken to like dirt by whoever answered the phone. My order was £30 and now I don’t have any money to get the children anything else to eat. They were told they were getting a treat today!!! I’m so upset

WOW In all my years, I have never came across such an unprofessional Manager. Waited 20 mins for an order, to sit in. they gave me it in a bag instead of on a tray. order was wrong, told manager, they replaced it after another 5 mins, again brought in a bag, it was wrong again as had Red sauce instead of Brown, told her and she got short with me saying I asked for RED (I AM ALLERGIC TO RED so why would I ask for that) . I was told I gave her the wrong order, even though they have my order on screen, wouldn't accept her mistake. then she said do you want the order, the 3rd time will be correct I said yes, and as I walked away she told me to change my attitude then, WOW!!!! I turned round and asked for my money back. Then she accused me a swearing WHICH I DON'T DO. All this while I was with my SON, and she was young enough to be my Daughter so I didn't want to make a big issue, but will be sending a complaint in. I am shocked and will never set foot in that branch again, and my family order from there a lot. I was made to feel like a victim, so sad and a shame.

I have vistied this store today and was made to feel like a criminal for a portion of fries being missing from my order. Calley has absolutely no customer skills for a manager, is argumentative and down right rude. She seriously needs customer facinng training asap. I have emailed my complaint to the CEO Alistar so I do hope McDonalds take this serioulsy and train her fast.

Visited with my little boy Saturday lunchtime. Ordered chicken nugget happy meal specifying ketchup dip as asked, and chicken burger for myself. Waited 15 minutes at the counter, with my now very hungry 3 year old Had to ask 3 times if our order was ready. When it eventually came, it was cold and no dip of any kind for my little boy. Also included happy meal toy and not a book as I’d asked for. Another family I noticed, waited 25 mins for their order. Lots of staff, total disorder, tables left in a mess, no one seemed to know what they were doing. Seemed more interested in getting the just eat orders out than serving the actual customers in the restaurant. If you can’t manage the restaurant and deliveries, don’t do deliveries. Simple. Won’t be coming again unfortunately.

Just ordered Mc Donald’s through Just Eat for the last time. Ordered large got mediums ordered dips got none asked for no pickle on burgers it was on the four of them fries were cold missing ketchup sent banana milkshake instead of vanilla, salad box had no tomato basically just lettuce and onion, spent £39 for four meals. I’m fuming tried to complain to just eat but they tell you to get in touch with Mc Donald’s and they are not answering their phone.

Don't take too long in the toilet! The lights work when they sense movement and went off as I was the only person in there. its not pleasant being plunged into darkness when doing your business! The alleged manager agreed they are sensor lights and there is nothing that can be done about it.

4 times now we have ordered Drinks paid for them and only received 1 and and only 1 Mc flurry came and evertime you order a Mcflutry it's from the McDonald's in Belle Vale or Drive through there is never or very rarely have the Machine is Working ( ie cleaned ) it's just not on and the Drinks are always flat .

This is possibly the worst mcdonalds store to point in liverpool.. not that i travel there its the local to me... a number of times my orders are wrong or cold!not forgetting to mention you add extra to your meals and are billed for it but you dont get the extra in ur meal.. managers attitudes are appalling!! Big disappointment when you sit in the drive thru for nearly 40 mins tops to get home and your order is wrong!!!

There is too many managers who don't know what there are doing and the vats where the chicken and fish gets done the oil need a good clean and most of the managers need to retain as there are not fit to be a manager

While visiting this restaurant I was waiting in turn to be served when I women in with a wheel chair just pushed in front of me I polightly pointed out to her that there was a queue and that she need to go to the back of the queue she refused and was very rude I again said to her quite loudly that she couldn’t jump in and needed to go to the back of the queue. The person serving at the TIL proceeded to serve her again I objected when I turned around members of staff including managers and the so called security guard were just standing there doing nothing the security guard approach me I pointed out that he was the security guard had observed what had happened and yet has done nothing in dealing with the situation. As a customer and a member of the public I would expect tone treated with the same respect that I have shown the staff in this mc Donald’s store. I left the store without purchasing anything due to the lack of support provided by the mc Donald’s store staff and the security guard who clearly is incapable of doing his job. After leaving the store I phoned the store and asked to speak to the manager I complained to the manager about the way in which I had been treated I was told that they could take my telephone number and someone would ring me back I said I was prepared to either leave my number or e mail address. I was then told that I had to contact senior management in order to make a complaint via customer services they were not prepared to provide a contact number. I explained to the manager that I spent a lot of custom in there store but due to the way I had been treated I would not be returning and they would loose my custom. I my view the staff including the security guard could of easily resolved the situation but failed to do so. I am very disappointed in the very poor customer services that I have Recieved by the staff at this store/out let in my opinion the Mc Donald’s. franchise should be removed due to the poor staffing standards and elevated prices.

I bought a packet of melon pieces with my meals for my grand daughter. At the time I said to the girl serving is this ok as the bag was swelled and distorted, she said they are all the same. On arriving home my young granddaughter opened the packet and tasted one, she said they tasted wrong. I realised the melon was rotten and smelling. I returned to the shop and spoke to the Manager, and was spoken to as if it was my fault the fruit was off, her people skills where zero, I was so discussed I just walked out of the shop not bothering to take a refund. Will never go to this McDonalds again.

La tienda ha tenido una reforma y el nuevo sistema de pedidos está ahora en juego. Anteriormente, el personal era siempre amable y servicial. Ahora es tomar 7 minutos a mí para conseguir una taza de café y mi coulegue esperamos 22 minutos para las salchichas y huevos un mc después de ordenar muffin y pagar. Este era temprano en la mañana y no más de tres clientes en la tienda. No hay sentido de urgencia y la cocina está ahora oculto. Tuve que convencer al miembro del personal que quería leche y azúcar, ya que no había ninguno y mi coulegue tuve que rogar por una pajita. Toma demasiado tiempo para que nos sirvieran y ya no hay ningún toque personal. Después de pedir mi cambio incluso si es sólo dos pence, porque nunca parecen tener suficiente cambio pequeño puede ser un pequeño punto, pero no veo la necesidad de dar dinero a porque no te apetece un miembro del personal para mantener una correcta provista. hasta Correr en su disco duro y pasar dinero en otro lado.

Ahora es 1. A las 33 en punto llegué a casa después de llamar aquí para un bocado rápido después de terminar el trabajo, claramente dice que cerraba a las 2 a.m. y yo estaba allí a la 1. 20 a.m. personas adentro pero eligen ignorarlo agitando y tocar la ventana. No esperaría que abrieran una puerta para hablar conmigo, pero a través de la parte del servicio de la unidad (sí, yo estaba en un automóvil) podrían dar incluso una señal de que están cerrados. . no solo ignora a tus clientes . gran decepción en el servicio al cliente básico.

Un día caluroso Miércoles 21 de junio de 2017 incluso la calle aire acondicionado en mi coche no me podía guay, así que tenía una opción y que era visitar McDonald's para la compra de un helado de moka. Tuve que no meno me decepcionó aunque tenía congelar el cerebro un par de veces y sí lo han hecho en la última me di cuenta de que tienen un cerebro antes de que alguien se sorprende.No hay necesidad de añadir una foto que te dan lo que pides, pero se puede tener sin la crema si quieres. Pero tienes que probarlo.He probado el Mango pero no es así no tienen mango fresco más, tratando de mantenerse razonablemente saludable y sólo puedo tener si Mango Lassi de mango fresco y hizo entonces puedo tener pocos (afortunadamente).

McDonalds is McDonalds - It does what it says on the tin ! You know what food to expect whichever one you choose.We breakfast here every Sunday and have always found the food hot and very tasty. What sets this McDonalds apart from the rest is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are always pleasant and will go the extra mile to help you.The premises are kept very clean but the staff can do little about some of the clientele who simply leave without having the decency to clear their table and put the rubbish in the waste bins provided.Apart from breakfast we have eaten here at different times of the day on many occasions and have never found fault or reason to complain.

I am absolutely appalled at the management team within Hunts Cross McDonald’s, the way staff speak to customers and employees is disgusting. Managers very much look down on other employees when working, and often don’t treat them with the deserved respect. The owner should really consider looking into this.

As I work not far from this branch, my children asked if I could get them a meal on the way home, so I ordered the party bucket meal. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it, and once I received my order, I went home. I opened the bucket and was presented with 14 pieces of overcooked chicken that were soft, not even crispy, and swimming in oil, they were so hot. We ate the smaller pieces, but the larger ones were uneditable to eat as I hate oil like that on my food. It's like the chicken had been refried it was the most degusting chicken I have every see. So took the bucket back the next day and was only give 6 pieces back. I'm never getting food from here again. PLEASE CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Should have taken a pic when I opened it, but the chicken was over cooked and full of oil.

As others have said, no service. Expect to serve yourself. Staff at the tills are too used to ignoring customers because of the self serve screens. No option to be served by a human. Messy tables and dirty self serve screens touched by hundreds of people after they've been the toilet without washing their hands just before you eat. Drive through was closed so we went in. Screens were filthy, I asked for a wipe to clean it myself, was told I wasn't allowed one and to wash my hands afterwards instead. Eventually got the food, went to a table, which needed cleaning. I asked for someone to clean the table and got a whole bunch of attitude about nothing being good enough for me. I thought hygiene and cleaning tables was a basic bare minimum 🤷🏻 It's fine if you like overpriced food, serving yourself, and cleaning the restaurant yourself and having no customer service. But don't expect anything more than the bare minimum. I'll say, the Manger dealt with us well in the end, nice and calm and just gave us a refund, but I can't say the same for the argumentative staff. Use the drive through if you can, much more hygienic. I wish I'd have been able to speak to KFC about this, but they've also disabled their complaints email address and the only option is to chat to them over social media. They're not interested at any level.
