In a word Deliveroo, forget any pretence of customer service too focussed now on getting their phone orders out, should be a entirely different area for phone orders, place is a joke, I'll make my own from now on.

Went here bank holiday Sunday to end a great night outstaff are vile food is a disgrace worst Chinese I’ve ever had also had to pay up front then had meals flung onto the table needs closing down asap

I have ordered from this subway on two separate occasions within the last few weeks and both times half of my order has been missing from the delivery. When I contacted the store to let them know they proceeded to tell me that’s there is nothing I can do and I will have to request a refund on the app and make a new order if I would like to receive the other half of my order. Bearing in mind the subway was freezing cold and stale when it arrived. Do not recommend this store at all.

En una visita anterior en agosto no habíamos reservado en ningún lugar, así que probamos este lugar, disfrutamos de la comida tanto que regresamos. Al igual que otras críticas que fuimos aprensivos, ya que no había mucha gente en y la decoración era extremadamente anticuado, el lugar olía a humedad, sin embargo, estábamos a través de la puerta. Como comentario anterior sobre la actitud de los camareros, parece hosco, pero una vez que iniciaste una conversación él era agradable y hablador. De todos modos todo lo que puedo decir es que somos gente bastante quisquillosa en lo que respecta a la comida y realmente disfrutamos, encontré que había buenos trozos grandes de pollo, el sabor era muy agradable (pollo Shaslick). Si el ambiente no es la vanguardia de su visita y desea un sabroso curry pruébelo.

Ordered pizzas for lunch, wrong pizza came and got charged full price for item I did not order. Refuse to refund or send replacements of correct order. Manager asked me to contact customer support which I did, and this store has apparently denied any wrong doing.

Minging food, staff cheeky do not go here. Asked for more curry sauce as there was barely any on it and got asked to say PLEASE , SARCASTICALLY . After being friendly.. Staff seem alright but Owner/man in charge insulted us and this is not the first time!!! AVOID!!!

DO NIT EAT HERE! Food was absolutely disgusting and the grills are dirty... The mum is very very rude after I asked for three sauces and told me to piss off, What kind of person treats their customers like that?

Was just looking the place up to order again, can't get enough. This is my favourite place for burgers in Liverpool. My favourite is the beef brisket burger (messy hands and all). I've only ordered for delivery, and it's well worth every penny!
