I came here with my daughter as she wanted a pizza night The service was friendly and pizzas were reasonably priced we ordered a ten inch Margherita and a ten inch chicken pizza 👍

Really good food and they even gave us a free 10inch garlic bread with cheese - definitely recommend everyone to try this takeaway.

Called up on the 30th December and the owners opened 3 hours earlier specially to make 3 large pizzas for me! Amazing service and the pizzas tasted great. Would highly recommend ordering from here! 10/10

Disappointed to say the least, took over 1 & 1/2 hours to deliver x2 kebabs with cold doner meat & this is no nann bread more like a poppadom.

We have ordered from Lazio many times and tried lots of the menu. We have never been disappointed.

Only found this place recently and it's on my doorstep. The gourmet burgers are superb as good as any burger restaurant I've been to. The blue cheese burger is amazing. The BURGERS are massive. Im a big eater but even i was surprised .The Sharwarma was delicious to with charcoal grill tasting meat and so fresh. Also drove past the place since ordering and it looks spotless. Would absolutely recommend and will return soon. Great value Paul H

Really tasty food, the wrap is huge. The chips and onion rings are not soggy and crunchy. The best donner meat I found in Liverpool. So far never disappoints.

I am saying confidentiality that, this is the best pizza takeaway in old swan. Always on time, always hot, always delicious and always correct. Since the reopening I order regularly pizza, burger, sides and never had problem always satisfying and the prices are very reasonable! I can only recommend it!

Great food and quick delivery! The gourmet black and blue burger is amazing! And so are the kebabs, especially the lamb! I always use their own website to order as the delivery time seems to be quicker.

The best takeaway around and the prices are incredible, pizzas are fresh, THEY MAKE THEIR OWN DOUGH!!! Burgers are also restaurant quality and made entirely in house, non of the processed stuff every other takeaway is serving, they never leave you waiting delivery is speedy. If you want a meal you will actually enjoy go here. We order every week and have never been disappointed.

My family and I enjoyed some very tasty gourmet burgers (Mexican Sizzler, Swiss Slopes and Steakhouse) chips and a small original pizza. All items were delicious! The pizza crust was cooked perfectly. The food was ready in no time and the service was friendly. What else could you ask for? This will happily become our go-to local takeaway!

Gave delivery driver £40 for a £28 order (my boyfriend gave the money not knowing it was 2 £20 notes he thought it was £30 and told the driver to keep the £2) driver went off with the £12 change and when i called to tell them he denied it. The person i spoke to on the phone was polite but didn't do anything about it so i basically got robbed. To make matters worse the food was not worth it, dry donner kebab, shawarma didn't come in a wrap or pita? Never ordering from here again and neither are all the people i have told.

Seen the fresh donner meat getting cut thought mm I'll have a donner. Got home it was all the dry scrag ends, garlic mayo instead of chilli. Another dud wouldn't mind I said "please and thank you" Liverpool takeaways are getting worse 👎👎👎

Ordered food 7.45pm 28th March 2020 via Just Eat. Got message food delayed until. After trying to call the take away for over half an hour eventually got an answer at 10.05pm and was told the driver has left with my food. No food arrived couldn't get through to the take away after 10.30pm tried constantly. Money taken no reason as to why I haven't received will be contact bank for charge back. Big avoid.

Absolutely awful customer service. My partner had placed a takeaway order at 7.45pm we got the receipt of confirmation from just eat and food would be ready at 9.05pm. 9.30pm still not received any food so we queried with just eat and they said there were delays as they were busy. Completely understandable with the current situation at 10.45pm still no food no update no contact no nothing. I've tried calling from 10pm still up until 11.25pm where we still have no food no contact no answering of the phone. I'm annoyed as in my job I would get scrutinised if I didn't make contact or even communicate with regular updates or even a sorry we cannot do this at this time but nearly 4 hours in and nothing. Absolutely unhappy.

Ordered on just eat at 8:30, was given a time of 9:50. Rang at 10:15 shop just rang out. Asked just eat for an update they said 10:45. 10:45 came and went and still no delivery. Shop had closed so they’d taken my order and my money and not delivered my food. THIEVES

Got the margarita pizza calzone and New Yorker burger and sides and all of them were lovely! Got the app now will deffo be using this as our local takeaway. Also fast delivery even with match traffic.

Order was made was told 45 mins phoned after an hour and 10 mins and was told another 15 mins or I can cancel. The attitude was a disgrace no offer of any discount or an apology will not be ordering from there again and would not recommend anyone who wants their food within an hour I will now take my custom to Rizzo as they deliver within the 45 min they say. This shop needs a major customer service lesson and honesty lesson

Fantastic value for money and the food is delicious. Freshly made as you wait. Good quality and fresh ingredients. The free garlic bread with cheese was a lovely bonus and something I would gladly pay for. Pepperoni pizza husband loved. Lots of pepperoni and cheese and cooked to perfection! I had chicken fillet burger very tasty. Would recommend and will go again if we stayed in the area again.

Nice food, great customer service by the lady on the counter. Only negative was we had to 'build our own kebab' from a naan, tray of donner and salad - would rather it just be slung together ready to eat to be honest!!

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers but only 1 had cheese. I ordered 3 fries but only received 1. The food we did get was nice but the service was definitely not good. Everyone is still hungry!

Ordered nearly 2h ago for a couple of easy things, still waiting... Just Eat signed the ordered as delivered when in fact I'm still starving. Ridiculous :D Definitely not professionals, you will take my money once..and that's it. It's a pity that I cannot rate you 0 stars

Have been getting food from here for a long time. Usually get a downer kebab or burgers all of which have been fantastic. More recently we have ordered a hot and spicy pizza and a lasagne. Both were delicious. Would highly recommend their food.

Ordered from here delivery was as expected 45 minutes but food was lovely and hot pizza was fab lots of cheese and toppings n fresh Donna meat was also lovely and large portions I will definitely order from them again only down fall no cheese cake on puddings but that’s me being picky

Decided to get a takeaway from here while the children were in bed, Ordered via "just eat" waited over an hour and no sign. Called the shop only to be told it would be another hour, i waited, then still no sign. Called back and got told to walk round and collect ourselves! Informed them I had kids in bed and couldn't, to be told, you will have to wait then. Told them I wanted a refund and didn't want the food only to be told no I can't have one as the owner wasn't around and they couldn't do it without hint here. After a long debate with the shop I called "just eat" who swiftly gave me a refund. I would never eat here again. We know eat in Rizo's

Terrible. Food took over an hour and a half for four small pizzas, delivery driver then keeps up waiting outside for 10 minutes after he said he was already outside. I asked for 2 of the pizzas with barbecue base, and they all arrived with barbecue base, so i ring up so to greeted by a man who was talking over me as i tried to explain the situation, he said i was wrong and that i was lying, and he had no interest of any sort to try and sort out the situation. Would definitely not order here again.

My friend and i ordered a mixture of pastas and fried foods. The delivery was on time however the driver was rude and ungrateful at the generous tip we gave him. he wasn't friendly and didn't smile. If I had known how bad the food would be I would have given him a tip. All the food was bad, the fried chicken was soggy and tasteless. The jalapeno poppers were soggy and the cheese tasted off. The chips were soggy with no salt. The hot wings came without the hot sauce as stated. The chicken strips were too hard and had hardly any chicken inside. I'm convinced it was all re-fried from that day's lunch menu and this is not acceptable for paying customers. It wasn't priced too high, however when you can't eat half of it and it makes you feel sick it's an absolute waste.

This place is by far one of the best all rounded take away in the City (in terms of student food and a quick bite to eat). The lamb kebabs are amazing and the burgers are always fresh and tasty. Food is always delivered hot and every time I try somewhere else - I am always disappointed. Chicken is lovely - but the hot wings could be hotter :D
