Pizza Rome in Liverpool

Asked for a spicy meat feast pizza, got a really bland tasting pizza that didn’t even taste like tomato base. Ate a piece and then threw it away it was like it had been watered down

Pizza was just warm and hash browns were unedible.

Food was delishes I craved a carbonara for days and seen the wee Italian place so happy delivery driver very helpfull nice tinsorak to thank you for bringing my food an thanks to the chefs

YET AGAIN HALF OF ORDER WAS MISSING, COURIER JUST SAYS CONTACT RESTAURANT, DOES NO ONE CHECK OUTGOING ORDERS ?

Pizza was inedible really bad could b worst 1 I av ever ordered never again

great place with nice food and probably the only place anywhere that delivers your food which is always hot 🔥 no need to reheat ever 😋 that's my experience of this place anyway. amazingly run 😁 puts most places to shame.

Not recommended food late an cold

the chicken burger was wet and soggy along with the onion rings, and the garlic bread was very bland.

No lamb kofta in either kebab and wrong drink arrived. Ordered lucozade but got Fanta 🤷🏻‍♀️

That was the worst food I've ever ordered the pizza was too thin no sauce hardly any toppings and it was tasteless..the garlic bread was the same and the chips were warm ups. that was the first time ordering and the last.

Pizza was like a frisbee, garlic bread was like a frisbee zero flavour wont order here again worst £20 av ever spent

I ordered a donner kebab, it was cold, I also ordered a garlic chicken pizza, but recieved a plain garlic bread which was cold. How do you mix up garlic bread with a proper chicken pizza. So got half my order which was late and cold won't be ordering again...

I've always known pizza rome to be the best place to get a calzone so i ordered a donner calzone and it was although the chef added the pizza sauce with a eye dropper or ran out and couldn't be bothered to make anymore and sent it anyway it was very very dry. this place has gone downhill don't know if there is a new chef or changed ownership but it's not the same definitely going to avoid from now on :/

Not really much taste in pizzas chips cold when delivered and onion rings burnt to a cinder won’t be ordering again and some of the order was missing

Food was a little late but it was so nice

I can’t believe how fast delivery is, it’s how the team take customers satisfaction to a new level. Want a pizza order here . You can search anywhere a day as a long standing custthey have exceeded all expectations. If there is something wrong , ring them a they will put it right. FULLSTOP. Service like this disappeared 20 years ago ! But it’s back with this team

Minter kebab , missing the monster bit, should have ordered chicken. N kebab , no lamb or other meats, #hummm

Paid 26 pound for my order my order contained 7 items and received another persons order which was 3 items they said they would replace my order the next day after giving a load of abuse down the phone so I rang up and he said he was doing our order he didn’t turn up DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS !!!!!!

Always order from here but todays order wasn’t as good as usual late delivery wasn’t as fresh either I’m hoping it’s because it was busy and a one off because we have never had any issues before

Awful - pizza box was damp and smelt musty. Ate one slice and have been poorly all day. Avoid!

Very bad experience. Unfortunately, I spent money on this bad food. Garlic mayonnaise mixed with water. Garlic baked. Very little cheese. Bad taste.

Ordered/paid for an extra topping on pizza and it arrived without- clearly no attention to detail- first and last time ordering from Pizza Rome.

A joke of a place, i use these regularly at first they were great food hot great shakes but now...... My last 3 orders were either cold or incomplete I.e I ordered my regular order which consists of 1x strawberry milkshake and a pizza/ kebab meat, it arrived completely cold and the milkshake size was reduced to half (large to small) and no strawberry's not even a strawberry sauce, i ordered a cheese cake only as I'm allergic to dark chocolate stated cheese cake only no substitutes what do I get double chocolate gateau never ever will I re order from here again

The seafood pizza was supposed to include anchovies. There were none, even though I paid for extra anchovies. The pizza dough and tomato base were very sweet and i was expecting savoury. Very disappointing.

They were unable to deliver on the original designation, but then stated their extension, so not 1 star but not more than 2

I paid for a seafood pizza and got a cheese pizza with a tiny amount of tuna in the sauce, no seafood at all! I complain to the restaurant who said they would send me another pizza, they didn’t.

Waited over a hour for my food and didn’t even arrive and I was paying cash haha

Would not order , ordered through Uber eats and all was good got a milkshake and pizza and a drink . Driver comes to the door says he spilt my milkshake and promised he never drank out of it ?. That’s just disgusting I think he drank it and pretended to spill it . Then I was missing my drink , pizza was cold greasy and all air bubbles and burned burger were awful just red onions in chunks it was just disgusting never order from here wast of money and I called up and was just met with a bunch of Joyce’s on the phone I could not understand awful restaurant and terrible service

Asked for half hot and spicy and pepperoni Pizza, got about 3 half slices of pepperoni on all pizza and loads of jalapeños. Asked for red salt on fries, no red salt. Cheese was chewy. Cheesy garlic bread was burnt. Used to like this pizza place. Wont buy from here again. Delivery driver polite.

My order was short I called them they said they would be back but its a no show.

Calzone pizza is never a let down I tried the spag bol and it was amazing with both garlic mushrooms one with and one without cheese

Food was really good, arrived on time, was hot, good service only complaint nothing major I ordered a 1.5ltr bottle of coke but got 2 cans delivered, there were 3 people eating had to share the 2 cans ...will order again though as food good

Fab food would recommend great food for your money

I asked for a chicken burger with salad and no sauce. This was ordered around 12:00-12:30, it was delivered just after 1:30am. The burger was coated with mayonnaise, which is something I actually don't like, so I called the restaurant straight away to which they said they would send another one out straight away. THIS DIDNT HAPPEN. Then tried to call the next day to speak to the manager to find they had blocked my number.

Despite paying for all of the items in my order, several items were missing when it arrived. I contacted the restaurant immediately to let them know about the missing items, but I was met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic response. They refused to refund the missing items, and offered no solutions or compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend Pizza Rome for online orders or any other type of service. Their lack of customer service is simply unacceptable."

Fast service but waste of time wish it didn’t turn up, cheesy chips were all over the place with hardly any cheese on, ordered donner barm no barm came chips had about 10chips in. Wouldn’t bother again.

I ordered a chicken burger with chips and they was a spider in my burger and then I moved the chips around and they was another spider

Food was awful. Just make toast at home it would be better. Burger buns are stale and hard around the edge. Garlic breads are on such a thin base it’s like eating crispy paper and they were burnt! Taste like nothing. Offered a buy one get one free on garlic breads but only one turned up. They then decided to close easily and never returned message. TRY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Ordered the volcanic pizza. It was so bland it could have put a glass eye to sleep. Pizza base was burnt. Hardly any toppings, disguised with a thick layer of tasteless, rubbery, sweating cheese. Volcanic? I've had spicier ice cream. Such a dull pizza, worst I've ever had delivered by far. Most of it went in the bin. 100% wouldn't recommend, save your money and your evening and go elsewhere. Raise your game Pizza Rome!!

Delivery was late. The phone service needs improving, he talks too fast with a heavy accent.

Always get good service whenever delivered, never a complaint to the food.

Payed for large chips the carton was half full and a little tight with the toppings and looked like it was disguised with cheese not good value in my opinion .

Ordered a pizza, spaghetti and a milkshake. When it finally arrived, the milkshake had spilt everywhere, and the driver said someone would come with a replacement. They didn't come back. The pizza was covered in milkshake, which I didn't realise until after the driver had left. Inedible. The sauce from the spaghetti had leaked everywhere. Though I doubt that would have made a difference since it was dry and tasted of absolutely nothing. First and last time I'll be getting anything from here. £20 down the drain. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Two pizzas, both inedible because they’d obviously been dropped. Rings them and they say he will do two new ones but they’ll be half an hour. Rings back after an hour and says I didn’t give the pizzas back to the driver who’d driven off 🤷🏻‍♂️ Never again

The wrong sources were put on the burgers. Got them mixed up.
