Pizza Rome in Liverpool

Absolutely a cut above the rest, there good is great and presented, fantastic everything has seals and even cutlery is inc, others will have to up the here game to match. Wish I could add pictures as words are not enough to show how professional and prideful they are over there food

The food was nice and delivered on time. However you charge £1 for the smallest squirt of sauce I have ever seen. If you are going to charge £1 for a tub of sauce atleast justify it by giving a reasonable amount you could buy a bottle of sauce for the price you charge for the sauce. As stated food was nice but dry as the sauce didn’t cover what it was needed for.

Food was on time but a bit cold

Chicken box terrible, popcorn chicken over cooked and shriveled- chips soggy! Been in box too long. Kebabs missing lamb, kebab meat seen better days. Real shame as weve ordered there a long time. Not sure if its under new management. Really poor.

Not impressed to behonest we usually order from here a lot and never have any issues however tonight’s order was a let down the special kebab was missing half the meats the chips cold a salad missing and overcooked onion rings … I’m hoping this is just due to being a Saturday night but it really was a let down

Chicken kebab was so tasty and meat crispy. Burger very big and very filling

Food arrived 35 minutes late and ultimately tasted like dried cheesy cardboard, no sauce underneath the cheese whatsoever, what is happening to our Pizzas, they used to be good, how they have fallen over the years, I'm sad now.

We have never been disappointed ordering from Pizza Rome. Our food has always been excellent- we would not order anywhere else- Very very pleased

Asked for a spicy meat feast pizza, got a really bland tasting pizza that didn’t even taste like tomato base. Ate a piece and then threw it away it was like it had been watered down

Pizza was just warm and hash browns were unedible.

Food was delishes I craved a carbonara for days and seen the wee Italian place so happy delivery driver very helpfull nice tinsorak to thank you for bringing my food an thanks to the chefs

great place with nice food and probably the only place anywhere that delivers your food which is always hot 🔥 no need to reheat ever 😋 that's my experience of this place anyway. amazingly run 😁 puts most places to shame.

the chicken burger was wet and soggy along with the onion rings, and the garlic bread was very bland.

No lamb kofta in either kebab and wrong drink arrived. Ordered lucozade but got Fanta 🤷🏻‍♀️

That was the worst food I've ever ordered the pizza was too thin no sauce hardly any toppings and it was tasteless..the garlic bread was the same and the chips were warm ups. that was the first time ordering and the last.

The courier never arrived and I received the worst service

I ordered a donner kebab, it was cold, I also ordered a garlic chicken pizza, but recieved a plain garlic bread which was cold. How do you mix up garlic bread with a proper chicken pizza. So got half my order which was late and cold won't be ordering again...

I've always known pizza rome to be the best place to get a calzone so i ordered a donner calzone and it was although the chef added the pizza sauce with a eye dropper or ran out and couldn't be bothered to make anymore and sent it anyway it was very very dry. this place has gone downhill don't know if there is a new chef or changed ownership but it's not the same definitely going to avoid from now on :/

I can’t believe how fast delivery is, it’s how the team take customers satisfaction to a new level. Want a pizza order here . You can search anywhere a day as a long standing custthey have exceeded all expectations. If there is something wrong , ring them a they will put it right. FULLSTOP. Service like this disappeared 20 years ago ! But it’s back with this team

Paid 26 pound for my order my order contained 7 items and received another persons order which was 3 items they said they would replace my order the next day after giving a load of abuse down the phone so I rang up and he said he was doing our order he didn’t turn up DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS !!!!!!

Always order from here but todays order wasn’t as good as usual late delivery wasn’t as fresh either I’m hoping it’s because it was busy and a one off because we have never had any issues before

A joke of a place, i use these regularly at first they were great food hot great shakes but now...... My last 3 orders were either cold or incomplete I.e I ordered my regular order which consists of 1x strawberry milkshake and a pizza/ kebab meat, it arrived completely cold and the milkshake size was reduced to half (large to small) and no strawberry's not even a strawberry sauce, i ordered a cheese cake only as I'm allergic to dark chocolate stated cheese cake only no substitutes what do I get double chocolate gateau never ever will I re order from here again

The seafood pizza was supposed to include anchovies. There were none, even though I paid for extra anchovies. The pizza dough and tomato base were very sweet and i was expecting savoury. Very disappointing.

I paid for a seafood pizza and got a cheese pizza with a tiny amount of tuna in the sauce, no seafood at all! I complain to the restaurant who said they would send me another pizza, they didn’t.

They were unable to deliver on the original designation, but then stated their extension, so not 1 star but not more than 2

Would not order , ordered through Uber eats and all was good got a milkshake and pizza and a drink . Driver comes to the door says he spilt my milkshake and promised he never drank out of it ?. That’s just disgusting I think he drank it and pretended to spill it . Then I was missing my drink , pizza was cold greasy and all air bubbles and burned burger were awful just red onions in chunks it was just disgusting never order from here wast of money and I called up and was just met with a bunch of Joyce’s on the phone I could not understand awful restaurant and terrible service

Asked for half hot and spicy and pepperoni Pizza, got about 3 half slices of pepperoni on all pizza and loads of jalapeños. Asked for red salt on fries, no red salt. Cheese was chewy. Cheesy garlic bread was burnt. Used to like this pizza place. Wont buy from here again. Delivery driver polite.

Food was really good, arrived on time, was hot, good service only complaint nothing major I ordered a 1.5ltr bottle of coke but got 2 cans delivered, there were 3 people eating had to share the 2 cans ...will order again though as food good

Fab food would recommend great food for your money

I asked for a chicken burger with salad and no sauce. This was ordered around 12:00-12:30, it was delivered just after 1:30am. The burger was coated with mayonnaise, which is something I actually don't like, so I called the restaurant straight away to which they said they would send another one out straight away. THIS DIDNT HAPPEN. Then tried to call the next day to speak to the manager to find they had blocked my number.

Their lack of customer service is simply unacceptable."
