Food didn’t even turn up but payment taken not answering the phone awful

the food was nice but it came about 30 minutes late and wasn't 'cold' but was barely warm.. and the garlic bread had gone all hard like pizza and such does when its been going cold a while. very meh.

Who puts cheddar on a garlic cheese share… please bring back the cheesy garlic tear and share or at least use mozzarella on the new one

Not easy to park nearby as it is at the corner of round about. Pizza it too oily. No sauce provided unless you ask for.

Ordered pizzas for lunch, wrong pizza came and got charged full price for item I did not order. Refuse to refund or send replacements of correct order. Manager asked me to contact customer support which I did, and this store has apparently denied any wrong doing.

Ordered hot and spicy chicken strips, they have me honey ones which I cannot have due to allergy!! They have done this 2 times now

Pizza needed a few more mins in the oven so did wedges

Just ordered from west derby, spent over 40 pounds and chicken strips are missing, half of one cheese triangle is eaten , weve told the driver we've ordered chicken as well they said it's all there. Spent 30 mins calling them to fix the problem because the babies are waiting for their chicken and mever ever picked up the phone. So one less customer

Food was cold. Driver’s bag had been left open. Pizzas were stood on their ends and all the cheese and toppings had slid off. Pizza Hut replaced the food - re delivered by the manager.

Driver didn’t turn up! Claims food was delivered and it wasn’t! Online chat said nothing they can do! Unbelievable. £73 out of pocket and no food. Disgusting.

Absolutely spot on! Food arrived hot and fresh, it wasn’t bashed all over the boxes and was all delicious although I was a bit surprised at how spicy the salsa was on the nachos but due to a health condition, I am super sensitive to spicy food at the minute ha ha so that was probably more to do with me. Driver found the house no problem too! Sounds silly but the amount of Just Eat drivers who knock at number 1 in the next street is crazy! But the driver today no issues which I hugely appreciated

All of my order was cold. I had to put everything in the microwave because my grandkids was hungry

Delivery driver didn’t know area I’m in hospital and didn’t speak English. Pizza Hut is on the same road as the hospital but he still got lost

I know Pizza Hut has really good food. The problem is the delivery part. My order said delivered and it wasn’t. I was waiting the whole time no one came but was marked delivered. I was from work tired with zero energy to cook. I am soo disappointed.

Placed a big order of 20 pizzas for a Saturday evening. They gave us a great deal with extra sides and dips. Delivery was exactly on time and the drivers were very helpful!

My pizza was totally different from what I normally get. Everything was on top. Crust was very big from what I ordered. Oh I have never slept hungry before like I did. Sad!!!! I have been getting quality pizzas everytime except this time.

You sent the wrong items. The sides should have been two garlic breads with cheese and one wedges but we got sent three lots of wedges.

I thought I was ordering Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream but I received a large cookie instead. I thought it was missing from my order so reported it as a refund. So please cancel the refund.

Waited over an hour to have our pizza dropped at the door step. Then to have to call back to chase up our second order and be shouted at by the manager! Refused a refund, refused to give her name and 2.5 hrs after we ordered we still haven't received our full order! Absolutely terrible service. Don't bother, go to Dominos! Or better still cook your own!

The delivery guy did have the pizza on it’s side in the bag, which made the pizza squashed to ons side of the box, but was luckily still edible.

Fantastic really clean. And fast delivery. Also thank you so much for sending me som ice cream in the pandemic. I'm a frunt line worker. when I get im orders rong when I'd just done a 12 hour shift in end of life care. I actually rang crying to explain about what I'd done. And sent a note with thank you on with a smile on it made my day

Order didn’t turn up at all. Even tho app said delivered. Phoned Pizza Hut to sort it out. Was told manager wouldn’t deal with it. So had to go back to Just Eat to sort it out. Previous week they sent Diet Pepsi instead of normal Pepsi. Pizzas are nice but fed up with bad delivery/correct orders. Won’t be ordering again.

Unfortunately my order of a pizza was delivered by push bike. When I opened it all my toppings was squashed up against the side of the box. My daughter & partner wouldn’t touch it. Nice quality ingredients tho . Pizzas shouldn’t be delivered by push bike lol

Unfortunately the order that arrived was not the correct order. There was ice cream missing and the receipt stated that there was hot sauces purchased. When I did not buy sauces as I was just getting desserts. When I called the restaurant they told me to contact just eat which I have not been able to do till this morning. I always order from just eat but I am extremely disappointed this has occurred.

I ordered a pan pizza expecting a thick base but it came and was extremely thin.

Food is alright despite getting my order wrong..

Got a chicken supreme for the second time aftter a month and the same happened as last time, the pizza was destroyed... Next time im hungry I will definately consider other restaurants before Pizza Hut if i recieve a repeat.

What can I say about this!!! Well here goes, food was cold - chicken strips were soft and undercooked - wedges were cold... £60 worth of food and all subpar- should have ordered from domino's as we normally do - but thought we would try pizza hit for a change.... never again!!!!

Food was 20 mins early but it was vile... The wings are like frozen ones from the Iceland the cookie dough was burnt black round the edges and the pizza was cold and tasted rank. We won't be ordering from here again

I ordered 2 medium pizzas from pizza hut and i got my delifery 30 minutes late and i didn't recieve a 1.5L pepsi ordered, probably never ordering here again if anything else happens.
