Pizza Hut Delivery in Liverpool

Ordered pizzas for lunch, wrong pizza came and got charged full price for item I did not order. Refuse to refund or send replacements of correct order. Manager asked me to contact customer support which I did, and this store has apparently denied any wrong doing.

Just ordered from west derby, spent over 40 pounds and chicken strips are missing, half of one cheese triangle is eaten , weve told the driver we've ordered chicken as well they said it's all there. Spent 30 mins calling them to fix the problem because the babies are waiting for their chicken and mever ever picked up the phone. So one less customer

Order dint even tune up but got charged what the hell!

Placed a big order of 20 pizzas for a Saturday evening. They gave us a great deal with extra sides and dips. Delivery was exactly on time and the drivers were very helpful!

Alway enjoyed our pizza delivery but today was a joke over an hour and still no food.

The guy who picks up the phone was really nice and chill and being honest I think he should get a raise

Waited over an hour to have our pizza dropped at the door step. Then to have to call back to chase up our second order and be shouted at by the manager! Refused a refund, refused to give her name and 2.5 hrs after we ordered we still haven't received our full order! Absolutely terrible service. Don't bother, go to Dominos! Or better still cook your own!

Fantastic really clean. And fast delivery. Also thank you so much for sending me som ice cream in the pandemic. I'm a frunt line worker. when I get im orders rong when I'd just done a 12 hour shift in end of life care. I actually rang crying to explain about what I'd done. And sent a note with thank you on with a smile on it made my day

Pizza hit the spot but they've got some syndrome cutting the pizza cos it looked like it was cut by a blind folded baby, had 2 massive pieces of pizza an 10 tiny pieces that were all doing the Mexican wave to the right, nice pizza tho just cut the pizza right next time

.pizza was ready on time ..but both where undercooked and went straight in the bin

Worst pizza hut. Ordered pizza at 6.05pm. Rang the store at 7.10pm to be told it was with the driver and would be with us soon.. Driver didnt turn up until 7.40pm. Pizza was cold and no apologies. Wont be ordering from here again.

At the time we ordered our pizza for 6 20 pm for pick up,when i got there the shop was really busy and that i had 2 people's orders in front of mine also phone orders comming through all the time. The guy's where running around like headless chickens, the pizza was 15 minutes late the staff really sorry but they did it without loosening their cool, well done guys.

Food come late the cheese had gone hard, I ordered a drink and when food came the man said we didn’t have ur drink so we didn’t give you one, Pizza Hut is good just not the knotty ash store! An the do not pick the phone up

Amazing food, really quick delivery, fantastic instore staff. However, by the time the driver finished telling me about his perilous journey to my door, my food had cooled quite a bit. Lovely fella but a tad chatty 😂

first online order a few months ago was a farce. Decided to give the east Prescot road branch a second chance because a new branch. Guess what pizza delivered before time specified and was absolutely delicious. Certainly upped there game since last time. Can't beat the deep dish lol. Still busy even on Sunday so they must be doing something right. Would definitely order again even online if as good as today's service

Terrible service Ordered vegetable pizza (delivery) as I am a vegetarian, pizza came with pepperoni on, called Pizza Hut who were very unhelpful and didn’t even offer to drop off correct pizza so had to go and pick it up. We had a call back to make sure we brought the pizza back with us tho!!! Offered a free drink or ice cream this is not acceptable. Won’t use this branch again

this store is a joke online order delivery man was very unpleasant after contacted the store manager just to be told I was silly to expect help. my pizza looked like it had been dropped pizza topping all over the box

this was my 4th order and now will be my last manager is a lier its beens over 10 days and I have still had no refund funny how they can take your money not turn up with your order and think they can get away with it. very poor service delivery is disappointing and never turns up with my order staff are rude and when your rude back they dont like it. PIZZA HUT IS THE ONLY FAST FOOD PLACE THAT WILL NEVER OFFER YOU COMPO for there mistake.

Got a large Pizza for 7.99, Staff are so helpful, was busy but still got it in 15 minutes, Hands down better than Domino's!

Pathetic. Ordered a pizza at 7:30pm to be delivered on a Monday evening at 8:30pm, still hadn't arrived by 10pm so ended up asking them to make a fresh one and advised I would pick it up. Still unsure where the original pizza ended up. Three weeks later after being told I would receive a full refund I am still chasing this up with "head office" & answering the same questions all over again. That being said, the staff in the store have been very helpful however I would still advise to stick to Domino's if you would like to order and eat a pizza within 3 hours.
