I ordered on their website and the food came an hour and a half later. On top of that is was wasn’t hot. I called to make a complaint and the guy was saying that’s how the food comes when you delivery it and it doesn’t come home on delivery. What kind of bullshit excuse is that. If I ordered of just eat I would’ve gotten my money back. I will never order from here again and don’t recommend any one else to

Got food poisoning literally had to be hospitalised because of the food they served me, absolutely disgusting and will get authorities involved.

High Prices, they keep increasing prices every now and on…..14£ for a 14” pizza meal……ridiculous

Me and my partner have been getting at least 1 or 2 of these a week, the supreme burger is on par with a fillet tower burger form kfc for half the price ! Delivery is always rapid as well , love the place 👌

Been here many times. Standard has been deteriorating. Very poor takeaway. Chicken has way too much salt in it. On another occasion we went, we reckon they had re-fried old fries and were just super oily and greasy. The last time I went I ordered a large meal...so we wanted a burger with large fries and drink. Told them this. They gave us small fries. Come to think about I, they had done this many times before but by that stage we were on our way on the motorway out of Liverpool after the Liverpool games. So when I came to confront them about this the last time there was small fries with our large order, the guy behind the counter said we don't do a large fries offer. I said to him every take away I know in Birmingham, Manchester, London and Liverpool do this offer. He said they don't do this in Liverpool. I told him well you used to do it before, as we have had large fries with our meals before. He said no one offers large fries with meals. Nonsense and if they don't offer large fries with the meal they should tell us when we place the order that they don't offer it. Joke of a place.

The best food I've ever had for the price. A mega offer; 12" pizza, 3 portions of chips, 2 chicken burgers and 6 hot wings for £18. I'm sorry, £17.99. Get to chicksters.

Typical standard pizza and fried chicken place been going for years . Nothing wrong with the pepperoni pizza and the thin fries with red salt on are right tasty. Kids said the fried chicken drumsticks was tasty and wanted more. I suppose it's a reliable place you know what your getting.

It's a decent place usually, but my wife got us some burger meals, the buns where hard, its a shame , The worst part is the people who serve you can feel they are hard and still serve you them, that's not on for a loyal customer.

Best fries ever, I love their seasoning. Absolute go-to place to order when in doubt on what to get because the food here has always been amazing!

AVOID Ordered spicy wings and its not fresh definitely its from the day before.

I don't really leave any negative feedback but its was most awful chicken burger i have ever eaten. Its seems like leftover.

We purchased a set of spicy wings, but they were cooked even before we arrived, so it wasn't much hot, that's d only reason I am giving 3 stars and the customer service was really good

So I ordered quite a big order over just eat. I waited over an hour for my food and it hadn't showed so I rang up and was told this story about how some random person had rang the shop and said to now deliver my food to a different address Now this doesn't make sense for 2 reasons... First, no one except me and my boyfriend knew about this order and with it being on just eat I never spoke out loud or nothing so how could someone randomly say my address and get it right. And second I hadn't yet paid for my food I was planning to pay cash. So what kind of story did the guy operating the phone make up? Absolutely fuming nothing makes sense and I'm hungry!!!

arrived an hour an fifteen minutes later and we only live 10 minutes away. Wasn't even the right pizza in the end.

Food never arrived driver said couldn't find my property, within 5 mins of his missed call I rang back but he had already gone back to the shop. Rang back to discuss refund told that i wasn't in and that the driver waited outside for 10 mins this was not the case! When i insisted for a refund told to ring just eat to ask for refund.

Burger and chips were nice but I ordered a garlic bread with cheese which tasted and smelt like beer also delivery driver who came back for the garlic bread was quite rude saying I had ate half when me and one other person had one piece each and both agreed it smelt and tasted that way he then refunded me £3 for it which it actually cost me £3.99

Wrong order got small pizza instead of medium size

Was this food cooked in cement mix? Was disgusting. Nuggets were cremated! Brown burnt Potato wedges tasted weeks old. Burger was rubbery. Chips were soggy. Never ordering from Chicksters again. Ugh

my food was was burnt chips and wedges were like bricks and chicken wasnt much better

made order, got a call saying no mushrooms or corn on the cob left. garlic bread with cheese wasnt remotely garlicy. spicy wings were soggy. hot shots were ok but a bit hard. also forgot the drinks + when rang up they said can we owe you them. wont be ordering again

Delivery nearly took 2 hours and it said on the tracking it had been delivered when it hadn't. Phones up he had no explanation just it'll be another 10 minutes it was longer. Then the driver didn't even apologise won't be ordering here again.

My food arrived late and all my chicken was stuck together fair dos to Chicksters because when I called they sent me over new chicken that was all good until I had eaten the whole piece before noticing it was bleeding. Fingers crossed no salmonella 😥😥

Food came in 20 minutes instead of the estimated 45-60 which I was very pleased about, chips best I've ever had and the chicken was really nice but the skin had fallen of a few other than that it was perfect would definitely recommend to anyone

Ordered at half 7. Didn't come until 9.15pm. They said they was waiting on a driver which is understandable but by the time the food arrived the pizza was freezing. So obviously been in the box for a good while. Never usually have problems but this has put me off ordering again.

Absolutely discusted in this place food took 1 hour and 22 minutes it was freezing cold if I had calling minutes to call them I would of demanded a full refund will NOT ever order from here again having to warm fast food up what you have just paid for isn't right

I orderd food at 12:30am, it said our food would come at 1:30am then they added on an extra 20 minutes so our food was due to arrive at 1:50am At 2:10am I tried to ring the restaurant but it was closed so they took my orders made me wait up late thinking my food was coming but the restaurant closed. Absolute JOKE. Never ever will I order from the place again!

I can honestly say in the 4-5 years I've been eating from Chicksters I've never been disappointed. It's the place to go when you want fried chicken. If you haven't tried the hotshots then do it, you won't regret it

A driver was late 30 minutes, he showed up without a pizza that I ordered after another 30 minutes he finally delivered my pizza, the food was thrown in a smelly wet paper bag it smelled really bad the filet burger had no burger sauce in or anything a part of small portion of chopped salad and a filet, my order was missing 2 chicken wings also , fries where all wet in dripping fat it was disgusting , I feel very bad now my stomach hurts , pizza was OK apart that everything was just DISGUSTING !!!!!!!! Please think twice bfore ordering from this place .

They called me twice, first to tell me they only had 2 of something i ordered 3 of, then called me back 5mins later to tell me they dont have the the sauce or the drink i ordered... when the food arrived it was cold and they still charged me for the 3 items i only got 2 of and also didnt give me my wrap that i ordered and paid for... when i tried to call them to let them know there was no answer and when i finally got to speak to them the was no consideration whatsoever... never did anything about my complaint... customer service was shocking

Delivered half an hour after told but we ordered just after they opened so didn't mind. Food was great but requested no sweetcorn on my pizza but was still there.
