McDonald's in Liverpool

In a word Deliveroo, forget any pretence of customer service too focussed now on getting their phone orders out, should be a entirely different area for phone orders, place is a joke, I'll make my own from now on.

Worst customer service ever... not even eligible for one star !!!!

First things first ye my food took over 1 hour to get here, not only that when it arrived the food was stone cold and it tasted horrible like cement when I Opened my veggie stick box it clearly says they is ment to be 4 but only gave me 2 this was very very disappointing and made me very upset I will not be ordering from here again and I recommend that the people reading this don’t as well.

Restaurant was very cold. No salt on the fries and forgot all sauces.

Called in here this morning 11/10/24. 6.35am When pulled up to order drive through was met by a young girl with impeccable manors!! Good morning, please and thank you. Then drove around to the window to pay and the same girl (didn't catch name) again good morning, paid for food and then the girl says have a nice day! Now to some people this may seem nothing but this kind of attitude goes a very long way and makes peoples day with the simplest of manors. The food was hot as usual. Small things make a big difference and manors always cost nothing. Well done to this young girl.

Travelling from the south this place shits all over southern McDonald's. Hot food and friendly staff. Quick service

It’s McDonalds what’s to say? But why bring food to tables and don’t include straws and napkins? On the plus side Paul who was cleaning up couldn’t have been more obliging in fetching what was missed

I ordered through McDonald’s app and The didn’t bring all order they didn’t bring my wraps, They didn’t bring my drinks, and when I called them, they never answer and virtual assistant is well no answer it. I pay for my order and I pay for delivery as well and then never receive my refund or order it’s not fair at all. 😟😟😟👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Wrong order asked for plain burger got onions sauce etc also paid on the app also got charged as didn't go though on the app so paid then took it out the bank through the app not happy paid double for the wrong order!!

Absolutely AWFUL for the 2nd time!! Only HALF the order there after going through the drive thru!! DISGUSTING AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I never write reviews like this but to say I’m absolutely FUMING is the understatement of the century!! NEVER AGAIN and I recommend people check their bags COMPLETELY or just go to a different McDonald’s in future!! £40 order with half missing and they DONT even answers the phone!!

I had crayons thrown at me by 2 tables full of teenage girls who screamed and wrestled each and drew all over the tables . There's security in there but they didn't seem to care or notice anything . Obviously maccies is far from a fine dining restaurant so my expectations aren't high but I'd appreciate being able to sit at a table without unsupervised animals shrieking and throwing stuff at people. If your kids act like that in public you shouldn't be proud at all. It was very embarrassing and I'm sure the workers loved trying to get the artwork they proudly left off the tables for minimum wage. Edited to add: I've been deathly sick since I've ate there.

We got cold and saggy pancakes. Staff was helpful but serving is worse. Everything is cleanly maintained. We didn’t like the pancakes served we felt they were very old stock and not even cooked properly. Serving they served only 3/4 order, we have to go ask him multiple times. Experience is okay. They can improve in serving and cooking food.

Avoid this place absolutely disgusting food ordered a meal tonight and chips were full of oil and pure crispy not even edible burger was burnt full of greese also drink came flat and half empty

Having to put a review now because not once but twice in one week something has been wrong with a simple mcflurry. 1st incident was when I ordered a galaxy caramel mcflurry, waited around 5 minutes and the guy (manager may I add) called my number out and put it on the side for me go grab. Luckily I noticed it had different toppings on and when I questioned him on it his response was "we've ran out of the toppings" I asked if it was replaced with Maltesers and he said yes. Explained to him how I was allergic to malt and I swear he didn't even raise his head but just gave me a refund and a half meaningful "sorry". If I was to have even ate a spoonful without checking my throat would of started closing over within minutes. Not only that, but I should of been told before even being served it that they'd ran out of the topping and either offered a refund or a different mcflurry rather than just what he decided to choose (dangerous!!!!) 2nd incident was today when I decided ill get another mcflurry, got it with all the right toppings including a delicious long blonde hair flowing through the icecream. I didn't realise that hairnet were a thing of the past. Honestly I think that all the staff need a refresh on allergies and how to keep their hair away from the food because it's absolutely vile.

It's Maccies. Quick efficient and friendly staff. Can't ask for more

Worst McDonald’s in Liverpool. Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, 2 burgers, and 2 cheeseburgers at the drive through. Paid, got to the window and usual story, ‘please park up’. Again as per usual, waited half an hour and zero sign of any food, even though it was quiet. Dopey disinterested staff were more than useless when asked where the food was. Just drove off in the end paying £8 for a kids coke! Went to KFC over the road who were a million times better, 2-3 mins from ordering at the drive through to getting food. Please use KFC and ignore this useless bunch.

Now it like a slow food. The service there is very slow. U can see when your order it is ready, but nobody take care, and i was in the morning... Service not care, they have paid per week not for that how fast order coming out.

Staff very helpful and friendly, but the delivery services are not up to scratch, sometimes they turn up 40 minutes later and your food is cold, last time this happened to me I told him that it was cold and got told, I am only a driver.

Extremely slow service, been twice and the same issue both times. Place is empty and few drive through orders. There seems to be plenty of staff but just seem to be pottering around.

Was very sad to see only one staff member ran off his feet cleaning toilets,dining area and picking litter up, needs to have at least two people doing it was very bizzy to, but the young lad was so pleasant and kind

They always playing with the people money! If I’m order something why is so hard to bring me all the items? 3x a week always missing something try to call but no one answer! When I’m going inside the place it’s look like not busy because they sit and laughing! I understand the hospitality is hard job but don’t playing with my money please ;)

Been here twice in a couple of weeks & found all the staff to be friendly & helpful , the food was also good , one of best branches I've been to.

Stonedale Liverpool mcdonalds never answer there phone why and why is it when you get a delivery there chips are always cold and no straws everytime this is pick your phone up.Honestly il never order from Uber ever again we ordered chicken Big Mac no sauce or salad no it had the lot on it 2 large chips not even half full empty and everything look warm near to cold and a chicken spicy burnt and cold.No one picks the phone up I was furious nearly £20 my son paid for this heap of rubbish. Ringing Uber so rude last time we order From you again.Spent £10 in taxi to go back the shop wasn’t reimbursed with the cab fee tho but got the food changed. Never again I said to the manageress do you give all your rubbish that as gone cold to Uber customers because that’s how it looks and Uber pay a lot more for the meals than someone going into McDonald’s.I’d of give no stars but it wouldn’t let me

I waited for more than 20 minutes and I just ordered a wrap of the day, it takes too long. And inside the McDonald's, max of 10 people waiting, when there's a lot of more McDonald's with more than 30 people and take less time

Went to McDonald's on Stonedale Retail park with my Mum and Sister, I decided to have a coffee and mcflurry to eat.

Hardly anything on menu, got home and found they hadn't included one paid for item in bag.. poor service but usually ok here.

As a business person myself, I understand the importance of review, hence why I never leave negative reviews until today. I had a very long day and was about to go on a long drive back home with my son, so decided to get some fast food so we go home and rest, what a bad idea. I ordered 2 meals through the app, unfortunately, the app was buffing after submitting the order, waited a bit and it wasn't going through hence we decided to use the drive-through. We placed our order, this young girl was full of attitude and I just placed it as maybe she has had a long day. On moving to collection point, she asked us to go and pack, someone would bring our meals. Now this young man brought the meals without the milkshake and oario and when asked, he just gave us a command to go back through the drive through again for it. I held myself together and do as I was told, on driving to the pick up point, this young girl asked me how can she help, I explained myself and she ask me to repeat myself, at this point, I told my son to explain. She went furious, got the milkshake and just pass it on with announce. At this point, I asked her, if this is normal to go through the drive, order, asked to go wait then drive through again for a meal. She just slamed the glass shutter at me and walked off. I was short of words. I blow my horn and got an apology from another member of staff. Now on our way, we discovered the ice-cream I paid for was not also given. Now the most annoying part is, when we got home, the order we were trying to placed through the app, also went through after 3hours. Therefore we were charged 2x for same order plus customer service from hell. Avoid this place for your own sanity.

No iced drinks or shkes hot fries though Friendly staff

This is very bad as I’m a 13 year old girl coming to the McDonalds to get food with my friends after a movie and there is a male and female security guard who keeps coming up to me and asking if I’m okay and then pointing and talking about me to the male I feel very uncomfortable

Absolutely worse macdonalds they put a new lad on the kiosk taking my order and sat there for 20mins while he never had a clue what he was doing and kept walking off asking for help instead of someone helping him out with my order then he got it wrong after 5th attempt I was then served with food that was stone cold and looked like it was ready for the bin and I thought what the fuxk so asked for my money back

Not much space inside, but it's always fairly clean (depends how many children was in😉)and quick with collecting food.

When you've had a stressful day at work, can't be arsed to cook, haven't eaten all day, sleep deprived and in pain from having a wisdom tooth pulled earlier in the week, you decide to grab a quick bite after a long week, the last thing you expect is for the 15 year old on the speaker to ask u to repeat every item yet still get the item and quantity wrong at the drive thru, to then collect ya meal with nuggets that has dip options but are never asked at the 2nd window, always 9/10 no pickles and just slapped together, ALWAYS no salt on chips and 0 customer service. Not surprising when it's kids working there too busy chatting, but if I'm paying all this money for a 'treat' I expect the service to be the opposite of what it always is. I'd like to say this was a one off, but it is EVERY time I go. Queens Drive is just as bad. Maybe it's just Liverpool?

I call 20 minutes queing in the drive through before getting to order is quite unacceptable, it's supposed to be fast food. Reaction from the staff was "we're very busy".....more like very inefficient. This is not just a one off it's every time we go.

Placed 2 orders in the drive thru, was parked up for 12 minutes waiting after a 5 minute queue round the lane. Food came out with no straws, napkins or sauce, and only 1 of the 2 orders. Staff were willing to help when we made them aware (and thank them for that) but it shouldn't happen in the first place. Grilled onions on my burger were still frozen, as well as kids just throwing rubbish all over the front door in front of a security guard who was doing absolutely nothing about it, Sunday 29/10 approx 16:30

The mcflurry tub gets smaller and smaller everytime

Understaffed. Prioritise drive thru over indoors. Staff chatting picking off stickers while customer came in too complain as he said he was waiting in drivethru space for 25 minutes, will he was standing for maybe 60-70 seconds before they went and served him. Took roughly 14 minutes to get fries and two cheese burgers lol. Checked my order and they forgot fries so it's good I checked. Serious staffing and training issue. Not sure it it's management, franchisee or corporate with mcdonalds new 'omnichannel ordering' approach.

Rated in the echo as the WORST McDonald’s in Liverpool, been twice as its local and both occasions food wrong, missing items and last time the McCrispy was as hard as a rock! I wouldn’t bother wasting your time and money even going there.

For a fast food restaurant you always get told to park up for your food and it takes at least 20 mins.

I am so shocked with this establishment. For starters, they cannot complete a simple order. Me and my family ordered from here tonight, I get no straw for my drink, no sauces when I ordered two, the mcflurry was specified to have no pieces and came stafked with them, as if you guys were taking the mick. The burgers had customisations as we have people with food allergies in our house and this establishment completely ignored that. I get that it's a busy place but if you cannot follow simple orders or are too backed up to focus, maybe its time to reflect on who you're hiring, this is completely pathetic and there is no excuse for it.

As a drive through its not too tight. It is clear where to order, pay, and collect. If collection is delayed, they ask you to park in the car park to prevent delays for other customers.

Every time I go to this McDonald's they mess something up. Last night got a double big Mac and although it was in a double big Mac box it was a normal one. Couldn't be bothered to go back on this occasion. Guaranteed to leave something out every time! How hard is it to read off the little screen they have? It was a rubbish way to break my veggie diet. Very disappointed. I blame the Tories!

I was annoyed about this yesterday but now I think it's petty funny. Picked up two cheeseburgers at the drive through and asked for extra onions and pickles. Got to where I was going bit into the first one, tastes different . Open it up, no pickles or onions at all. None in the second either. Too far to go back so I had them but wasn't happy about it. Not sure if someone read that slip wrong or looked at it and went "xtra? No onions and pickles for you.". Anyways...

Ordered food through the mcdelivery app, was missing items and food had been prepared wrong, when trying to call to rectify the issue was simply ignored and had to go through ubereats, honestly cannot see what's complex about checking you've put all the right food in the bag
