McDonald's in Liverpool

The tiniest one I've been to. I think this one focuses on couriers collecting and delivering rather than people sitting in.

Very friendly,quicker than some branches.

Really nasty food. Burger was wrong 3 times. Chips were cold and hard. Only nice thing was the tea. Staff shouting at each other. Kids outside causing trouble and making a mess. Security trying to keep them out. Probably the worst Mcdonald's I've been in. Very disappointed.

First review 2022 When the manager goes home the menu is reduced to a Bare minimum. no milkshakes no ice cream. selective foods only. ............ Now 2225 got worse how... Give it another try see if any faith has been restored. So get served food in drive through in a paper bag park up in there carpark. 2mins later. (And to all the karren's out there not everyone wants to sit inside with a chair you can't move surrounded by someones screaming child). open the bag and find everything in the bag is cold. Are they now cooking under the heat lamps. Oh hang on no that would make it hot. No faith has been restored I this restaurant, to call it a restaurant is a joke should be a frozen food shop. Avoid unless you want to be making a similar review.

Good McDonald's, very clean and tofy toilets all fresh and mopped Food good but thrown together and had to wait a bit for just 2 items (Doughnut & McChicken) But otherwise a good McDonald's

Not the best.. food always seems to be cold or items missing I complained and got a burnd half empty fillet o fish shell on a bun as a replacement i don't no if it because I said it was cold and it was to make sure it was hot I don't no? But rest assured I haven't gone up to the counter to complained again.. the Staff seem to be miserable and I never seem to see long term staff either.. on a plus the cleaners are always happy and offer to assist! I do understand it's busy at peak times but I now drive to the next one along to insure better food.. literally go to this McDonald's when the kids are moaning for one and I'm passing to keep them happy.. I wouldn't mind but they changed the building spent money on it looking the part but in tail they've tried to fix something that wasn't broken and messed up how it runs in the process should have kept it as it was in my opinion

They made a mistake with the order and when I realized it was already too late, it was still good

24 hours… yet at 00:00 they told me they close in 20 minutes and they have closed the tills so I can’t order… so not 24 hours at all, and who closes tills 20 minutes before closing?

I mean, it's McDonald's, it's always a hit and miss but it's rare I leave disappointed

An ordinary establishment, like everywhere else. I would like it to be cleaner, but this is a fast food restaurant, so it is not surprising that the toilets and hall are not clean during the day.

My food was horrible and there was a pube in my burger, and the guy who served me laughed when he gave me the burger, i think it was him, it was curly and brown.

Ordered on app, drove through experience fine and food brought to me in car quickly enough. It was 0100 but strange to see EIGHT Police cars there though at same time, restaurant was full of officers.

Stopped on the way to see villa at Everton. Everything was spot on.

This is the best McDonald's in liverpool they always do the food to how you ask for it and the service from the staff there is excellent The other McDonald's restaurants usually the staff are rude and very moody that's why I always stick to this McDonald's (stonedale)

Unfortunately I had items missing again from my drive through order. Service is good, food is as expected, but I'm tired of getting home and telling someone they don't have a meal.

Was missing chips out of my bag when I went thru the drive thru and the manager and his little worker decided to argue with me over some chips like children, and then when I told his little worker that the manager was very unprofessional he said “oh well” I will be taking this a lot further, don’t call me a liar especially when u look like u eat all the food in there

It's McDonald's.. You get what you pay for. If I didn't have a kid you wouldn't find me there, but I gotta say they were well better when I was a kid. I've no idea who they think their target market is these days lol

Updated review: so I decided a few years after this to revisit. I ordered via the app which as most people probably know isn't the best experience but this time the app actually worked. Once ordered the food came really quickly and was even still hot. Overall much better service than last time hopefully it will be consistent. Keep up the good work. (Old review) Absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Went through the drive through after I had paid I got asked to go to the 3rd window where I sat for a good 15-20 minutes before I finally got my food. Drove to the car park to eat the food to find everything was freezing cold. Went back in to get the food changed wanted another 5 mins got back to my car started to enjoy my food only to find out my grand mac with bacon never had bacon on at this point I just gave up the it in the bin and drove away it's safe to say I wont be back at this mcdonalds again.

Massively understaffed always queuing and waiting .

I may visit a mcdonalds once a year and no matter where it is its not good. This time 3 kids meals and 2 adults . One of the kids meals was wrong and all toys where wrong. Not one piece of any of the food was hot. Couldn't turn around as already on our way...

The management at this venue cannot even get the basics right. They have a reputation that is very well deserved that unless you check your bag in the shop you won’t find out what’s missing. Not if something is missing but what is missing. Every home delivery my kids get is missing sauces. So if you order selects it’s just dry chicken tenders or dry nuggets. It’s not that difficult to put a few dips in the bag but this seems to be beyond this team. The way the burgers are built can only be described as contemptable. The slice of cheese only covers 20% of the burger surface area and the gherkins and onions are placed on the other side of the edible Ven diagram with the lid making the third segment and ketchup in the middle. Even the fries are aggressively shoved into the box so they go nice and soggy. Clear Diet Coke is a very good sign the syrup has run out but they still sent the clear council soda water regardless. The apathy demonstrated in everything they do can only be a management problem. Every single thing you are required to do is written down in a manual.

Only use the drive through and most times I'm asked to park up as the food isn't ready

Fine for what you are getting, although the items are shrinking faster than my waist line!

My daughter who is 12 asked for more ketchup and literally had it thrown into her bag by staff with the food in, no please/thank you/any communication from the staff whatsoever, then they just walked off, I made a point of saying thank you loudly to drop a hint. Then when we got the food it was cold, I received a very unhelpful response from staff when they changed it for slightly warm food, no apology. Disgusting service.

Absolutely vile. Long hairs in 2 separate large chips. Big Mc with bacon had no bacon… instead they replaced the bacon with a LONG blonde hair! Disgusting.

In a word Deliveroo, forget any pretence of customer service too focussed now on getting their phone orders out, should be a entirely different area for phone orders, place is a joke, I'll make my own from now on.

First things first ye my food took over 1 hour to get here, not only that when it arrived the food was stone cold and it tasted horrible like cement when I Opened my veggie stick box it clearly says they is ment to be 4 but only gave me 2 this was very very disappointing and made me very upset I will not be ordering from here again and I recommend that the people reading this don’t as well.

Called in here this morning 11/10/24. 6.35am When pulled up to order drive through was met by a young girl with impeccable manors!! Good morning, please and thank you. Then drove around to the window to pay and the same girl (didn't catch name) again good morning, paid for food and then the girl says have a nice day! Now to some people this may seem nothing but this kind of attitude goes a very long way and makes peoples day with the simplest of manors. The food was hot as usual. Small things make a big difference and manors always cost nothing. Well done to this young girl.

I ordered through McDonald’s app and The didn’t bring all order they didn’t bring my wraps, They didn’t bring my drinks, and when I called them, they never answer and virtual assistant is well no answer it. I pay for my order and I pay for delivery as well and then never receive my refund or order it’s not fair at all. 😟😟😟👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolutely AWFUL for the 2nd time!! Only HALF the order there after going through the drive thru!! DISGUSTING AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! NEVER AGAIN and I recommend people check their bags COMPLETELY or just go to a different McDonald’s in future!! £40 order with half missing and they DONT even answers the phone!!

I had crayons thrown at me by 2 tables full of teenage girls who screamed and wrestled each and drew all over the tables . There's security in there but they didn't seem to care or notice anything . Obviously maccies is far from a fine dining restaurant so my expectations aren't high but I'd appreciate being able to sit at a table without unsupervised animals shrieking and throwing stuff at people. If your kids act like that in public you shouldn't be proud at all. It was very embarrassing and I'm sure the workers loved trying to get the artwork they proudly left off the tables for minimum wage. Edited to add: I've been deathly sick since I've ate there.

We got cold and saggy pancakes. Staff was helpful but serving is worse. Everything is cleanly maintained. We didn’t like the pancakes served we felt they were very old stock and not even cooked properly. Serving they served only 3/4 order, we have to go ask him multiple times. Experience is okay. They can improve in serving and cooking food.

Having to put a review now because not once but twice in one week something has been wrong with a simple mcflurry. 1st incident was when I ordered a galaxy caramel mcflurry, waited around 5 minutes and the guy (manager may I add) called my number out and put it on the side for me go grab. Luckily I noticed it had different toppings on and when I questioned him on it his response was "we've ran out of the toppings" I asked if it was replaced with Maltesers and he said yes. Explained to him how I was allergic to malt and I swear he didn't even raise his head but just gave me a refund and a half meaningful "sorry". If I was to have even ate a spoonful without checking my throat would of started closing over within minutes. Not only that, but I should of been told before even being served it that they'd ran out of the topping and either offered a refund or a different mcflurry rather than just what he decided to choose (dangerous!!!!) 2nd incident was today when I decided ill get another mcflurry, got it with all the right toppings including a delicious long blonde hair flowing through the icecream. I didn't realise that hairnet were a thing of the past. Honestly I think that all the staff need a refresh on allergies and how to keep their hair away from the food because it's absolutely vile.

It's Maccies. Quick efficient and friendly staff. Can't ask for more

Worst McDonald’s in Liverpool. Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, 2 burgers, and 2 cheeseburgers at the drive through. Paid, got to the window and usual story, ‘please park up’. Again as per usual, waited half an hour and zero sign of any food, even though it was quiet. Dopey disinterested staff were more than useless when asked where the food was. Just drove off in the end paying £8 for a kids coke! Went to KFC over the road who were a million times better, 2-3 mins from ordering at the drive through to getting food. Please use KFC and ignore this useless bunch.

Now it like a slow food. The service there is very slow. U can see when your order it is ready, but nobody take care, and i was in the morning... Service not care, they have paid per week not for that how fast order coming out.

Staff very helpful and friendly, but the delivery services are not up to scratch, sometimes they turn up 40 minutes later and your food is cold, last time this happened to me I told him that it was cold and got told, I am only a driver.

They always playing with the people money! If I’m order something why is so hard to bring me all the items? 3x a week always missing something try to call but no one answer! When I’m going inside the place it’s look like not busy because they sit and laughing! I understand the hospitality is hard job but don’t playing with my money please ;)

Stonedale Liverpool mcdonalds never answer there phone why and why is it when you get a delivery there chips are always cold and no straws everytime this is pick your phone up.Honestly il never order from Uber ever again we ordered chicken Big Mac no sauce or salad no it had the lot on it 2 large chips not even half full empty and everything look warm near to cold and a chicken spicy burnt and cold.No one picks the phone up I was furious nearly £20 my son paid for this heap of rubbish. Ringing Uber so rude last time we order From you again.Spent £10 in taxi to go back the shop wasn’t reimbursed with the cab fee tho but got the food changed. Never again I said to the manageress do you give all your rubbish that as gone cold to Uber customers because that’s how it looks and Uber pay a lot more for the meals than someone going into McDonald’s.I’d of give no stars but it wouldn’t let me

Hardly anything on menu, got home and found they hadn't included one paid for item in bag.. poor service but usually ok here.

As a business person myself, I understand the importance of review, hence why I never leave negative reviews until today. I had a very long day and was about to go on a long drive back home with my son, so decided to get some fast food so we go home and rest, what a bad idea. I ordered 2 meals through the app, unfortunately, the app was buffing after submitting the order, waited a bit and it wasn't going through hence we decided to use the drive-through. We placed our order, this young girl was full of attitude and I just placed it as maybe she has had a long day. On moving to collection point, she asked us to go and pack, someone would bring our meals. Now this young man brought the meals without the milkshake and oario and when asked, he just gave us a command to go back through the drive through again for it. I held myself together and do as I was told, on driving to the pick up point, this young girl asked me how can she help, I explained myself and she ask me to repeat myself, at this point, I told my son to explain. She went furious, got the milkshake and just pass it on with announce. At this point, I asked her, if this is normal to go through the drive, order, asked to go wait then drive through again for a meal. She just slamed the glass shutter at me and walked off. I was short of words. I blow my horn and got an apology from another member of staff. Now on our way, we discovered the ice-cream I paid for was not also given. Now the most annoying part is, when we got home, the order we were trying to placed through the app, also went through after 3hours. Therefore we were charged 2x for same order plus customer service from hell. Avoid this place for your own sanity.

No iced drinks or shkes hot fries though Friendly staff

This is very bad as I’m a 13 year old girl coming to the McDonalds to get food with my friends after a movie and there is a male and female security guard who keeps coming up to me and asking if I’m okay and then pointing and talking about me to the male I feel very uncomfortable

Absolutely worse macdonalds they put a new lad on the kiosk taking my order and sat there for 20mins while he never had a clue what he was doing and kept walking off asking for help instead of someone helping him out with my order then he got it wrong after 5th attempt I was then served with food that was stone cold and looked like it was ready for the bin and I thought what the fuxk so asked for my money back

Not much space inside, but it's always fairly clean (depends how many children was in😉)and quick with collecting food.
