Food was all broken up into pieces and when i complained to just-eat and provided pictures they basically said nothin to do with us thanks for your feedback dont visit u leas ya food messed with

Great food! Absolutely delicious, food was fresh and piping hot. Exterior and interior of the restaurant was immaculate and the team were very warm, friendly and welcoming - especially towards my mum that I care for daily. This has really gave me a positive thought about KFC and I definitely will be back, my mum was super happy by her little day out

The food arrived cold, and the waiting time was okay. So, it makes it even odder that the food was so cold. I wonder if they just serve cold food that has been sitting in the shops. Also, the chips were burnt. Tip: Don't waste your money.

cold food and wrong kids meal....

I ordered a zinger box meal , double chips and a burger. Food was NOT warped and just thrown into paper pag chips looked like they had been opened and where only half full. Looked like someone may have ate some of the food. so all went in the bin. I

Nice and fresh, quick service and the place was clean

Order accepted quickly and good delivered early.

No cheese or hash brown on double down burger, received 2 chicken fillets in sauce. Everything freezing gravy rock solid. Received 2 hot wings free which were also cold and 7 supercharge dips. Don’t know what I’m going to do with 7 supercharge dips

KFC as a brand are at an all time low with food quality and staff morale. Customer service was exceptionally shocking at this store and the wait times were at least 12 minutes for burgers that only take 7 minutes from scratch.

Food was dry, cold and just thrown in the bag without any care

1 It was cold in the place 2 the products I ordered were missing, a big minus, when I went to the cash register they didn't know what it was about, I showed the receipt and I don't know if they can't read or what. I won't come back here again

Can never find the item I want on the self serve machine, staff couldn’t find it, couldn’t order at the counter as they said the manager didn’t allow it, they asked other staff if they still served the 2 piece variety meal and they said it was no longer on the menu, I asked the lad serving me to check that everything aaas in the bag as on previous visits there had been missing items when I arrived home, he checked it and told me everything was there but when I got home there was food missing again, this is by far the worst KFC I have been in, I wish I’d added up all the items over the last 20 visits? I think KFC owes me about 5 meals due to missing food! Train your staff up and maybe visit the shop yourself and see how many complaints there are during an evening, poor, poor, poor

Got a takeout... no sauces that come with meal. Beans only half full. The fella missed something off my order and when I noticed and said can I add that to order amd pay he said "computer says no" backwards firm of employees... For the size KFC it should be better really. Quality of such a big outfit is shocking!!

Food was delivered on time however it was missing an important ingredient, chicken!!! Given that’s what they do it’s a bit disappointing. All they do is give a refund you don’t get your food!!

The staff where rude and did not care about anyone a lot of orders were wrong including mine, we sat in a freezing cold restaurant it was a cold evening and yet it was even colder inside I will not be going back there absolute joke the kids were freezing whilst eating we boxed everything and left we will not be going back there.

Absolutely dreadful. Cold greasy chicken, cold soggy fries, very overdone corn on the cob. I asked for thighs and got two in a six piece meal. I had to go inside as the card machine wasn’t working and there were about 10 teenagers sitting inside out of the cold, they weren’t eating and were quite rowdy. I didn’t feel comfortable being inside. Staff were ok but I had to call out for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Not good at all, definitely won’t be back

Point blank refused to take my order at the counter because I wanted to customise what I was ordering which you cannot do at the self-service tills two members of staff both told me to go and use the self service till even though the word numerous staff standing around behind the counter doing nothing I went to a different KFC And they were absolutely fine with taking my order in person. Do not go here. They are just rude and i would not recommend. Accidentally for me - went back as it was the closest store. Got my order wrong and when I Took it back and explained that they had done this before I was told well why don’t you go to a different KFC then I said well that is going on a review and she replied that she didn’t care. What a wonderful wonderfully awful place. I couldn’t recommend more staying away from here.

Order on just eat at 17.52. Estimated delivery time was 18.35-18.55. Nothing had arrived by 19.05 so I called. Lad said delivery driver was on his way. It’s now 20.05 and no food has been delivered. Phone isn’t being answered. And they’ve now marked it as delivered. Absolute joke.

Absolutely rotten food experience, i ordered 3 fillet burgers and one zinger they were all cold, with 2 chicken popcorn which tasted like they were from last week , if i never had a journey back up to durham i would have drove straight back
