It was on Sunday and it was shut when it says it's open online 😂 an I'm a nice person and everytime I've went in they sound so rude and don't want to be there the lad who works there is sound and he makes u feel happy and wanting u come back and ino it's just a milkshake but where it's in Liverpool one and with it being facing the cinema they'll be losing sales like an it's all about the customers and I only get orea milk something quick to do and if you don't like the job don't work there 🙌 or least act like you love working there

Every time you come here seems to be some sort of issue😂 one day they take card next day they don’t… then they’re closed when online it says they should be open, then they never have what you want they’ve always ran out… then you get through the door and the girl behind the counter says can you come back in 15 minutes I’ve got to run to the bank… always snotty rude attitudes on them aswel… milkshakes are nothing special I’d give someone else me money other than these 😂

Milkshakes were gorgeous but wouldn’t go back because the staff are rude, they look fresh out of school and not an ounce of customer service experience between the 3 of them. The Young snotty girl needs to work on her communication instead of mumbling and when I asked her sorry what you say she shouted at me. You are lucky my son was with me, that’s all am saying cause you’d of got a good as you gave. I’m sorry you left school and are only qualified enough to blend ice cream and chocolate.. this isn’t the customers fault, service with a smile would make a massive difference but yeah would not go back to be made to feel uncomfortable

The milkshakes are amazing, and staff seem friendly with a smile while working together.

i came here and the service was horrible. the lady was on a break and said she'd be back in 10 min but i waited for more than 20min. she did not even speak at all and i couldnt even place an order because she kept ignoring me. DONT visit here.

Wasn’t great milkshake, but wasn’t bad either. The girl who served me seemed disinterested when I was asking her questions about the milkshakes.

Wow what a sblended milkshake I had on Saturday 8th July before the pics, they have a menu or you can choose you own, I can highly recommend ripple and kinder , the girls were very helpful as I couldn’t decide what to pick and was very chatty and pleasant, will be back again soon to try more 🥤

As a frequent visitor to this shop with my nephews, I have no idea what the previous reviews are about. I find the staff very helpful and patient, especially when they have to wait for the kids to decide which of the many combinations of sweets and chocolates they want in their shakes. My nephew has autism and the staff were very helpful in arranging his toppings the way he wanted them. We will continue to visit here for the tasty shakes and the lovely staff.

My boyfriend loves the vegan shakes! Nutella shake but with Vegan ice cream and Oat Milk is his favourite, but Sblended offer a variety of vegan shakes too!! You can either pick from their vegan menu or pick a flavour yourself and choose the dairy-free base. These are made in a separate jug to all of the dairy shakes and they also have a separate jug for nut allergies to provide an extra safe and tasty experience for all customers😍

Milkshakes aren’t the best and not happy to hear about the “inappropriate/sexual activities” that take place in the stock room, especially with this being a food/drink service. Will not be returning

Shambolic, got there at 8:30 was told it was cash only, done a few laps of the town centre to find a contactless cash back shop, got back to the shop at 8:53 to be told they’re closing even though it closes at 9, nothing sblended about the service and attitude we got given by the staff.

arrived at 8.54 to be told their closed which not ment to shut until 9pm. very rude staff will not return

The wait is usually a little while but the chocolate bar shakes are great. The cinema opposite let’s you bring the drinks in so it’s in a great location.

Decent shake, better then I’ve had previously from Sblended

Best Milkshakes in town by far ! The staff were very helpful when I was trying to decide which of their many tasty shakes to have. I will defo visit again.

Nice shakes, liked that they had plant based shaked for people that has intolerance to dairy can still get a shake

A great place to have good quality shakes. We had the Star Wars which is an oreo shake with blended chocolate goodies 🍫. They have a huge variety of shakes including smoothies as well. Overall, highly recommended 👌

Expensive but you get what you pay for. It's more of a dessert than a drink which justifies the price. My 7 year old daughter loves them.

Been here 5 times now and only managed to get a milkshake once. They seem to always be shut or not serving; once not taking orders as they had a delivery…the machine overheated and couldn’t make shakes and today the card machine wasn’t working so couldn’t take payments… The staff don’t seem overly enthusiastic either, I’d save your time and not bother with here.

It's a takeaway milkshake places that let's you chose flavours and toppings. Blended together as a milkshake. Great value and lots of flavours. Nothing more to expect really.

Awful costumer service, the employee in the counter was always rude and in a horrible mood. Refused to wear a face mask and touched my straw. Ask her for a extra cup and also refused, did not even allowed me to buy it. Also refused to tell me her name Not coming back.

My first time there today really filling shakes would recommend to anyone who likes milkshakes and chocolate

Service was very poor, not approachable or friendly, the milkshake was watery and tasted of nothing, threw it straight in the bin, safe to say I won’t be going back much better places to get milkshakes from in Liverpool these are awful

Very good ice creams and milkshakes. There is a lot of choice and you can make your own dessert. The staff was very nice. Also there are vegan options, which is cool

It's alright. Drinks were nice but nothing special. Staff seemed a little disinterested but it was a bit late a that point. Not bad, not great, it's alright.

The service from the staff here is awful, they advertise products on their television screens in store, but say they are not available and this has been going on for 8+ Months, with a different excuse every time as to why products aren’t available, from faulty machines, to the chocolate bars will break the blades to the ice cream is too soft, and dare you say that it’s a different excuse every time you visit the store to the assistants, well put it this way it’s not pleasant.

Absolutely the best ice cream ever

Nothing special. Asked the girl if I can get a replacement instead of the marshmallows and she said there was an extra to pay which I was ok with but asked to list what I could get in replacement and she couldn’t even list one thing so I’ve just decided to go without. The overall taste of the shake was ok, the medium size is quite big, wouldn’t go back tho.

Quality of the shakes is bad. Excessively creamy and sickly at times to drink. Used to be much better a few years ago... Need to train the kids up working there not to just lump as much cream as possible into each shake.

Can’t fault the milkshakes, blended perfectly with a nice consistency. Been here a few times & staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Always a smiling face on the till. Having visited a few times my only complaint is that the shop is excruciatingly hot and sometimes machine can be broken staff offer alternatives for me and my kids

Yes its expensive, but no more than the milkshakes and Tango blasts at the cinema. Its a great treat, and the adaptable menu of you choose what you want is a kid friendly winner. Lids are quite secure too so very portable into dark establishments where you could watch a film...... My son loved it, he wants to go back and try more.

Not bad for a treat with the kids once in a while. In my opinion its expensive for what it is but the rent in that place probably costs a fortune so I get why they charge what they do..... I suppose

I've always come here after eating at Nandos for dessert and it never disappointed me, picking any type sweet or chocolate you like and getting it blended into a milkshake is the best dessert ever ! would defiantly recommend if you have a sweet tooth and a good taste in chocolate! Staff are friendly and polite and helpful if your new and don't know what to order. Can't go wrong with Oreo milkshake

It has an amazing selection of milkshakes but they can be really expensive depending on what you choose. They have a custom menu where you can get almost any milkshake you would want. It is very modern and the staff are helpful and polite.

Está ubicado fuera del cine Odean, frente a la entrada principal. Fui a por un batido de Ferrero Rocher normal, y me decepcionó mucho ser sincero. Solo leche mezclada con Ferrero Rochers y una bola de helado muy simple. Sugeriría Shakeway, que está cerca.

It’s a chain so you know what to expect, but if a blended chocolate bar is your thing - and I’ll admit that while I was “attempting” to walk pass it was mine (so I succumbed) - this is the place to go.

I love milkshakes anyway, but Sblended would be my favourite, first go-to choice - I've tried several shakes, however Holy Grail is my personal favourite (I'm a Jammy Dodger fiend, what can I say?)

This was the branch in the L1 shopping mall, but really doesn't matter, great choice, great shakes even if the service was a little surly.

Não conhecia esta sorveteria , especializada em milk shakes. São gostosos, você escolhe o sabor, e os topins . Muito gostoso o Golden Balls ( ferrero rocher, nutela e castanhas) . O atendimento um pouco precário, parece que os atendentes não tem muita experiencia.

Estos batidos sabor fantástico! Mi favorito es el hasta ahora. Ferrero Rocher Mi novio y yo normalmente siempre visite sblended cada vez que visita Liverpool. El personal siempre parece bien también que siempre es una ventaja. La gente decía que los batidos son demasiado caros. No son. Se obtiene lo que se paga y estos son preciosos.

En £4 por un batido regular que cabe esperar un nivel de ficción pulp "maldita buena sacudir". Por desgracia, su promedio. Se podía hacer mejor en casa.

No me gustaría trabajar aquí, ya que parecía que no es un odio su trabajo 'contagiosa' virus. Cada persona trabajando parecía que quería cualquier otro sitio aparte de allí! Buen trabajo el batido era precioso.

That was not a milkshake at all, it was awful, it was plain milk with horrible chocolate bits in it, you wouldn't drink milk with bits in it any other time would you?

Great shakes and great atmosphere of Liverpool One

Siempre visitar aquí cuando estoy en Liverpool. Venden una variedad de diferentes batidos hechos de barras de chocolate y dulces, con una gran variedad para elegir! Los batidos son de gran valor.

El personal parecía que ni siquiera quieren trabajar allí. Espere 20 minutos después de pedir bebidas batidos aparte de eso donde preciosa.

Las distintas variedades de batidos aquí son increíbles. Puedes tener tu bar favorito de chocolate y mezclar y combinar. Es un poco caro y el personal no es muy amable y hay siempre una larga espera prettymuch con personal no es suficiente pero son agradables batidos.

Love this place always make a stop when visiting Liverpool. It can be busy but definitely worth the wait.

My favorite Milkshake place. I love going and trying new flavors and creations. My partner had a crunchie Milkshake and I had the chocolate fudge brownie. It was amazing. A definite hit.

This place is good, but not good enough to warrant a 4 star rating. milkshakes are nice. Prices are on the high said. The staff were miserable as hell. When we said to the girl that my milkshake should have been a large instead of a regular she huffed and puffed and just poured more milk in.

I love it here. They have so much choice and the staff are friendly. It's usually very busy. I recommend the milky bar.

My 13 year old loves the milk shakes here. However, it depends on the staff and who you get. They tend to employ some valueless students who don't take much care or notice of the orders. My son's favourite staff member had since left, he new how to blend the shakes the way he liked them. The young girls there now don't really have much clue even when you show them the picture they still get it wrong. It's a shame because the shakes when done properly are actually delicious but if not then, no.

This place is always busy, the queue is usually out the door. They're milkshakes are good and the variety they have is awesome. They haven't taken card payments for months and I feel this does let them down. Sometimes the staff could do more, when the queue is out the door they stand and chat, maybe they can't do anything because all the machines are being used but it looks like they're not bothered!

I'm a big fan of these places wanted a frozen yogurt but they had ran out had a flurry with twirl an oreos in OMG so goood! They have everything here so much choice.

Absolutely love the menu and the milkshakes can't be faulted, especially with student discount. However, went in on a Sunday afternoon and three girls were working. There were roughly eight orders waiting to be made and the shop was full of customers yet two girls were constantly chatting and laughing and being slow (only using one machine too) rather than getting the orders done. Also, the cashier was using her phone behind the till (trying to be discrete). I find this very unprofessional and slow and it has negatively affected my opinion on Sblended.

Whilst I do like the milkshakes here, it is let down by every hin else, particularly the service. The atmosphere is not much to talk about, it's only a little store, the facilities look clean enough but the staff are appalling, they look like they have a total doss in there, crack a smile every once in a while, they are so ignorant and unenergetic, and I have to ask for my discount which I get about 3-4 times before they actually give me it, and even then not all the time, constantly on their phones and wearing own clothes, it's not professional at all, hey are known to close early than their stated time aswell just so they can get out for a drink or something no doubt, Customer service here just doesn't exist, it's horrid, but yeah nice milkshake, when their not make to thick that is.
