Midnight Delivery in Liverpool

Waited 20 minutes for 2 cookie doughs. Got home and opened these, not even baked, absolutely disgusting. Not only that, it must be the smallest portion of cookie dough I’ve ever received for £6.50 each.

If I could give a minus score I would. I've ordered here before, and even though the food is ok, the service is appalling. Firstly, it's a 50% chance whether the food actually comes or not. I place the order through UberEats and wait sometimes for it to just never arrive (aftwr waiting 1-2hours). You get no update on times of arrival and have no option of calling the store (line ALWAYS busy). They need to be removed from Uber Eats. Will never order here again. Very, very poor

I was very satisfied, great food and great staff. The drivers had a lot of orders but everything was still top notch. I can only recommend it 👌👍

Joke of a place, order went though twice for some reason and aren’t responding to any form of contact for a refund. Took nearly two hours for the actual order to arrive as well.

Placed an order through delivery, delivery driver never knocked on door, Rang him and he promised a delivery within 15 mins, No show, and blocked number when tried to get back in contact, Tried to communicate through app and no reply

Bought few pieces of cakes through the app Too good to Go. Customer service was great and lovely lady served the order on time. Quality of cakes was good. Chocolate cake was really nice but strawberry cake was dry and didn't have any taste. I was given 5 portions osf cake for £4 so can't really complain much 🤣

After a big meal I want a dessert that will satisfy my sweet tooth. Midnight delivery hits the spot every time 🤤👌

Ordered a galaxy caramel sandwich & some cookie dough gave me the completely wrong order was lookin forward to it an all anyway they won’t answer the phone now

If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered a white bueno milkshake today, i pulled a pic of the plastic wrapper out and I thought it was just a mistake to let go , and then I take more sips and pull 4 more pieces different sized so I decided to look in the drink to find more it’s FULL as if he put the chocolate with the wrapper in the blender. This is so careless that is my life I could have chocked on this this is so dangerous and disgusting of how can you not care about someone’s life , if it was child they wouldn’t even notice this . I hope you take better care next time or shut your shop for the safety of people.

Aright deserts, however prices compared to other takeaway from the same area is extremely expensive

I have waited over 2 hours the place closers at midnight we have tried to live chat them no answer there is no phone number to contact them but cost me £17 for nothing and am not the only 1 this lance needs closing down and taken to court for theft if you have a business you should have a contact number Liverpool city council need to close this place down 🤬

Ordered my desserts at 9:30pm and am still waiting over 2 hours later. No contact number to call, and I have been waiting over an hour from the response on live chat with midnight delivery. Absolutely disgusted and will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered on just eat. Portion of cookies missing. Tried to contact restaurant. Tried three times and it just rang out. Then they had clearly took the phone off the hook as it said user busy. Used to be a great company. Such a shame.

Pre ordered at 5pm. So I would get it around 7pm. Never came till 8pm. Very disappointing. I always order from midnight delivery I think it has the best cookie dough. But after tonight it will be the last! The cookie dough was covered in oil. Hour later after eating it am in agony with me stomach and been stuck on the toilet. Never again it's very overpriced too !!

Nice, ordered one cake and it took over an hour to arrive

£5 for basic cookies. Expected a chocolate sauce all over (previously had this) instead it’s basic standard less than Asda quality tiny cookies.

Been waiting over an hour and 40 mins for them to inform me after waiting 20 mins for a response on the chat bot that it would be a further 25 minutes what a joke still not received any food and over 1.5 for some desserts

Took over an hour to arrive. Wrong chocolate in cookie dough and no ice cream so too sickly to eat .

Pretty standard sweet treat/dessert place. Good to place to go to get your sugar fix but nothing particularly special. My sister for the pick and mix, my brother in law got a cake and my wife got the cookie sandwich. All went down well but there are so many places like this.

Waited 2 hours for an order had to cancel in the end as it was getting too late. Was told my order would be with me “shortly” after asking on an update, 50 minutes gone by still no sign. Wont be ordering from here again as it’s not the first time.

Ordered through uber eats and had missing items. Called the store up and they sorted the issue out promptly and got their driver to come and deliver the item, along with a box of free sweets. Best cookie dough and biscoff cheesecake we have eaten, would highly recommend :)

Cookie dough was very nice, good portion size and the ice cream was beautiful however I ordered a Nutella and beuno milkshake and it tasted a lot like the smell of gas if you get what I mean. I had 1 sip and couldn't drink the rest it was not good

ordered 2 milkshakes only came with 1 said he would bring the other one back out and never don’t even have a number to ring them don’t bother

Everything I've had this far has been beautiful, I plan to try everything else too. The portions are the right size for the price, customer service is on point, as for delivery, always quick. 5*

Food is good but delivery is always late. Past 3 times I’ve ordered I’ve waited over the delivery time.

The food is always good but the delivery service is hit or miss. It’s either here in 30mins or 2hrs. If deliveries were more reliable it would be 5 stars.

Ordered, waited over an hour for the wrong order. Sent a message to the live chat got no help. Been poor the past few times won’t be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely shocking company ordered twice and both times I got a call the following day saying sorry we don't get your order through we will send it now and give you a free item I accepted 1st time 2nd time I just asked for a refund I waited a week for the payment which never came through so I rang them through a number they rang me on as there impossible to find a number or address and said I haven't received it and they forgot to process my refund

We ordered a cookie dough with brownie and a milkshake and it came within 15/20 mins still warm with fresh ice cream on the side! It was so so delicious, the delivery driver was lovely and we were in general so impressed. Will definitely be ordering again!

Really good customer service. Original order didn’t print out so there was a bit of a mix up but they handled it amazingly! Couldn’t recommend them enough. Cookie dough was unreal too😍

Shocking customer service & delivery waiting over 2 hours for a desert and a drink! No answer from the telephone they kept delaying the deliver time slot, 2 hours later didn’t arrive and still haven’t received the order ! Poor company won’t be using again

This is the second order. Last time took 1 hour and more to arrive but was amazed with how nice. They forgot chocolate orange but it was nice. Today I ordered at 10.40 to be told 1 hour delivery.. I messaged them after 1 hour and they said its on the way.. its now 1am nearly and the food i paid for did not arrive.. sad as this was a treat and instead sat waiting and now closed... no phone number.. really not happy considering someone said its on its way so little one was looking forward to it. Very disappointed

Cakes are okay and are packages well. Took a while for delivery. Sizes of the cake are not what was expecting considering the price. Price is extremely expensive considering how small the slices are. Probably won't be ordering again unfortunately.

No answer on phone, rang several times on Uber eats it’s 5 past 3 in morning and nothing phones off and no food to show thanks mate hungry aswell kids have kicked off and fell asleep fuming

Excellent deserts. Ordered as a pick me up while working in ER veterinary hospital overnight. Order was prompt. Only disappointment was i paid for a can of rio that was not delivered. Delivery driver Craig was lovely and offered to get me a drink from macdonalds as it was over the road. I did expect a call from management to put things right but never did. Happy to take your money but not kerp up relations, its a shame as we would have probably used this company regular. Will stick with cheese and chocolate as they care for customers. Thanks Craig....your a star

Ordered this as a treat for the family the app was really easy to use. We ordered some milkshakes, cookie dough and brownies it was well presented and tasted amazing. Also the delivery was really quick and the driver was friendly. Can not wait to order again

Have ordered from this place a few times in the last couple of years but was shocked today when after a TWO HOUR wait (despite living just a 10 minute drive from the shop), the order just didn't turn up! This was despite also being told on their app chat service that it was on its way! Their app has been immediately deleted and I will never order from this establishment again, I urge you, don't allow these charlatans to steal your money! Buy from treaty pie instead.

There wasn't a option to give it 0 stars.... The staff are nice but the portions especially the price your paying is a absolute rip off £6.50 for a cookie dough that had 0 chocolate on it and was burnt black, literally like a brick I could lift it out the tiny 1A tray that's the size of my hand and the cookie dough didn't break it was not gloopy in the centre like cookie dough is suppose to be it just tastes burnt and left out for hours not freshly cooked

Please read this review and the other reviews before ordering from The Midnight Delivery and then hopefully you will order from somewhere else. We have ordered from them relatively regularly and we like the food, which is why it is such a shame that they have begun to treat their customers so badly. We made an order almost 2 weeks ago and they delivered the completely wrong items, which we could not eat. We have tried for almost 2 weeks to contact them via email (to 3 different email accounts) and via Facebook and the App, but they have not responded to anything whatsoever. This just isn't a way to run a business. There are loads of other places that offer similar services now, so please choose one of them rather than Midnight Delivery. They obviously don't care about their customers so I'm sure they won't last much longer.

Put in order on Saturday 20th February 2021 for £20.50. Two hours after placing the order, it hadnt arrived, so we emailed midnight delivery and then sent a message on their chat message app (which they said would be answered within 5 minutes. The money was taken from our account, but received no delivery, the email was not replied too and got no answer to the message we sent. Scam company, please dont order with them. We are going to contact both the Police and Trading standards and them deal with the matter.

The desserts are ok but over priced, you have to spend a minimum of £10 if not the delivery costs another £10. The customer service is BAD, they don’t reply, ignore the messages and when they answer they don’t resolve anything.

Pre-Frozen and other shop bought premade junk, wrapped and packed so full of sugar so you can barely taste it, marketed and sold to the masses for a huge markup, and profit, think about what you put in your body.

Poor food. Poor service. Can't even deal with a complaint and satisfy their customers. The only form of contact they offer is through an app. This place deserves 0 stars and shouldn't be allowed to serve such poor food. Had to turn up to the shop, which looked a dive and still no refund or exchange. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY. It's a pitty you can't rate them on their app for everyone who's about to order to see !!!

If I could give no stars i would. Had to meet the driver an hour later at a random asda cause he wouldn't come to our house. Waited an hour and a half and it was cold, disgusting and practically tasted like sugar granules. Would not recommend.

Shocking scran. Paid nearly £8 for a waffle that was tiny and was rammed with sugar so I couldn't even taste anything other than the sugar and came with half a bueno. Milkshake had cheap chocolate an little to no taste. Top it all off it took over an hour to arrive. Absolute joke.

Food was nice however it took very long time to arrive, it also came cold and needed heating up which I didn't expect for the price.It was also a lot smaller than anticipated.

You can’t track your order and have to chase up on the customer chat, waste of £12. Only when you chase them up 50 minutes later and ask for your money back they say ‘it’s on the way’. Money grabbing and also the quality of the milkshake was terrible. Avoid 100%.

Horrible!!! Have ordered a few times before and been amazing, but ordered nutella and caramel milkshake tonight and was horrible. Cheap stuff used..absolute waste of money.

Ordered for the first time on Friday 28/08-20. We were having a family meal and thought it would be fun . We all agree it was very expensive however we had high hopes due to the cost !!!!!!! Our order arrived , minus one two doughnuts! We told driver as driver not aware the order was missing . My partners face was a picture at the smallest slice of cheese cake 🍰 which was also upside down !!!!! It was a joke !!!! We waited for doughnuts , they were nice and son enjoyed the milkshake . We got some complimentary sweets for missing off two desserts but I would of preferred my money back.( we weren’t offered this) . How can anywhere justify a tiny slice of cheese cake poorly presented for over a fiver !!!!!!!! What a let down !!!

I dnt understand why use are called midnight delivery an use close at 12am. My son put a order in last night an use have only just delivered it the next day at 7.30 but use weren't slow at taking the money which is wrong

Joanne at midnight delivery at the Baltic market has been absolutely amazing, on top of this the deserts are out of this world! The diam cheesecake is unreal!! If your at the Baltic you NEED to try these guys!!

Ordered a delivery and they dropped a completely wrong order to my boyfriend. I told them on their “help chat” and sent them photos of what they delivered (they actually didn’t call they left a brown paper bag with his food in by the flat doors where 6 flats are) and “Conor” who works in the kitchen told me that I had sent them an old photo as they hadn’t made s’mores cookies for over a year and didn’t even have marshmallows in the kitchen? He also told me maybe I need to take this up with my boyfriend? Wow! It’s the first time I have used these guys and as a small business owner myself I would never treat my customers like this! Then miraculously the manager Jasmine called my boyfriend to apologise??? Oh... I take it they found the marshmallows and realised they had made the order!!! Furious won’t be using again!
