DO NIT EAT HERE! Food was absolutely disgusting and the grills are dirty... The mum is very very rude after I asked for three sauces and told me to piss off, What kind of person treats their customers like that?

the best take away I have had in a while, turned up an was still red hot, wich is unusual for most take aways. I got the special kebab an it was the most amazing kebab I have ever had, I have been going here since I was a teenager, last time I ordered I was disappointed so didn't go back for about a year, decided to try again & deffo didn't disappoint this time, will be ordering again very soon

kofte was not very nice ( mushy ) very disappointed,delivery more than an hour,wont order again

Kebab was late. Arrived luke warm and was charged 15p for a bag that the driver actually took away with him. Absolutely will never order again.

Driver was incredibly rude.. told me not to order from there again because it took him 30mins to get here and drove 15miles. The place is 5miles away and takes 14mins. Food was nothing special was disappointed for the price.

Can't fault Nizams food, great portions, always freshly cooked, and great service too! Jusy hate the £2.50 delivery charge :-(

The food is amazing, I ordered the special Nizam’s kebab with a large portion of chips and side salad. I was happy with the meal and it worth driving and waiting for it 🌟

Garlic bread was simply ok. Chicken pieces were both over cooked and extremely dry… near enough burnt. One bite, then in the bin.

Driver was very polite and as this order was for my nan he managed to deliver to her at her flats which I was highly greatful he delivered

Chicken dry, lamb burnt an naan bread dry

Im a fair minded person so writing a review is rare for me. As a busy full time single parent business owner and full time uni student some days im pushed for time like this evening. I was hesitant to ring nizams but I just wanted a chicken and lamb kebab. Again for the 5th time my order was wrong, again I rang up to speak with the guy, his attitude stinks, I said is this a way of retaining a loyal customer of 4 years who as I said is fair minded too. With that said the food was not the best this time either, I only ever get a keba, I will never order from Nizams ever again.

Nice kebab but quite dry.. I requested plenty of sauce, then u expect that to happen especially when it cost £11 plus asked for all salad u forgot cucumber & the extra minted cabbage I also asked for as u gave so little. So tight in giving sauce, was the tiniest drop of chilli aswel for real tho..

1 pizza & 1 kebab too over an hour to be delivered less than 1 mile from shop on a Wednesday evening. Food was poor quality

The worst food I've ever eaten. Unedible dry chicken , and lamb that i don't even think was lamb. Never again!!. Be warned the food is rank even for a cheap kebab gaff.

We ordered by phone chose to collect we had two chicken kebabs one with doner meat one cheeseburger with salad & garlic mayo all with fries + garlic cheese bread cost £26.00+ got them home to discover all was cold chicken poor quality stringy under flavoured soggy fries burger lacking in salad and dressing needless to say everyone was disappointed most of it went in the bin as this was a treat for our son’s birthday the evening meal was ruined definitely won’t use that dump again only gave one star if I could have given less I would

They charge £1 to have the salad and sauce separate. Never again will I use this place. Very poor don’t go there.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken, it came completely over cooked, tasted like it has been cooked in old oils, was really nasty in flavour, also ordered a strawberry cheese cake as advertised on the menu and a frozen strawberry gateau came…

Absolutely appalling service from the staff here. I called to add to my order and the person I spoke to on the phone told me to stop wasting his time. He was extremely rude and abrupt. Unbelievable as I was only adding to my order. I would even rate the restaurant

The food has just been delivered cold I would definitely not eat a cold chicken burger and especially not cold doner meat

I bought a chicken kebab meal the chicken was burnt and hardly any salad the chips came in a burger box all this for £7 rang back to ask for my money back and was told driver would return with my money that was at 7pm it’s now 8:25 rang back again to be told driver has knocked at my door and got no answer !! Which I find quite strange because I was waiting at the window do yourself a favour save the hassle and your money 100 % swerve this place

NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE, ordered from here and waited an hour, for me to ring and the man to tell me my order isn’t even out for delivery yet, and says it will be 15 minutes, so I waited then 20 minutes later he cancelled my order, my dad rang to ask why and he hurdled abuse at my dad, worst customer service ever and worst experiance ever, if you want decent food at a decent time do not order from here

Incorrect garlic bread delivered. I asked for folded nann but a flat garlic bread was received..

I have still not had my order! Phoned up to chase it and got told it would be here in ten minutes.. 20 minutes later still no food. Phoned up again to be told it was on its way. I told them that I was told this 20 minutes ago and that it would only be 10 minutes. The got told he would chase it up and ring me back. No phone call back and no food! Not impressed at all. Demand a refund for my meal!

From L19 0NY to L24 8RJ delivery fee £5?! Are you kidding me?

The burger was lovely but the chips were cold and the smallest portion of donner meat ever and for £6 was not good!!

Food was lovely as always and we order weekly but what we can’t understand is why the delivery is £5 if you spend over £9 and only £3 if you spend under £9 surely that should be the other way round and free deliver on orders over £70 is a bit excessive.

Ordered on the app given a 40 minute pick up time so went to pick it up and order hadn't even been started so when I complained and told them iam not prepared to wait for another 20 minutes I was told we are very busy so we don't care if you don't want to wait. So I said you won't see me in here ever again and was given the same reply . Unfortunately this isn't a one off as I have ordered from them many times as the food is good but it's always the same a long wait .

Absolutely terrible, left my food on the door step of a hotel for me find late at night, asked them to call me when outside to come and collect and they never, myself and my 3 year old daughter when hungry for the night.

They delivered the wrong pizza the delivery took an hour and a half and the man on the phone was rude

My food wasn't delivered at all rang them twice was told 2 minutes then was told it wasn't coming. No refund. Don't waste your money. Rude staff

It took almost 2 hours for my food to arrive. Called the shop guy was very rude, could call just eat only messages, there policy says to cancel your order the order has to be late more then 2 and half hours late for you to get a full refund. You can cancel it but you would have to pay for the food that you did not receive. Guys avoid this restaurant and don't order from justeat. Unless you can wait for 2and half hours.

Over 2 hours to deliver a cheeseburger 0.3 miles… And when it came it was barely edible, I’m actually Mindblown, could have f****ed off to wales, killed and skinned a cow, made my own burger and came home by the time these clowns even put it on the grill Over 2 hours to deliver a cheeseburger less than 0.3 miles, think about that for a minute

Food arrived 2hrs after I ordered. When I asked where it was got told be there in 20mins, after 20mins told it would be another 20....arrived 2hrs after I ordered. Sadly the food wasn't worth it

Went to collect food they have my son a different order, we went back in to find out they had not done the order. Food wasn’t great not going to come here again had this numerous times being given wrong order or items missing or when I ordered for delivery we waited nearly 2 hours

Nizams is one of the best take-away outlets in South Liverpool.

Nice food but never on time. Always plan on it being an hour later than quoted. Won’t be ordering again…
