Good food for lunch, people commenting saying rude staff but if you go in the day a guy working there called Dudu is amazing and a really friendly guy!

Ordered a chicken shawarma, menu said £5, i was charged £7.50, they apparently had no wraps and no salad left? when the lady before me had a mountain of salad. None of this was disclosed before i made my payment (i wouldn’t have bought if i was told) i just reviewed a box of chips with chicken on top? Not what i ordered and overplayed for? i asked the workers why there was no wraps or salad and they were incredibly patronising and belittling, I just felt very uncomfortable in there, I would definitely avoid.

Absolutely rubbish food and service. actually salt is the only thing you can taste here, bad quality there. I wouldn’t suggest to come here anyways, very low quality and you can only taste salt here…. Terrible try to Avoid this otherwise you will have throw your food in bin.

Worst food ever.i have tried 2 mix donner meats with chips for £17 .It was very cold food then i asked the owner who is chef he said the salad is cold then he agreed and tell me he will replace the food to a new one .after sometimes he microwave the food and saying it is ready then i take the food and thought no need to quarrel with him i will adjust it.But then again food was not hot and fresh.And the taste was rubbish after two three bites i cure my hunger and left the food.Completely unhappy and disappointed with this disgusting behaviour and food.local people please avoid this place .Was very hungry travelled from london

Ordered mixed kebab this evening. No bread whatsoever! Salad, chips and a small amount of meat. I like spicy but far too.many chillis. Sorry guys but a kebab comes with some kind of bread as standard otherwise it's simply a box of meat and salad?

*AVOID IT ALL COSTS” We came in asking after a night out - got Chicken/Mix Shawarma and one of the workers told us the chips come for free (assuming we were drunk) whilst they actually charged the chips on top. Luckily, we realised that immediately and confronted them for lying to us, at which point they replied with “its business” Class 1 scam attempt, i wonder how many people fall for that - the other worker was nice enough to refund us in the end. As per the food itself, it was extremely average - the meat was low tier and the overall flavor was flat to say the least. If you value sincerity in your food choices, once again, avoid this place at all costs.

Rubbish service, the skinny tall guy with a big nose who works there ignored me and my family on 3 occasions and when confronted he made it clear he didn't like us, the manager didn't care and walked off with a smile, racist place, if ur Asian don't expect good service from here. Terrible will not be coming again no respect. To top it off food was oily!

The food was lovely, the salad was fresh, the grilled chicken was cooked to perfection. All these bad reviews seems unwarranted considering how good the food was, the price and the service. Would recommend giving it a go if the other reviews are off putting.

**Horrific Experience: Discrimination & Cheating Customers!** ⚠️ My girlfriend and I visited this pizzeria at 11 PM, only to endure blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism. We ordered a pizza meal (which clearly INCLUDES a drink) and 3 chicken wings. Not only did the staff **refuse to provide the promised Coke** with our meal (he kept shaking his head dismissively without explanation), but he then **aggressively asked if we were "from China"** in a mocking tone. This was not a casual question—it was a targeted, humiliating act. To add insult to injury, we discovered **MISSING ITEMS** upon returning home: one chicken wing had vanished from the box. This wasn't an oversight—it's a pattern of cheating customers and racial prejudice. We demand accountability. No apologies, no refunds, and certainly **NO RETURN** from us. To anyone reading: **AVOID THIS PLACE** if you value basic dignity and fair service. Disgusting behavior.

COME HERE ALL THE TIME AND READ THIS .Food very good very clean.People are lying about all of this i go there nearly every day to the point i think im friends with them.They guy told me that the borad at the top is wrong and the guy who did it is wrong.I know his daughter and she said he doesnt speak with 15 old girls. Used to be a boss place years ago. Food is the usual cheap takeaway crap but not even good and they will overcharge you when you’re drunk. Charged me £20 for a pizza and chips.

Awful first offered medium or large as options so ordered medium then realised small was an option would've ordered that if told so spent more than wanted to, then got home and found a chicken wrap with donner meat in and donner chips with chicken in

Went in for a quick chicken shawarma after work. I didn’t start eating it until I made it to my train which is a shame cos I’d have handed it back! It’s completely inedible, burnt, dry chicken. The bits that aren’t burnt are pretty bland as well. Definite avoid!

They will try to charge you extra on a night out. One guy tried to charge me 5 extra when the board showed a different price. Be careful ordering from this place.

Asked if they did anything vegan and they said yeah falafel wrap. Gave me a halloumi wrap and told me it was falafel. I am dairy intolerant so will likely make me ill but if they did this to someone with a serious allergy could end up hospitalising people. Recklessly irresponsible liars

Taste like nothing and salt.. actually salt is the only thing you can taste here, bad quality there are many other good quality kebab for cheap price close to queen square, there is one close to GoFelafel that I don’t remember the name, but there are many where you can have a good shawarma for less then £10, I wouldn’t suggest to come here anyways, very low quality and you can only taste salt here…. Terrible

Delicious and the portion sizes are insane!

The building is unclean and untidy with sticky floors and greasy tables. The staff are illiterate and rude. The older staff member who seemed to be in charge of the salad bar was loud and handled the food aggressively and the younger member couldn't seem to be able to calculate how much many I handed him after I placed two £20 notes directly into his palm, continuing to ask me "how much this?". There was a long wait for the food, which in the end was bland and unappetising. My garlic bread pizza was practically drowning in oil and grease, and my donner and shawarma meat were dry and stale. Overall, the food was disgusting, and the staff lacked basic human manners and English and are unorganised. This place is not fit for human consumption.

Throught the time we were there the workers were smoking. Even while they were near our food and packing it they still happened to be smoking. He said that the payment didn't go through and ended up charging us two times more. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes even though it took them half an hour. To say they cooked something was an understatement they just fried some frozen food. Even after they took ages for the food it was still cold, stale and very dry.

The fella here is so sweet! he remembers faces, gives free drinks n food from time to time and when the power went out he went next door just to make us food. sweetest man

It used to be my go to place, but the oldman there has a bad attitude. It happened twice with me that he was overcharging me than the price mentioned in the menu and upon telling him, he made excuses.

Lost my phone on a night out and he kept it for me until I got there, and checked it was actually my phone. Very kind and friendly. Food was also great, can’t recommend it enough!

I love cofta there but today the staff said there is no cofta, he was too lazy to prepare it for me. When I was leaving I hear someone else was ordering and he said ok. I don't know what to think.

DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my friend got kebabs here after a night out and the man serving us kept saying our cards weren’t working. After the payment went thru TWICE, our cards got suspended because fraudulent activity was suspected. If you don’t mind sitting on a call for hours with your bank to sort it, the kebab was actually okay.

My pizza was half cooked One side was over cooked and the other too doughy and undercooked. Obviously I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a wrap last night and whilst watching them cook it, even though the whole grill was empty the cook put RAW CHICKEN on top of my almost cooked meet then proceeded to just put it in the wrap and give it to me. Used to really like it here but never going back again

Usually always have a good experience here. Went there today, - got told half a chicken was out, not sure if it was but thats fine. Then asked for a Donner. Packed it about 2 minutes sloppy and didnt even give salad or sauces. And he was on a phone call. A bit disappointing to pay more than usual for a lesser experience.

Really disappointing, staff were so rude, I asked if they had the meal deal which they do online and on Deliveroo and they said where are you from and I said I’m half Russian half English and he said no meal deal for you and laughed in my face and then charged me double the price without me knowing.

Place and price wise it's ok. Pizza and platter is fine but Burger is the worst. They heat the bun on iron plate which literally burns it then comes beef petties also burnt totally ruined the taste. Burger wise it's worst and not recommended at all.

Als je binnen komt moet je oppassen dat je niet uitglijdt… vloer is vettig. 3 man achter de kassa staan niks te doen, maar alle tafels zijn wel vies. Kipshoarma was aardig. Patat ook wel. De rest was heel matig. Bij het aanwijzen welke toppings je wil is het hier nog te lastig om de dingen die je ter plekke aanwijst in het goede bakje te gooien. Blikjes die niet bestemd zijn voor losse verkoop hier toch los verkocht.

Als je binnenkomt denk je dat je in een kermisattractie bent beland. Vloer plakt, tafels niet schoongemaakt en het eten is toch wel middelmatig.

When we didn’t receive what we asked for over 3 times, we decided it was best for us to ask for a refund and leave the place. However the staff refused to refund us and started verbally attacking us. Never in our lives have we experienced this level of embarrassment, disrespect and rudeness. I am so surprised that their business is still running. The quality of food is incredibly unpleasant, the environment is unfriendly and the staff is obscenely impolite and profane. If you want to ruin your day, give prontos a visit!

Surprised how this place is still running. Took my family there for a cheeky doner kebab after a nice day out. They served us ice-cold doner and tried to convince us that this is how it should be…..when we asked for it to be warmed up; they tried to warm up the whole platter (with the salad and chips!!!). Long story short; I asked for a refund and they refused flat out. They were disrespectful with atrocious customer service (probably due to their illiterate staff). I would stay miles away from this place. Let this be a warning for anyone who stumbles upon this joke of a place.

Served cold donors and when I complaint no one at restaurant was ready to accept their mistake All staff is very very rude and don't know how to talk with customers. They all get together to fight instead apologising. I will never go there again.

Disgusting mouthfull of cartelage in my first bite, and a chicken bone in my second.... Meats on meat feast look like they've been sat on the floor for a week then scraped up and thrown onto my pizza. Revolting.
