I’ve been studying at Pret for the past two years, and this Paradise Street branch has been my spot for the last seven months in Liverpool. It truly feels like my second home.
The new chairs are super comfortable, and the staff are really great, always kind and welcoming.
I’ve tried many café brands in the UK, but none gave me this level of comfort. Thank you, Pret!
Looking for somewhere to grab some breakfast near our accommodation on bank holiday Monday. Stumbled upon here and so glad we did. The pub was empty on arrival (10am) but greeted by the friendly barman. Plenty of breakfast options, went for the Wild Boar muffin meal deal, must say, excellent value. The food came fresh and hot and was delicious, if your in the area and need a breakfast I’d recommend here, cheers
My wife and I were in Liverpool and wanted a sandwich to eat on, My wife had a salad instead but said it was delicious, I had a spicy Italian great. Food, staff and services were excellent here at subway harman street, can say thoroughly recommend it brilliant.

We popped into the Liverpool Primark to grab something we’d already bought before — they really do have everything! This one felt noticeably cleaner and better organised than the one in Bristol, which made the visit a lot more pleasant.

M&S Café in Liverpool offers a pleasant experience with well-crafted latte that have a rich flavor and creamy texture. Their selection of pastries including croissants and cakes is fresh and flavorful, making them a great pairing with coffee. Overall, it's a cozy spot for a quality coffee and pastry.
I ordered Linguine Con Gamberoni which all the linguine were stuck to each other! Never expected that from an Italian resturant. it was also too oily! at the botom of my plate, there was nearly 1/4 inch of oil. Pasta was swimming in the oil. The sharing platter would be nice if it was less salty. we need to drink lots of water after that.
A male staff who brought our food was so angry and pissed like he didn't want us there. In general, we had high expectation.
Booked a table at browns for a family members 60th. We arranged with Browns and a cake company for the cake company to drop the cake and balloons at browns during the day. The cake company then contacted us to say browns did not have a booking for us and would not accept the balloons and cake (after agreeing prior).. then after speaking with Browns they agreed to accept them… arrived at the restaurant and said oh the balloons are not here which the waitress replied ‘yeah they’re out the back’ overall bad service it is not difficult to arrange to pop the balloons on the table prior to the large party arriving..
drinks service terribly slow. Waiting over 30 mins for a drink.. had to ask multiple times if somebody could take our order and had to follow up the drinks..
This is my favourite Browns. We always have breakfast here when we visit Liverpool. The customer service is outstanding. There is always a wonderful atmosphere and the food is spectacular for a chain restaurant. Our server today was Jason. He has served us a few times since the restaurant opened. There’s not many restaurants where you visit once a year but still remember the servers name - unless they make your experience something to remember. There’s so many restaurants we could visit in Liverpool and we always make an exception to visit Browns at least once whilst we are in the city. We were in Liverpool for 23 hours and visited Browns twice in that time.
Avoid paying £15 for the birthday package it's just a cheap balloon, one supermarket muffin and card from the cats. Hot drinks machine is so-so. Gets a bit cramped and crowded with people in there but the cats were lovely.
Came here for our anniversary lunch. Food was amazing. The lunch deal was great! Although it was quite busy when we came in, the service was quick and efficient. Both people who served us, Joe and Aisy, were really friendly and definitely made us feel welcome!
