Primark in Liverpool

We popped into the Liverpool Primark to grab something we’d already bought before — they really do have everything! This one felt noticeably cleaner and better organised than the one in Bristol, which made the visit a lot more pleasant.

Yes it's cheap but those checkout queues are ridiculous. It's worse than Alton Towers, just to buy some new socks.

Living here for so long and only now felt the need to say about the air inside this place,it’s not breathable.They NEED windows,in the winter it’s boiling hot,in the summer it’s even hotter,i can’t even express how bad the smell is when it’s busy. People seem to be completely ignorant of the fact the staff are having to fold the same thing 10 times,which is ridiculous,if you pick up only one thing why not just fold it back,it’s an absolute mess in the weekends,but that’s not necessarily the shops fault,although they do need more staff. Another thing is the queues,they are huge on most floors,again during the weekend it gets a lot more hectic but you’ll be waiting in the queues sweating up and everyone complains on it,it would be easier to have a self checkout. On the good side,they have a ton of items,prices aren’t too bad but they could be a bit better considering the fact we get taxed at almost everything and anything we own.Its a huge shop so you’ll find anything you want.It looks a lot bigger to tourists. Security is good,they aren’t overly involved and annoying like all the other shops,they seem to be doing a good job. Anyway,please get windows!!!

Primark gets a lot of stick, and if you go to certain ones you can see why. However, this is probably one of the best ones. Had a Great vintage section to.

You want to buy everything! Super affordable prices and very good quality of products! Variety of clothing, accessories, home items, and more. I loved Primark!

Massive queues on Sundays. Generally only 3/4 tills open.

Come every month to get my nails done, lovely girls, staff excellent!!! The only thing that I HAVE TO complain is the air conditioner, we are all freezing in the salon because the air con is too cold. Honestly, it’s not even summer yet. Anyway special mention to Dorina, she is always nice and attentive. I always come back to her 💖

I loved this Primark, lots of options and well organized

A fully stocked store with all the new products, you could definitely find anything you needed. However obviously it is ridiculously busy so hard to take your time to look around and there weren’t any self service checkouts even in this big store as far as I could see. Queues were long and the store was hot.

Some clothes are not expensive but some clothes are not PRI Marking anymore… But I like the fact that there are more options in 1 building….

Isn’t open when says I woke up at 7am to do washing, one good thing washing is done, but I’m in the middle of Liverpool on a Sunday with crackheads.

There's always a queue and the staff talked to each other whilst serving - not the best customer experience. You could reduce a queue by focusing on your job. Staff don't really seem to care, not because they're bad just but lazy much

Choice, prices, location everything was great.

Great shop great prices just need to keep on top of your staff was in store today and couldn't believe how many groups of staff were standing round talking when the queues had 3 people on tills on the second floor wish I could get payed for talking with my mates easy money 💰💰

Bought an umbrella here it wouldn’t work so went back into the shop to exchange for another one. When purchasing was handed the receipt and chose to give it back and asked the cashier to bin it. When exchanging the umbrella the manager Lydia was extremely rude and outstraight mean to the cashier who was not at fault whatsoever and barked at him, making a huge deal out of it. Working in retail is hard enough without someone treating you that way infront of customers but regardless no worker should have to deal with a manager like that. It doesn’t kill to be kind but this should be a given in a manager role. So disappointing to see.

What's not to like about Primark.

Gift card refused and managers were powerless to help. Head office should be held responsible for not training staff adequately. Never experienced anything like this in any other Primark ever before.

Bought two pair of cosy socks, and there two different sizes in the pack. Not impressed one little bit. Means now I have to return the socks to hopefully get two pair the same size.

Primark's prices have definitely gone up. In this Primark has a Greggs and toilets on second floor. Menswear is on the lower ground floor

The cheapest clothes you can buy, the quality is excellent, and you solve the problem while you are in Britain

What can you say about Primark other than it ticks all the boxes.If you are on a budget as many people are nowadays then Primark is a godsend.A big variety of clothing and household products at bargain prices.Always well worth a visit.

Huge shop with about 3 floors, plenty of choice and good affordable clothing. Very clean shop and polite friendly staff

This shop is massive! It's packed with a huge variety of clothes and shoes at really affordable prices. Seriously, what more could you ask for? It's a great place to shop for both men and women. My only complaint is that the queue for the fitting rooms can get quite long. But other than that, it's a fantastic shopping experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Primark is brill, and I'm a bloke saying so.

Primark Liverpool..... horrendous. A broken escalator caused big problems along with a lift out of order and inadequate signage. This led to customers with mobility problems and parents with prams using the staircase. An emergency evacuation would certainly have led to fatalities. The store was stiflingly hot and so unpleasant we (4 of us) had to leave without making any purchases.

Visiting during the half-term holidays so very busy. I was very impressed with the dedicated Home section and the Christmas section. Lots more choice within individual ranges than in my local store in Derby. Also a Greggs!! What a marvellous way to keep you in store. Hat's off to whoever had that brainwave as an addition. Saw that there's also a brows and lashes bar.

One of the biggest Primark's I have visited. There is a large homewear department on the ground floor and overall 4 sales floors. It was very busy indeed, being Saturday afternoon, but the queues at both the fitting rooms and tills moved quickly. There's much choice, and interestingly, there's a 'pre-worn' section in the basement. Also, there's a beauty bar so you can get your nails done whilst you're out shopping! A very good store.

Took a while to get between levels with a pram as some lifts where not working and alot of people trying to use them.

Came here Saturday 19th Oct ...service great found all we needed to purchase as in first thing in the morning....Clean tidy store ...always come here for shopping... fantastic

Brilliantly set out a lot bugger Thames local store and lots of choice

I bloody love this shop, yes it's fast fashion but it's fantastic for growing kids. Although people go in with a list you rarely stick to it and by the time you come out you have bought 4 packs of socks, t-shirts in every colour and enough kids bits to keep a village going. It's clean, but can be messy on a Saturday afternoon but that's because people don't put stuff back. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, plus they are always lovely and chatty. I honestly cannot fault them. UPDATE...as much as I love this store please for the love of all things holy keep the Aircon on in the autumn months. Managers, I know you are there to manage but if there is a cue of 60+ people, jump on a till. Also people still insist on leaving items all over the floors, it's honestly heartbreaking to watch the staff clean up the shop, it's like trying to stop the titanic from sinking using a plaster.

Primark remains the butt of many jokes, yet you can't deny the locations are spacious, well lit and stacked to the roof with honest, value for money articles. Service oriented staff make a visit to Primark an essential stop on any shopping trip.

Very good range of reasonably priced apparel and accessories. The massive crowds might be overwhelming, but the shelves were generally kept neat and tidy, so kudos to the diligent staff for making the whole experience pleasant.

Well organised, lots staff stand on to help Lots choices, they are all beasy, you got nice feeling, reasonable prices. Very incarragen to buy for all seasons. I like there choices.

As an American in the UK, my expectations for visiting a Primark for the first time was quite high. This location surpassed my expectations. It was very clean and organized. The dress rooms for try on had a wait but a good flow and clean. Was very happy with my service during checkout as well. I walk with a cane and everyone was very mindful and kind.

If your looking for a bargain, Primark is a good place to start.

An employee overcharged me on the till for one stem of artificial flowers 30times I never noticed asy basket was massive until I got home! I wish I was joking but I'm really not when I seen my receipt. Just becareful and check before u leave 😩

I like it with everything you want, it is organized and tidy despite the crowding and the workers are polite and there is an addition for a break to drink coffee and eat anything I liked it more and as for the price it is accessible to everyone.

Big store with great variety. Plenty of space between departments. Only let down was staff and their lack of customer service. Out of the 4 members of staff I asked for help, only one was willing to assist, 2 staff members stood gossiping instead of helping.

Fab Primark, 3 levels including a Primark Home and a Greggs Cafe.

Product quality is slightly improved compared to previous years

It's no point to buy expensive sports bra(from JD such as adidas).You can find in TK maxx some for£7!!!!! I will shop only there..

The UK version of India's Zudio. You get best quality clothes at best price. I bought my puffer jacket as well as a beanie from there.

This is a very good store where you will get everything from clothes, children's clothes and shoes at very genuine prices and the staff here is also very helpful And it is also in a safe place, it is exactly in the middle of the city.

primark is always a problem when replacement is needed, I hate this store. Managers don't solve anything. And the quality of the clothes is terrible, I prefer Sainsbury's Next and other stores, I've always been mistreated at Primark.

Kept clean and tidy, just wish the escalators didn't force you to do an entire goddamn lap of each floor in order to leave, or that managers wouldn't insist on building displays on the shortest route out. It's mad.

After attending the Warrington Store and purchasing items, staff advised to utilise the on line Click and Collect App to check product availability, on us utilising the App we found the information to be incorrect and ineffective, staff then advised to contact Liverpool Store directly via telephone. On myself telephoning the Liverpool Store throughout the course of the day, including 1900-1930 hours, my calls went unanswered. Can this issue of poor customer service be brought to the attention of the Senior Management Team and this issue be addressed at the Liverpool Store. Of note, I cannot fault the Care, Product Knowledge, Attendance to Detail and Customer Service received from the 3 Female Staff Members at the Warrington Store. Sorry ladies I did not get your names to mention you individually, but thank you so much for your time and efforts, you may remember I was looking to purchase the Edit Coat in Taupe in a Size Medium.

For sensory impaired people this shopnis a nightmare!! Overcrowded. Noisy and chaotic. However on a positive note there is special attention offered to people with disabilities. There is a special accessible til on each floor . So ask the staff and you will be served promptly!

Went for a cheap coat for school for my daughter save the good ones getting wrecked.have alot of officially licensed NBA and NFL clothing aswell 👍got a greggs inside now for a cheeky sausage roll and a yum yum

I prefer Primark in Liverpool than the ones in Birkenhead and Liscard as it has much more of a choice all though it gets very busy.

I love Primark, a season of clothes for around £200 for bags of clothes. I love the home ware it's all really pretty and smells lovely when you walk into the home ware part.I love the Greggs cafe to grab a bite to eat or drink, The toilets at the cafe are very handy.
