Great food freindly staff and clean

Unfortunately out of the 5 meals we ordered from the menu, only one ( a sandwich) was available,despite this being early lunchtime. No soup, quiche, shepherds pie, only one fish pie, and not even the heavily advertised Christmas special sandwich was there. No knives in the cutlery area. Lipstick marks on the coffee cup. Everything took ages to arrive. On the plus side, what did arrive in the end was lovely food!!

Absolutely disgusting The staff were rude didn't speak. Waited 15 minutes for the kettle to boil.for a cup.of tea. Fish and chip under cooked mum's breakfast cold. Told staff. Man with beard walked away. Terrible Never ever again

We ordered online for a family of 10. We were told it would be ready in 45 minutes. The order was ready, complete and all of the food was excellent and satisfying. It is more expensive than usual, but we don't mind that if the quality and service are this good.

I went with Thomas W last month and we did not appreciate the food or service the workers where smoking in the kitchen and when I paid I gave a £20 note when i owed £16.50 and i didnt et my money back. Haiti is located in South America specifically in the Caribbean Greater Antilles.

Beautiful fish and chips. Good portion size. Fish was really good. Kids enjoyed their meals. Great service. Reasonably priced.

Absolute disgrace! Ordered Coffee, used my friends family discount. It did not register. Very cocky blonde haired bob girl. 'It must have been un shared with you. It's out of date We sacked a girl last week for this.' That's GDPR pet!' Absolutely showed me up in front of customers like I was a fraud and a thief taking my Car registration. Maybe you should have said download the new updated discount card! Maybe you should get extra training from Matt, Madeley, Rob. On my day off I like to wear tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Never judge a book by its cover or is it because I am gay?

My whole class has returned to France and I am still waiting for my order which is only 4 fries and I couldn't even pay in cash

Had a roll and bacon and coffee to take away at Southwaite services. Don't know how many days old the roll was. Dry and hard and the bacon barely warm. The coffee was barely warm. Service impersonal and unfriendly. Unfortunately when travelling you have left before realising. Awful. Jim Mac

Disgusting ordered delivery driver lied and said he waited 8mins and rang but he never came and rang charged us and I couldn’t reply or ring as they wouldn’t answer disgusting service and lies from delivery guy

My wife and I walked in and while waiting in the que listened to the old dear behind the counter telling the customer infront of us that she felt poorly. Then, while taking a tray from the oven and placing the pizzas into the display counter found it OK to caugh all over said pizzas and display counter 🤢 Needless t say my wife and I about turned and walked out.

Website says it closes at 11pm,but I've been and it's been shut by 9pm,maybe short staffed but if they paid the staff more it wouldn't be a problem

I must say, I truly thought the outside areas of the Penrith Mac's were amazing. Clean, well kept hedges, very tidy through the Drive-Thru and generally phenomenal.
