Greggs in Eden

My wife and I walked in and while waiting in the que listened to the old dear behind the counter telling the customer infront of us that she felt poorly. Then, while taking a tray from the oven and placing the pizzas into the display counter found it OK to caugh all over said pizzas and display counter 🤢 Needless t say my wife and I about turned and walked out.

The whole place is filthy, and I visited early so really no excuse and if you use the toilets at the services be prepared for a revisit to the train spotting toilet scene

My hubby and I find this Greggs fab, every time we visit…which is regularly! The staff are outstanding- happy, funny, well-mannered, and, frankly, I don’t know how they cope with the queues at times, always with a smile. The food is always fresh, well-stocked and hot, and you have to be on time to get breakfast baps before they finish at 11 as the outlet is always busy just before that time. Well done to all the lovely staff..thank you to you all, serving us, the public, without complaint. xxxx

Visited yesterday both my husband and I used the toilet facilities here, both sets of toilets were filthy, no soap, paper towels and floors dirty. Mentioned to the staff the dirty state of both facilities who hardly seemed bothered at all.
