This is some kind of massacre, so I wonder if Burger King is a chain where customers are treated the same in every store or differently everywhere. For example, codes from the loyalty application do not work here. 🤣🤣🤣 the service was average. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The small owner certainly doesn't earn as much as he would like and it is what it is. I thought that in this chain, customer standards are the same in every store, but it turns out that they are not

Lee was really great, he was running the place with another person. We were late for our crossing and had to get some food, currently we’re avoiding Burger King and a few other places due to Palestine and the boycot list. The food was mediocre as it is with most of these places. But he was working hard and being polite. I promised him a review and here it is.

Was closed before 10pm. Doesn’t close at 11 as described online

I gives u one star but you don’t even deserve that My husband is really sick he eated double woopher this afternoon He got a painful stomach ache he’s not feeling good at all 🤢🤮🤮🤮 He got a really bad experience in this Burger King He is stranger he lives in another country (France) He have been stuck in a gas station been in the Wc for 2 hours and he told me that he was painfully hurt in his stomach 😖🫤🤒🤮🤢 and he vomit everything I advise you guys to not eat in this Burger King He almost died from pain 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Shame on you 😡 He was sleeping in his car waiting to feel good that I could return home 🥴

Probably the dirtiest Burger King in the UK. It was not busy yet every table was dirty.

I had a lovely experience in burger kind Dover the staff was super nice and helpful, Lee and the manager ( I didn’t catch her name) were fabulous. The food was on point, 100% recommend.

As a Flixbus driver i come here 2 times a week and here they have the most friendly staff and fastest service from all the Burger Kings in Europe .. and believe me i have seen hundreds ...!! Amazing GOOD. 10 STARS.

I had the best experience at this Burger King, hands down! The customer service here is exceptional—I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Employee Lee was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit. He was very calm and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It's rare to find such genuine and efficient service in fast food, and it truly made my day. This was by far the best Burger King experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t exist any more. Whole building is now a construction site. No other food outlets, just toilets everywhere. Hopefully they build something new for passengers waiting.

£2.80 for a medium fries which contains approx. 12 fries....
