Went to get a gluten free pizza as partner going for a chippy. I hadn't had a gf from domino's recently as in the past they weren't that great. I didn't know they now used Schar for the gf base which makes all the difference. Pizza also seemed bigger than what it used to be plus it tasted great. Will defo think of domino's when wanting a gf pizza! Staff also helped with deals that were on offer.

Called in on the off chance with a hungry family. Pizzas ready in 10 mins. Steaming hot and delicious. Showed us the offers which saved us money. Highly recommend

Garlic pizza with tomato sauce. Only half the pizza had sauce on! Pizza was lobbed together cheese everywhere and cheese hard. Wouldnt expect much from a normal pizza shop but that was why we went to dominos!! Pizza was cold and was ready within 5 minutes which shows how much time and effort they put in.

I’m not sure why this has such a low rating. We collected 2 pizzas and sides whilst staying near by and had no problems. Ordering was easy on the app, it was ready on time and was hot and tasted good just like from any other Dominos! No issues at all

One of their drivers reversed into our car whilst making a delivery. He then drive off without stopping. We contacted Penrith store and they sent him back to us. The manager refused to speak to our insurers as he was 'hnavailable', however, he was available when I phoned myself and asked to speak to him - very strange! We had a very brief apology from Customer services and that was it - that was the last we heard from them - almost a month ago now 😡

I had to wait over 30 minutes for the pizza to be made, but once I did get it I thoroughly enjoyed it. Standard Dominos fare - make sure you use an offer and it will be quite good value.

Great pizza come here often love the dips only shame was the wait it seems to have a long wait all the time especially this visit we were the only people in the shop it said ready on the screen for a while. Will phone order next time for sure.

Can’t fault Dominos where ever you go the pizza is good. The staff were friendly and took our order. It was ready when they said it would be and was everything you expect and love with a Dominos. Can’t comment on delivery but food and service fab

Ordered our Pizza on the go. Then read reviews and thought ‘oh no!’ They were not known for their speed!! However 8mins off the motorway. Parking no problem. Walked in. Pizza was ready exactly 15mins after ordering as promised. Lovely Pizza. Service throughout was fab with the chap serving us advising us of a cheaper option than we’d originally worked out. Thank you Dominos 😊

Ordered a pizza nearly two hours ago, rang the store 13 times, had multiple people fobbing me off, then when I asked for a refund for waiting TWO HOURS for a pizza, told me I can't get refund because the money's gone to head office or some rubbish?! Absolutely horrendous, would never recommend to amybody

normally get a decent pizza but last 2 times my pizza was wrong and then tonight when I arrived to collect had to wait because the app had crashed- no problem these things happen- so I waited 25 mins in the shop and eventually I got impatient and asked what was going on to find out my pizza had just been sitting there on the warmer who knows how long complete joke, got it home it was dry overbaked nasty pizza had better from Iceland freezer section. u need to sort ur lives out dominoes it seems ur ruining pizza for everyone judging by these reviews. also watching you all argue behind the counter makes for a really uncomfortable wait. wow just wow

Would give no star if possible shocking I’ve paid £25 tonight and my order has not come 3 hours after placed , taken money yet no food has arrived

Ordered online and received a text saying delivery had left 15.39, driver rang at 15.58 asking where my house was, arrived 2 mins later. He told me the text was sent well before he left but obviously not as pizza was cold. I can walk from dominos to my house in 15 mins and it took him over 20 to drive!! Won’t be using again.

We get Dominos from the one near us in Hessle and it is great but this one is very poor. Only one guy working who didn't really understand us. The pizza was not well prepared and he gave us the crispy base which was almost burned. The toppings were poor and it just looked thrown together like no care in the World. Very poor from a chain we normally love.

Well where do I start!!! The staff do not seem to understand the English language, it took 2 staff both not very good at understanding English before I got a basic question answered "what are your deals" then it was still questionable, when the order was collected again staff didn't understand and were pretty rude!!

My boyfriends pizza was burnt around the edges and my double decadence pizza was dryer than jack dee.. ..itd never seen the usual creamy cheese and herb filling which I so greatly desired before my diet resumed...i ate the topping but it wasn't worth the extortionate 11.99 I paid for it. Unfortunately this has put me off going to any dominos again....i would have taken it back there and then but we had returned to our hotel room and it would have been closed by the time we got back.

I last visited dominos pizza in Penrith on May 2nd 2017, I orded the medium pizza with 2 toppings for £5.99 I choose Jalapeño and Cumberland Sausages with cheese and tomatos.

Could not fault it. The lady was very helpful behind the counter. We told her what we wanted and she advised us on the best offer to save the most money. The pizzas were ready very quickly and steaming hot and delicious. There were a couple of tables and we decided to eat in. Overall great service, great quality pizzas and great value. Would recommend.

We have ordered a handful of times when having a treat since our Dominoes opened in town - Every order has been done online and 50/50 on delivery and collection from shop, which (apart from the wrong big dip being sent once) everything has been perfect, always hot and tasty and we have both found using the website easy to do an online order - and I for one have always changed a few items on my pizza and found this to be easy and I always get the correct pizza when delivered/collected :) .. Some good offers on as well and always enough pizza left for a snack the next day (well on my behalf anyway :P )

We were staying in Melmbery around 10 miles away from Penrith with a family of 14 of us. With no takeaways around we ordered from dominos and collected it. 10 Large pizzas buy one get on free. When we collected the food it was hot and by the time we got home 15 minutes later it was still nice and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got 3 boxes of cookies for free. Recommend this place 100%

Not only were we were massively overcharged for our order but the pizza was soggy and undercooked and there was a piece of chicken on the vegetarian option.

Visited whilst staying in Penrith. Got a great deal on a large pizza with 4 toppings for £6.99 (Sunday special collection). Really tasty and well cooked. The shop even had seating for an eat in option which not many Dominos do.

I got a pizza from dominos penrith and i was disappointed with the choice of toppings... Other dominos takeaways offer a lot more toppings such as olives, roquioto sweet chilli peppers and a few more things. The quality of the pizza was nice but i was just a bit downhearted that some toppings i would usually get were not on the menu

At long last some quality pizza in Penrith. We have done the rounds with the local pizza places but none of them are in the same league as Dominos. Loads of deals, handy app and friendly staff - couldn't be better.

Its awful, overpriced and under cooked, our pizza topping looked like Cheese Sauce, we will stick with the other Pizza shops in town!

Yes we live in Whitehaven Cumbria which is nearly an hour by car from Penrith so Pizzas have to be reheated after the journey.But they are great tasty and different and good value for money. So please open a store nearer .Im sure you would do good business.

Next time we will stick with the local Pizza shop, these are very expensive and not that nice, it could of done with another few minutes in the oven so the cheese was crispy and not like sauce and the garlic bread is tiny!

Lovely hot pepperoni pizza, really good handmade base, really really tasty! Daughter enjoyed seeing it made. Very friendly helpfull staff.
