AVOID!!!! Absolutely disgusting … eating through our chicken tikka wraps & come across mould. Rang the takeaway up & they said they don’t understand what mould is … shouldn’t be working in a food environment if you don’t know what mould is taking this further & going to environmental health/ trading standards.

Keep forgetting items and their pictures aren't what they deliver

When ordering online you often don't get everything you ordered and if you contact them about it they will say 'can I owe you next time' but you never get reimbursed when you only order online. I decided to say no I wanted what was missing to be delivered and I was told it would be 20 minutes. 2 hours later and they still have not arrived and are now not answering the phone. Up until tonight I was a loyal customer but not anymore, they need to learn customer service and to check orders thoroughly so customers are not losing money. They currently owe me around £10

First time trying this takeaway and has to be the best kebab in Penrith. A proper kebab with bread, salad and meat all together. Excellent value for money and good portion sizes too in comparison to other kebab places in town. Will definitely be back!

Amazing! Easily the best kebab i've ever eaten! I ordered the special spicy kitchen kebab and it was unbelievably delicious. (doner and chicken pan fried with spices and onion) I also tried the spicy chips, which were fried in a pan with spices and onion. They were great.

Best Indian food around. Large portions and very tasty. Great staff and great menu. Good value for money.

Avoid Deniz/My Kebab, spicy kitchen is the best takeaway in Penrith, price for money is better value, kebab chips and naan deal is unbelievable for what you get!

First of all we been here 3 years ago as well, and it was great to see that they are still open. We ordered two currys and a starter, surprisingly with each curry rise or naan bread was included in the price more places should do this, also reasonably priced the only downside was the Butter chicken as it tasted like a Chicken korma. So please don't put the Butter chicken on the menu if you don't know how to make it.

Microwave the meat to heat it up then put it in a pool of oil in a frying pan. Last time I checked, a kebab is usually grilled.

Very tasty and indeed spicy food. Meal deal for one fantastic value for money. As is the spicy magic box. Havent tried burgers, kebabs or pizza yet, but we working our way thru the menu!

Delivered on time and one of the best lamb currys I have had for a long time.

Had two curries delivered on Saturday evening, don't think the delivery was anymore than anywhere else ,prompt delivery n excellent tasting curries,will definitely use them again .

Have used for home delivery on numerous occasions, but to increase delivery by £5.50, and minimum order to £25, really, I even phoned to ask and was to.d the boss !, was outside and that was now the charge, so hence now have gone elsewhere

We ordered at this place 5 dishes and they were all great. The Naan was freshly made in store. Can recommend that. 👍😁 Took only 25 minutes to pick it up. Really fast compared to 2,5 hours for an order at one of the Center Parcs restaurant. 😝🥳

Thier North Indian curry is spot on and also the Onion Bahjis. Would also recommend the Naan bread.

OK donner.loved the naan bread and it tasted good but oh my was it greasy..the grease was dripping out through the box and paper when it arrived. I still ate it tho

If you want a kebab that is a little bit different to what you normally would have, then this is the place to go to. We got the chicken tikka and donor kebab, medium for £5 each. Wow!!! Unbelievable portion size, great taste and in a proper naan bread like you get in an Indian restaurant. Super service, honestly cannot fault anything. Top marks!!!!

Went in with a complaint and the bloke behind the counter calls me and my mate a slag, then when our boyfriend pulled them up they didn’t say anything. 10/10 would not go If 0 star was possible it would get it

So I went into spicy kitchen last night and ordered a garlic pizza which I also payed for. Had a drink so completely forgot that we had to go back and collect it. Passed it today and went in and explained that I had paid for it asked if I could get money back or get the pizza tonight and then one of the staff turned around very rudely and said no you s**g you can pay for it again. Absolutely disgusting staff I will not be visiting there again. My boyfriend and I his friend then went in to see what happened and they denied everything. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star just because of the staff there. Disgusting

Really overcooked burgers. Ordered some beef/chicken burger deals. Beef burgers were over cooked. Chicken burgers were really over fried??? I can only assume fried in a deep fat fryer that is used for everything. Chicken burgers didn’t even taste like chicken, just whatever else was in the fryer. Chucked most of it in the bin. Only positive was that it was hot. Won’t be back.

So after 45 mins and a phone call, waiting another 25 mins to get normal pizza instead of calzone. Wanted to give us a discount instead of sorting out our order. Then after about another half hour, send us calzone on raw base, without extra cheese which we paid for , saying that they “don’t put cheese on top of calzone anymore” and it’s extra cheese inside, when there was literally barely of this cheese at all.

The burgers, Curries and kebabs are 100% excellent. And the hand made naans are out of this world ❤️❤️❤️ Spicy kitchen

Wouldn't give it stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting service Customer service is appalling, it really seems as though they don't want your service. Rang up and asked for a spicy box and argued with me that I didn't know what the menu was. Rude service by the owner dipu, always went back because besides the service the food was half decent. Shouldn't have returned after I asked for a garlic base and didn't get it. Got told to check me nostrils because it was on there (it defiantly wasn't) or every time we order something is missing without fail. Much prefer my kebab or deniz over this takeaway that doesn't know if its Turkish or Indian. DONT order from here

Ordered a large dinner kebab and it was very nice,,came in a lovely naan bread with salad and ordered extra salad but the salad was a joke,,99% lettuce and a bit of red onion,,where was the tomato,cucumber and red cabbage,?..I’d like to order a kebab from here again as the meat was fantastic but the worst salad I e ever had on a kebab,,complete joke and charging £1.50 for it aswell,,,no thanks

Been living in Penrith for nearly two years, to be honest hate Donna kebab cos in the past always disappointed. Have to say this was tops, fresh made bread, fresh salad so tasty well done will be back

Been going here for years and it’s always been good but since the new people have taken over it’s gone downhill, mouldy pizza’s! Makes you wonder about everything else! Won’t be going back anyway!

Not keen. Asked for a kebab there was no salad left in the fridges and they didn't refill them so ended up with just meat. Not very nice

Absolutely fantastic. Very reasonable prices and the food is out of this world. Undoubtedly the best takeaway in Penrith. 1st class. The kebabs come with handmade naan breads and are so delicious you won’t believe ❤️❤️❤️

2nd time there and we have to say a very good takeaway the mains are brilliant their onion bhajis are fantastic their chicken pakoras could do with adjusting to how they do them in Fife but they're still very good . All in all well done guys .
