The best restaurants in Copeland North West

A lovely tea room to walk to for lunch time. Warm welcome, nice menu choice & food was lovely, no scrimping on the fillings. Dog friendly with a treat for our two girls. Gifs shop to look around with reasonable prices. Thank you very much.

Sat outside with my daughter on a glorious day and had delicious food served by excellent waitress- pity you’re so far away

if I could give it 10 🌟's I would the young Manager Xander was so polite and helpful tapas yummy fish and chips delicious worth every penny

An hour and 15 mins waiting for the meal when it comes all meals were very salty couldn't eat it . While a 4 year old child eating his chicken nuggets the waiter took his plate away from eating and piled all the plates onto of it . All in all bad tasting food bad service and when complained they wernt interested and walked away

Great pub! The jukebox is good fun, and the land lady is fab

An excellent menu with a good variety of choices. Very unintrusive but appropriate service with friendly advice when requested. My choice of toasted Goat's cheese and salad was very tasty with a lovely dressing. The hot drinks choice was also very good. the prices were very reasonable too.

Does the boss ever smile? Food was okay but the boss rushing around with a face like thunder. Doesn't matter how busy you are but doesn't take much to smile

We didn’t stay in the hotel but had a lovely birthday celebration dinner in the restaurant. I’d recommend it for a nice meal out when visiting Whitehaven. The staff were all lovely and the food was really delicious.

Highly recommend trying this pub. Had Sunday lunch & found it the closest thing to home cooked. Excellent service from genuinely friendly staff. Comfortable seating, fast service & great with children. Dogs are welcome too. Conveniently located by Morrisons/B&M Whitehaven, pop in...the food really is enjoyable & true value. Generous portions, cooked perfectly & served quickly by happy staff...what more can you ask for. Excellent venue

Love this place, always a good time. The atmosphere is great, and it's always clean and well-maintained. Never had a bad experience here, no matter the occasion. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time. Five stars all around!

Traditional station pub serving a wide variety of beer to suit all tastes with a friendly land lady made for an entertaining evening.

1st Visit since reopening and it didn’t disappoint. The food was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a little quiet but the staff were still attentive . Definitely recommend a visit lunch menu was reasonable priced .

Great evening meal 2 days in a row. 2x pizzas and 2x a starter. It was really very good and very well presented.
