Ellie & Courtney were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, from the drinks service to the food. Atmosphere was very welcoming

Sadly the worst breakfast I've been delivered. Came late ! Rubber black pudding,hash browns. Very few beans. Toast like rubber. I think they must have gone out of their way to make food has bad as it was! The one star is for the sausage, it was nice

The food was awful and no taste I wouldn't recomand,I have paid for nothing I left everything in the plate as looked as food for pigs!!

Went in for lunch today. Was very busy not a nice atmosphere lots of kids screaming and running around. The coke had no taste and was flat, maybe the machine ran out of syrup. The staff in the kitchen looked like they didn’t want to be there lots of long beards uncovered made it look unhygienic. Saw staff eat some of the food while they were cooking. The man who is assumed to be the manager looked very stressed and I thought he was going to have a mental breakdown.

Whole experience was spoilt after receiving the bill, £28 for four Pepsi sized bottles of cider, mark up on them must be ridiculous!

Really nice Costa, good food not available in all stores. For such a busy store especially on a Saturday you could help them by giving them more money for staff. Serves is slow, no fault of staff who do great job with resources they got. I did see people walk in and out due to quie size.

We visited mid week and it was surprisingly not that busy as this branch often has queues outside the door. We were seated next to another large group despite there being many other free tables which we didn’t particularly like. The food was good and brought out to us quickly. The waitresses who served us were quite short with us and I got the impression that they really didn’t want to be there.

Vegan options are amazing, so much to try and always included in new dishes etc. i visit regularly and food is consistently good at cheshire oaks!

In & out within 45 mins. Great service. Food was good. Clubcard vouchers spent. Marvellous!
