We had coffee and cakes there but took home apple pie and a selection of cakes which were all lovely. They offer a selection of different breads . The owners are very friendly and provide excellent service. Looking forward to picking up pierogies which they kindly offered to make when I enquired. Well worth a visit.

I love the milkbar so clean and friendly. Did you know it’s the last milkbar in the hole of the Country, it used to be a franchise that was all over The UK, but now the one in Ellesmere Port is the last one saying not dining in a really friendly café you’re dining in a bit of mods and rockers history.

Amazing and cheap, a must when you go to the market and you feel peckish after shopping for 5 hours with your family!🤪🤪 They also let my dog in

Got the food delivered. REALLY NICE will defiently order again. Food warm and we got delivered everything we ordered. Burgers nice full of flavour better than a burger King or KFC. I preferred the chicken but both were nice. FRIES we ordered 1 with cajun and the other without both were nice and cooked to perfection. Drink was cans. Would order again.

Popped in for a pizza for the children. We found the gent that served us at the till to be unnecessarily very rude. We were thinking of just walking out but had paid for food and just wanted to get our children home, some supper to shut them up, then bed after a drive in the car to knacker them out. The children were in the car BTW. Thought it was just us he was being rude to, but then he did the same with a regular, as he knew him by name. So that's two customers being polite and just ordering food but being disrespected. God only knows how the rest of the night went. On a street full of takeaways, it takes a brave shop to be rude to customers without reason. The food was fine, but personally, we prefer to be spoken to with the same respect we speak to people with. Manners cost nothing. Can't be good for business in our books. Amusingly, he did try to come across as a "rocky robin" type - I am hard. We did giggle at that. He was a pip squeek, and we were embarrassed for him. We just assumed they must have trouble at the shop. We collected our food, got back to our car, and concluded, "What a total lightweight, cocky, and overly-confident prat. Lets not go back there!". We will not give them more business. It's too awkward, embarrassing, and totally cringe. We did well to hold our tongues, but we could see that the regular customer was furious and holding back too. For a moment, we thought the regular was going to plant the guy one as he was twice his size and didn't look like someone to mess with. He seemed taken back. Tbh, so were we. Note to the business. Be polite to your customers. They do, after all, keep you in business.

We went here as we had Tesco vouchers which I think a lot of people had and this may explain the prices for the food you get. You had to pick off the a la carte menu, I had Beef Bourguignon for £18.35 which contained two pieces of beef and a large amount of beefy mushrooms on a bed of mash. It looked very meaty but only two pieces. The King Prawn starter was nice at nearly ten pounds. There was quite a wait to be served as there seemed to be a changeover from the breakfast to the lunch sitting and someone from the kitchen staff ended up running out with the starters. If I did not have the Tesco vouchers I would not have been very happy at the prices charged, but the restraunt is still getting those full prices for the vouchers used I presume. The thing is you would never visit again based on the price for the mushroom Bourguignon and also the Cesar salad which was about £14 and you had to pay extra for chicken.

First time here. Had a twenty minute wait for a table, this was advised on arrival. We ordered a selection of dishes for 3 people, the portions are tapas style. All the food was very flavoursome, the service very good, and as a lover of Indian food there were no complaints. It is a little more expensive than your standard restaurant, we paid £90. Overall a good experience.
