Ordered tandoori main and it was raw in the middle

Spent almost £50, which included a single poppadom for the kids and a chutney tray. The chutney tray was delivered without the poppadom, which of course made the chutney tray useless. I called to ask about it, and after five minutes on hold, I was told that the driver particularly remembered putting the poppadom in the bag. I felt like I was being called a liar. No apology and not a great customer service attitude. Eventually, the poppadom was delivered after a further twenty minutes, by which time the rest of the food had been finished. Shame, because the food that was delivered was actually decent.

Stayed at Chester needs to update the address as moved and not being local struggled to find it, We ordered online the system was a bit buggy but that could of been due to Internet issues. Lovely meal and staff friendly.

Love this place. We used to be regulars when we lived in Ellesmere Port, but moved away in 2016. We have tried so many other local places and can't find one to match The Massala, so on occasion, my husband makes to drive to Ellesmere Port to bring home our favourite take away 🤣 lovely food and friendly people

Took over 2 hours for a meal for 2 via just eat app, no contact or updates provided to keep me updated on delivery. Disappointing response from just eat, moved to deliveroo.

Food is very tasty and freshly made. Travelled over 7 miles for the food because other Indian takeaway restaurants by me have become very poor quality recently.

Been going here for nearly ten years and still the best for miles around and always clean, fresh and nobody ever ill from it even the spicy stuff

Lamb mirchi modhu by far my favourite curry available around here, with an indian nan I know my curries lol

Really tasty, friendly guys in there, always happy to remove ingredients you don't like as everything is cooked fresh in front of you.
