We were visiting Cheshire oaks to do some Christmas shopping and stopped to have a coffee and doughnut and plan our visit. Service was good and ample seating in the fresh air.

Used this krispy kreme for a staff meeting. Was absolutely lovely. Great selection and the everyone loved the doughnuts and staff were incredibly helpful. Couldn't do enough to help. Massive praise for the whole team, absolute credit to the company! Thank you from Zizzi Cheshire Oaks!

Second visit and same outcome. No sharers dozen in stock because they are short a doughnut. I could swap the doughnut for another but would need to pay extra. Not sure I understand that logic, so I will pass. Didn’t get far enough to rate the food.

So after visiting this branch earlier this year and having a terrible experience I returned yesterday to a complete turn around. The service was exceptional. So impressed. The lady that served me was helpful, smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Krispy Kreme, you have redeemed yourself.

Well what can I say. The doughnuts are delicious, the customer service is awful. We had to queue as there were 4 people in front, no issue with that. However once we got to our turn to be served how rude was the server. She didn’t even say hello and then I asked for what we wanted. Before I got a chance to ask for 2 bags she had thrown our doughnuts into one bag and demanded £3.10 from us. I then asked politely please could I have 2 bags to which the sever rolled her eyes, tutted and then asked her colleague to pass her another bag so that I could put the doughnut in the bag myself. Not the customer service I expect or have received previously when I’ve purchased a Krispy Kreme doughnut. I shall not be returning to that particular Krispy Kreme vendor. Very poor customer service and very rude.

Treated ourselves to doughnuts and coffee from this cart and was really impressed with the friendliness and politeness of the staff . Doughnuts were tasty as always and coffee nice and hot.

Passed the Krispy Kreme cart tonight and received wonderful service from the guy behind the counter, super friendly and helpful.

Love travelling to Cheshire oaks to visit Krispy Kreme. After shopping it is great to buy a coffee and doughnut.

The best donuts in the world!!! You have have never had one you are missing out! Get the points card or app and get a free one on your birthday or when they miss you! But out of them all the original glazed is the most amazing ever!!! So amazing that I had a wedding tower of them! It’s gets busy but the staff keep the line moving!

Always a great choice of donuts. Good for a treat once in a while, my favourite is the strawberries and cream. Good service and my husband loved the hot chocolate.

My daughter had a normal donut and said it was as good as the ones we get at home. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Recently enjoyed a birthday treat here which as a card holder was free.... A perk to getting older I guess The coffee was pretty good too!

I love you can just buy a donut passing or order hundreds of donuts and collect!! We ordered donuts for our wedding and the staff had everything boxed up and ready for us!! Cant wait for my next event to order more!!

Krispy Kreme is an ideal place to stop and chill half way round the outlet village, to grab a donut and a drink and chill out. The selection of donuts is great they have all the classics and the new ones as well. Selection of drinks, hot and cold. The milkshakes are really nice and filling. The team on this site are really friendly and always chatty.

Treated myself to a doughnut before leaving Cheshire Oaks and was glad I did, good customer service and delicious food!

wow these are the best fonts ever made, we want to las vegas and stopped to see the light show in remount street. didn't realise they were nuts at the time, but when were tried them they were fantastic. we then found out they came to the uk in harrods and then this little place popped up at cheshire oaks. when we are there for a walk around we always stop and have a donut and a drink. they are in my opinion the best donuts ever. so light and fluffy. the drinks are hot cold and milkshakes which are just as lovely. the staff are all really friendly and nice people. well worth a tea break here you won't regret it.

Went for the mandatory when-at-Cheshire-Oaks doughnut run and got a selection of 12 different sugary masterpieces. The staff here are brilliant and genuinely seem to know what they're talking about. A most-recommended stop while shopping.

Service was good Jean was very helpful in letting me know all the different flavours & the best deals. The new cookie dough tasted great.

I rarely treat myself to doughnut but it is very hard to resist them when they are so delicious. Exactly what one needs after a tiring day out shopping. It's a little expensive in my opinion but I can't help but feel that it's worth shelling out.

Great selection tasty. Small mobile unit but mouthwatering doughnuts. Watchout near summer period though as wasps make a beeline for that sugar. Ensure plastic flaps are down staff so the wasps can't get to the doughnuts

Krispy Kreme always offer amazing donuts and this place is no exception! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the donuts were delicious.

Classic donuts, can't be beat! Staff helpful, great choice. Very tasty! Two thumbs up! Three if I had any more ;)
