Great atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff and as always, delicious food!

Really nice atmosphere, and the food was unlike anything else I've tried before, would really recommend this to anyone who likes their desserts, it's definitely set the bar to a whole new level for me

We had a large party which was a lot for the staff. We had a male waiter who did not tell us his name but he served us with nothing but respect and kindness. He even went as far as to sing happy birthday to our friend with us. Thank you so much to the staff for going above and beyond!

Lovely atmosphere and nice customer service. Had a great time devouring some desserts and milkshake with friend on mama day out. Lovely slow music in the background, perfect for chilling and catch up. Would recommend.

The food was good and it looks like a nice place too. Pretty big. Definitely recommend this. We have been to other chains of Heavenly Desserts and found that this place could make a few tweaks. One piece of feedback i’d give is to have some anticipation of what the customer would require. If we’re ordering a pot of tea, i’d think they would bring 2 cups rather than 1. The same when we ask for some water. In other branches they’d bring two or offer the other a glass too.

PK was very attentive and provided excellent service

This used to be one of our favorite places to treat ourselves. However, since management has changed over, it's gone more and more downhill. We haven't been for a few months and after giving them benefit of the doubt we went back today. I hate to say it, but it was even worse. It appeared to have one waiter and one chef. Another table left after waiting so long for their order to be taken. It's such a shame! The food is so good. But Haute Dolci, you seriously need to improve the service and staff at Cheshire Oaks.

Came for son's birthday, he had a lovely time, nice touch with a birthday plate and candle for him. Would recommend

We have been to Haute Dolci several times. The staff is very courteous and food is very good. I would suggest adding some more vegetarian options. It would also be nice if brown bread is available.

fantastic desserts top service great menu for the kids

Arrived at 9:15 and was told I wouldn’t be allowed to eat a dessert inside, new head of house are a real disappointment. The old boss was much more friendlier and definitely would of accommodated me. Won’t be coming back to dolci unfortunately standards have really went down hill.

So very sorry to give this review . We had been looking forward to visiting this restaurant for such a long time .but last night when we visited it was a catastrophe..we were shown to a terrible seating area with a hole in the seat and cracked seating .it was such a shock as the place looks so lovely then to be taken to a seat like that really let the place down . We were given waffles that should not have had cinnamon on but did and my daughter on law in law is allergic to cinnamon ...it did not state on the menu that the waffle had cinnamon on when we ordered it and .when we questioned the waiter he said it must have been from another customers order and the cinnamon must have been left on the waffle machine .although the waiter did change the waffles for us I ate mine on my own while we waited for the other one to be brought which spoilt the experience of eating together. We felt awkward and yes the waiter gave us discount but unfortunately the experience of the seating area and the mistake of being given something which could have caused a terrible reaction to which was not on the menu is unacceptable we feel very let down indeed.

Lovely although expensive especially with the kids, worked out waffle and extras over £14 pound each with 4 kids and drinks turned out very expensive treat then noticed afterwards a service charge was added which I don't agree with, happy to tip with what I wish to gift but not automatically charged, but Lovely place

Regularly come here, but had the Ramadan iftar gourmet which was AMAZING. The quantity and the quality of the food was splendid as always. Highly recommend.

Went with a friend for lunch. The service was excellent! Food delicious! I’d previously seen some negative comments, but my experience was of a top notch quality, and service. Well presented and delicious! Definitely will go back again.

Really nice interior! Clean and airy professional and smart staff, who were very attentive. The food was good the fries didn’t have much cheese on and the peri chips didn’t have much peri peri on but apart from that everything was brill! The staff do hover a bit waiting for you to finish which was noticeable at the end of our food but it didn’t bother me though.

We were well looked after, food and drinks arrived promptly. Facilities were clean. Servers were friendly.

I came here with my mum for her birthday! The attentive staff, PK, singing for my mum's birthday, added a special time to the celebration. He is so friendly and helpful! The food is good too. It is a great place for a memorable dining experience.

Fantastic service. We dined as a group of 4. 3 had cookie dough and 1 had waffles. Delicious food all round with no complaints. Whilst we ate, the server bought over a table centre piece. Kids were very impressed!
