Haute Dolci Cheshire Oaks in Cheshire West and Chester

Dolci’s deserts are my favourite, definitely outstanding compared to other desert places, very good quality, perfect service, come here all the time !

I took my children to haute dolci for my daughter’s birthday. I told Hussain that it is my daughter’s birthday and asked if he could do ‘Something special’ for her. He did an exceptional job and I had a very happy daughter. Food, drinks, and desserts were delicious and the service was excellent! Thank you!

I came here for my Birthday. We didn't have anything pre-planned and after all of our food had arrived, Nadir, our server, came over with a plate that read 'Happy Birthday' with a candle as well as smoke. Everyone was as surprised as me and they sang happy birthday to me. The food was absolutely wonderful and tasted so fresh😋

We had a brilliant experience at Haute Dolci Cheshire Oaks. The desserts were top quality, and we received fast and friendly service from our server Nadir.

It's the best place ever. Love the service and the food. The staff is really good and kind to everyone, especially, hussain and imtiaz( at cheshire Oaks), who does his job really well. They are all very professional. The restaurant has all halal options too, which is very important for us muslims. Over all its amazing 👏

Having been here on numerous previous occasions, and looking forward to a return visit today was a complete letdown. On arrival we were seated quickly enough, although we had to ask for a high chair to be brought over for our 1 year old. We had to ask specifically for a children’s menu ( we also had another child with us) as non had been provided. We ordered drinks and food, also asked for a glass of water to be told we don’t do tap water! Not as if this was the only drink being ordered. We ordered a soup, an egg sandwich and children’s burgers and a side order of fries. We wanted to order desserts after the main food. The waiter/ manager then reappeared and said we don’t have any small burger buns so you can’t have them, we can do you chicken strips. We politely declined and asked if the burgers could just be put on plain bread instead as the children don’t like chicken. He shrugged and said ok. When the food arrived the lentil soup was cold and had a very strange flavour. It was sent back to be reheated. The egg sandwich had been made with one slice of stale bread and one fresh one, don’t expect the nice garnish as shown on the menu as what was on the plate was some very wilted water cress. The sandwich was also sent back, we declined another one. Halfway through the children’s burger, my granddaughter asked what this hard stone was in her burger. It was a piece of bone. We called the waiter/manager over and asked him what it was, he said he didn’t know, but if it was his restaurant it wouldn’t be run this way. I asked what the strange flavour was in the lentil soup, he said he didn’t know they don’t make it it come in a pack. Needless to say, we didn’t order any desserts, nor will we be returning. Such a shame from what used to be a lovely place to go.

Amazing place. Had been to the one in Birmingham previously. This one is much nicer, with really friendly attentive staff. Imtiaz our waiter was very attentive, polite and helpful.

Not great experience recently - they completely refused to serve tap water despite dining with children (only one of the party wanted water so they were getting drinks income from the rest of us). They were slow and not great despite there only being three tables in, including us. Will not be going again very disappointing.

I would have given five stars if you don’t keep changing the menu for the worse for us celiacs. With every change, the options are further limited. We ordered burgers- essentially just a couple of beef options and that too mostly without signature sauces. The manager Nazir was cooperative and I don’t fault him at all. Service and ambience is superb

Had a great experience this evening at Dolci in Cheshire Oaks. We were there for a special occasion as we were celebrating my niece's 8th birthday 🎂 Our server, Imtiaz was very attentive, polite, patient and made our experience extra special with a birthday song and lovely birthday dessert treat for my niece's special day ! 🎉 Not only is the atmosphere and service fantastic, the food is wonderful, they have a great choice of mains, milkshakes, and of course, desserts 🤤 Would recommend! We will be back soon, as there's so many good options on the menu we want to try! Thanks again for a great dining experience 🙌

Cannot put into words the disappointment of todays visit. We expected the beautiful venue to be reflective of the service. This wasn't to be. Menu was refused to be given for the set menu we booked for and brunch wasn't permitted either. Main meals allowed only (menu says mains from 2pm). We booked for 13:00. We were greeted by "this large order will give the chefs a heart attack" there was 9 adults and 4 children. Restaurant was relatively empty. Lots of items were not available due to previous days bookings that were last minute according to server. We booked well in advance of yesterday as this was a special day for our family. Order was incorrect on multiple occasions (at least 5 errors, timings affected by This so the group was all out of sync). Seated as a whole party by 13:10. We asked for our children's meals to come first. Our 8year old food was last and was served at 14:45pm. My drink that was ordered first in the first round of drinks ordering, came out at 14:45 also (also incorrect came iced not hot). Children's menu also told to us and unavailable despite us ordering children food. We were not permitted to have children's desserts and were offered full price adult sized portions only. It's honestly felt like a money making scam. Children were left upset. Manager pretty ineffective to our concerns, they did take errors off the bill and did suggest we make a head office complaint. Which we will. This was meant to be memoral for our family to celebrate Mother's Day, it has been, for all the wrong reasons!

We've visited twice in the past week and enjoyed two delightful brunches. On Tuesday we both ordered the Shakshuka, eggs poached in a tasty tomato and sweet pepper base. The meal was delicious. Today I had a stack of hash browns and poached eggs on a brioche while my wife had avocado and poached eggs on sourdough with a Hollandaise sauce. As a treat she then had a slice of Basque cheesecake, the best cheesecake she's ever had at a restaurant, while I enjoyed a mango milkshake. All the food was excellent and the service was faultless. Nadir, a manager new to this outlet, looked after us well. BTW: My wife is a wheelchair user and the restaurant is optimally accessible.

Went to Haute Dolci where 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) had desserts and hot drinks. The staff were so polite and pleasant. One of the staff surprised my young son by bringing over some dry ice to the table to make a smoke effect as a little bit of magic! The desserts we had were well presented and tasty. I only rated the restaurant 4 stars for food as I asked if we could have some tap water for the table (to try and balance the sugar overload!) and was informed that they were no longer able to serve tap water and I needed to buy a bottle if I wanted water. The bottles they had were small and over £2 each. I felt that considering the price point of the desserts and hot drinks and the amount of money we were spending in our order, a few glasses of tap water should be acceptable and I was a little put off by that. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Haute Dolci and I would definitely recommend the service there.
