Paradise Pizza & Kebab House in Cheshire West and Chester

Popped in for a pizza for the children. We found the gent that served us at the till to be unnecessarily very rude. We were thinking of just walking out but had paid for food and just wanted to get our children home, some supper to shut them up, then bed after a drive in the car to knacker them out. The children were in the car BTW. Thought it was just us he was being rude to, but then he did the same with a regular, as he knew him by name. So that's two customers being polite and just ordering food but being disrespected. God only knows how the rest of the night went. On a street full of takeaways, it takes a brave shop to be rude to customers without reason. The food was fine, but personally, we prefer to be spoken to with the same respect we speak to people with. Manners cost nothing. Can't be good for business in our books. Amusingly, he did try to come across as a "rocky robin" type - I am hard. We did giggle at that. He was a pip squeek, and we were embarrassed for him. We just assumed they must have trouble at the shop. We collected our food, got back to our car, and concluded, "What a total lightweight, cocky, and overly-confident prat. Lets not go back there!". We will not give them more business. It's too awkward, embarrassing, and totally cringe. We did well to hold our tongues, but we could see that the regular customer was furious and holding back too. For a moment, we thought the regular was going to plant the guy one as he was twice his size and didn't look like someone to mess with. He seemed taken back. Tbh, so were we. Note to the business. Be polite to your customers. They do, after all, keep you in business.

Excellent food and great service 5 star service

Very good service! Been eating from paradise for almost 4 years now and have never had an issue. The portions are very good for the price. They also have good relationship with my little kids and offer them lollipops and jokes around with them! I definitely recommend eating here, you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered as I have many times but today I ordered large chicken kebab with salad and large donar meat with salad and asked for the salad to be separate from meat on the donar part of order so the salad didn't get hot, thought this was an ok request but got charged an additional salad. Not a major issue but to be charged extra for something that was already part of the order is not right

Been going here years reminds me off the days when I was younger go out late then burger and chips on way home great staff freshly cooked on griddle

Oh, the 'Coleslaw Burger Single' was absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely return to Paradise takeaway. 5 stars. Staff are friendly and very knowagable about the food ingredients if you have any food Intolerance.

Ordered a mixed kebab, £11 the kebab itself was nice, however Im intolerant to MSG and Ive been awake all night! I think it could have been the sauces. More warning required, I then would chose not to have your sauces and had my own.

Can’t fault these guys they were brilliant, having recently been in hospital I was on bed rest and my mobility was extremely limited, these guys went above and beyond to help me,they even rang me when the delivery driver left with my order and gave me a good idea of when he would arrive so I was ready to answer the door,the driver was extremely helpful and seemed,genuinely , concerned for my health,kept offering any help I may have needed, I will only use paradise for my orders in future because they obviously care for their customers,thank you paradise I was extremely pleased with your service xxx

Got to be one of the best takeaways in the area, been a few times now, I've had pizza, partner has had kebab, he absolutely loves it too. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting an affordable and delicious takeaway 😁

Used this place a couple of times, pizza always been good. As a lorry driver finding good places to deliver is rare. Back down in the area less than a mile away and they won't deliver anymore as driver doesn't know my location!! If you Google the postcode takes you straight to where am parked! Won't bother calling again.

12" Hot & Spicy, the best pizza ever!!!

I've used these guys for near 15 years atleast twice a week and the food has been of high quality UNTIL THIS PAST FEW MONTHS SINCE THEY RE OPENED. QUALITY HAS DROPPED SUBSTANTIALLY. VERY DISAPPOINTED....WHAT HAS HAPPENED !!!.

Amazing place! Small but mighty! Went there for a burger and it was really good! They'll make any kind of combination you ask of them, and the burger was proper stuff too - they don't cheap out on resources!

Food is nice but its not worth the wait over an hour for then the order to be wrong no excuse being busy and the younger staff are rude rang back up and had my order sorted out 10 mins later have always used these starting to slack a little

Took 1hr 30 minutes for a rock hard shish kebab and soggy chips. The pizza was wrong also. How hard is it to get an order correct. NEVER AGAIN

Been coming here for years and it's the best in town. Made the mistake of going elsewhere during their recent refit. Didn't match the quality of Paradise, both in food and service.
