The best restaurants in Crewe South Cheshire East North West

We’ve not used Akash in a while but have previously enjoyed their food. Ordered at 7.18pm via their website which said food would be with us in 90 mins. This came and went so my wife called up to enquire and was told it was enroute. Called back 20 mins later to be told it had not even left the kitchen!! I asked the manager to cancel our order as really did not want to eat after 10pm at night. Now waiting to see if the manager refunds my credit card as promised. Very disappointed..!

Been trying curry delivery over the past few months - jalfrezi we keep going back to. Meal was just perfect . Only thing I would change is chunky chips instead of French fries - but this won’t stop us returning

Just awful. The curry was all watery , I didn't eat any of it. Worse curry I have ever had ! Won't be going back

I’m the biggest fan of chips with cheese and garlic sauce for long long time , always fresh chips - and sauce , can have them every day My another FAV- chicken strips ! ( you will never ever after try them goes to any other place )!!!!

Food has gradually been getting worse for a while now but we’ve persevered hoping for it to improve until now. Garlic margarita pizza with yet again no garlic and a whole piri piri chicken with no legs but 4 unbelievably dry breasts. Definitely ordering from elsewhere in future.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a vegetarian meal - when delivered it had chicken in it, I rang and they offered me a new one, at this point I was done with waiting and wanted a refund for the meal with chicken in. They refused to do this and practically called me a liar. They wanted me to come to the shop after paying a delivery fee to get a refund, not happening. Luckily I ordered through just eat so managed to get a refund through them, but the food is disgusting, and the customer service is horrendous. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Ordered via Website - their large Boneless bucket at £24 reasonably fair considering KFC prices for same amount being more extortionate. What wasn't fair was about a 3 Hour wait for food after 2 I had cancelled and all they offered was a free bottle of pop for wait and for the expense, so had to send poor fella back as no offense I am not possibly ending up with cold food for that price even if fairer than KFC prices. Was my first time ordering and has left such a bad taste in my mouth I will not order from them again and have instead gone with my regular cheaper more reliable takeaway Tigerbite.

food was warm enough but tasteless.....bhuna was insipid and did not resemble a curry, chicken tikka masala looked and tasted disgusting, there was foam on top of masala which suggests that it was the remnants from left overs....i don't know what was on top of garlic nan but it was a yellowy mush and the nan bread itself could of stretched from Crewe to Nantwich, tasteless and did not resemble any kind of bread, let alone a nan bread.....never ever again, your food rating maybe a 5 but your food is minus 1

Owner is very disrespectful, also business looks run down, avoid this place at all costs im surprised the place has got 3 stars honestly people don’t waste your money on this place wouldn’t give the food to the rat running round the back off the business

Great prices but sadly this reflects on the food, fires are not very good. Way to thin and just not enjoyable to eat. Burger - BLAND. VERY TEASTLESS. Not sure if he’s even a done thing but was very watery, like the beef had been sat and stored in water and the lettuce and onion the same. No flavour at all. Not sure I’d order from here again.

Only recently found this fab Chinese takeaway ( not lived in Chester long! ) It is an amazing, lovely people who work in the shop and the delivery boy, they are always so cheerful and so polite. The shop so clean . The food is fantastic , the only problem is they are going on holiday for 2 weeks, how dare they ! They do deserve it but we will miss them . Thankyou all.

I ordered pizza and two portions of chicken wings which are my favourite and the reason I actually order the pizza. I’m extremely disappointed with the size of them, they were the tiniest I’ve ever seen and due to this were dry. I called Nantwich Road in Crewe, I was shocked to receive the worst customer service. The manager was standoffish from the start which was upset me when he could’ve said I’m sorry for a start and I will send you a portion free next time you order which would’ve been fine but he didn’t. He actually said “I’m not going to say sorry because we’ve done nothing wrong, and he can’t help what size wings he gets sent” I didn’t like the way he spoke to me so I asked for his name and he refused, or head office number. He told me “if I gave away free food to everyone who complained they’d make no money and he would be out of a job, he’s on 60k a year, he also said I was the worst customer and complain about the size of chicken wings, this really annoyed me so I told him I would be posting this on Facebook so people are aware of the situation and poor customer service which was worse than the food situation, he said “go for it, I’ll be looking forward to seeing it” he put the phone down.I called back he said you’re barred and put the phone down.
