Great prices but sadly this reflects on the food, fires are not very good. Way to thin and just not enjoyable to eat. Burger - BLAND. VERY TEASTLESS. Not sure if he’s even a done thing but was very watery, like the beef had been sat and stored in water and the lettuce and onion the same. No flavour at all. Not sure I’d order from here again.

Normally come this takeaway all the time but this time was terrible, chips weren’t cooked and the pizza was burnt, the only enjoyable part was the chicken strips

Food turned up 45 minutes late, at 20 mins rung the restaurant and was advised they left 15mins. When the food turned up a further 30 mins and another phone call later the onion rings were greasy and cold, the chicken nuggets were over cooked and tough. burger buns were hard. Was extremely disappointed and wont be ordering from here again.

Well I ordered food and I rung up three times go ask were my food us and they kept saying it was around the corner more like they were still at the shop

My order never turned up. Called to see where it was they started saying they tried to call at first but I didn’t answer (I did. It receive no calls) then they tried saying they couldn’t find my address. Absolute joke

Naan bread is just a thin bit of bread, all stale and crispy that broke apart on touching. steak kebab mean was poor quality and full of fat, chips were refried and hollow. terrible quality, wont order again, not worth the overprice

Chicken kebabs were really tasty with good level of spice in the chilli sauce. Disappointing how late it was

Pre ordered the meal and to have it delivered for 4:45 and then they put it up the 5pm and then again at 5:20 but didn’t arrive until 5:28. So yes it was very late and the food wasn’t that great my children didn’t even like it,this was the first time I’ve ordered from there and will not again.

The best tasting pizza I've had in a long time.

Food was greasy , chicken meat wasn’t the most edible , the cans of pop I received were literally caked in grease and food debris. Just not a very happy meal. Didn’t want to complain as I’d just finished a long shift and I don’t like to send food back.

Ordered a chicken & Doner kebab with salad and garlic mayo. 2 hrs later received a lamb chicken donerkebab with no salad and chips.... utter rubbish service

I can not believe how they sent our food everything was disgusting!!! Will not be ordering again please dont waste ur money there's better places the chicken was burnt had a funny taste too the donner meat was hard the chips were soggy even the salad was poor I carnt believe this place is still open!!! Waited ages for it to be delivered too absolutely disgraceful food!!! They should be ashamed of thereswlfs they need reporting the food they sent was appalling!!! Really peed off

Just wanna say thanks to Istanbul..... my order is always spot on. Tonight they forgot my can and the delivery driver couldn't have apologised enough for this. 5 mins later he's knocking on the door with a bottle of coke. Great customer service thanks guys.

Burger was burnt chips were covered in grease and burnt to the point there was no potato in them they were that greasy it soaked through all the paper

We had ordered 2 large steak kebabs, 1 medium steak kebabs and 1 medium chicken kebab. On one of the large steak kebabs i asked for mint sauce as my wife is allergic to garlic mayo but when the order came both large kebabs had garlic mayo on. My wife rang Istanbul takeaway. The young man on the phone told her that they did not do mint sauce but when she explained that it was on the menu he told her that he would get the manager to ring her back. after 20 mins my wife rang back and another gentleman spoke to her. She explained to him what happened and he told her that because they had run out of mint sauce they had put garlic mayo on. He apologised and told her another would be getting delivered. About 45 mins later there was still no sign so again she rang. She was told it was on it's was. Eventually at 12:42am (half an hr later) she tried ringing again but no one was answering so she got in her car and drove to the takeaway where there were 3 young gentlemen sat there. A young man was behind the counter and it was explained to him what had happened. He told her they had been very busy but then he shouted to one of the yound men "Just one more delivery then you can go home" So assumed that they were the delivery staff and they did not look busy!!. The young man behind the counter cooked her kebab while she was on the phone to me but when she got home and opened her kebab it was a medium kebab instead of a large kebab. We will not be using this takeaway as the service was appauling and why should my wife travel to eventually get ther food when it was supposed to have been delivered?

This is by far, the worse takeaway food i have ever eaten in Crewe. Quality, ability to read the order accurate and overall food was disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. There are so many better takeaways in Crewe

I had ordered chips and cheese and when it had arrived, it was not what I ordered they had given me a cheese burger instead, this was very disappointing and annoying! but after calling up the restaurant they did send out the correct order.

A completely wrong order came first and then when our food eventually arrived it was stone cold and we couldn't eat it anyway.

2/2 orders now delivered incorrectly in the past couple of weeks. Looks like the instructions weren't read at all, and the chicken was burnt too. Pizza wasn't awful but definitely not as good as bests up the road, which is by far the better takeaway.

Food arrived 30 mins before ordered time which was bad as my parents were not home so had to reheat there food. The food was ok it was warm when it arrived but the Naan bread was not fully cooked and was doughy and the steak was really chewy. We normally like this place but now we are having second thoughts.

Food arrived a bit later than estimated time but was still hot when arrived. The food is always tasty and you get a lot for your money. Would recommend to anyone especially the kebabs as there yummy.

Worst food I have ever had. No salad or mayo on burger(doesn't state however is on from any other place I've had), stale chips and I ordered extra salt and pepper ones, they where the same. Terrible food will never buy again.

I've been ordering from them since, I think, around the start of early February and have unfortunately had the burden of watching the food they produce turning from really nice, quality ingredients to the lowest possible. Their fried chicken I ordered today (09/05/17) was decent, until I started to notice the other piece was rock hard and dry, possibly reheated. The kebab in which the lamb used to actually look and taste like lamb was cheap and tasted more of low grade beef, not to mention the wrap was unbearably oily making it impossible to hold. I would have recommended this place back maybe 2 months ago but I would say now find somewhere else, because they won't charge you insane amounts for low grade ingredients.

Service was absolutely amazing, not only were they on time and the food was lovely but they also gave us some milk for free as we had ran out and asked them for some. Absolutely fantastic service, and they have no minimum order price which is always good when you only want to spend a little bit on cheesy chips. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

First time I've been here and can definitely say I will be going again, super fast delivery with a friendly delivery man food was fresh and hot and super tasty!

Food order was wrong and when we called to ask them to change it they got snotty at us, barred us from using them again and slammed the phone down. Got a refund from just eat. Worst service ever and we always loved having food from here previous to tonight.

Usually very happy with food here but I always put a polite request for my chicken to not be a spicy piece but tonight was the 2nd time within a few weeks where I received spicy chicken. Like I said usually very good food, just look at customer requests more carefully

Pedimos una orden en casa, que se puso de hambre dos veces por accidente, así que llamé a decir que hay un error! Y él me dijo que ya estaban las pizzas cocinadas después de 2 minutos de hacer el pedido! ! ! ! ! Le dije que lo que el orden correcto es unas cinco veces. ! ! ! Él dijo que estaba bien! Después nos dieron la comida a domicilio me registré las pizzas y todos fueron mal! ! Sólo uno era el orden correcto! También la sal n chips pepper no son patatas pimienta sal n! Son patatas fritas con hierbas en la cima! ! ! ! Llamé para quejarme y le dijo que la orden y llamarme que no me llamaron de nuevo! ! Y él era tan rudo y dijo que era mi culpa y me dijeron que fuera a la tienda y también después de mi pedido en línea es correcta! ! Y él fue muy grosero conmigo y me colgó! ! ! Fue el peor que he probado servicios dieron! ! No volvería nunca más! ! ! !

Ordered a tandoori dish lamb shishlak it had a full chillie with the seeds mixed in I thought it was a pepper as I do not like hot curry hence choosing the tandoori option it ruined my meal as I nearly choked on the chillie put me off to be honest

Didn't put on the sauce that I wanted on the chips they were also cold the pizza (chicken mushroom and onion) had barely any topping on it, the garlic pizza bread Was burnt and ALL food was burnt! Very unhappy with the service i received

We used think Istanbul did excellent food but now feel the quality has dropped quite a lot. Perhaps they have changed their cook? Whatever the reason its unlikely we'll use then in the foreseeable future.

Chips had been reheated and refried and were hard . wont be ordering from there again . Chicken was not fresh either

Doner meat wasn't freshly cooked and only two pieces of the other meats. Not worth the price charged.

I'm new to the area an I've popped in a few times, from the off I was made to feel welcome and (being from a catering background myself) had no difficulty striking up a conversation with "billy" the guy at the counter, that particular night I had arrived on my push bike (an ill advised idea when taking a meal home) an it became apparent very quickly I would struggle to carry it home, well that's when the great service was added to my (allready) great first impression, I was offered my food to be delivered to my house while I take my bike home! Stirling idea! Saved my family's tea that night I can tell you, since then I've been back a number of times (without the bike) an every time I am recognised,greeted an met with a warm welcome. An as for the food? Well you can't fault the kofta or the Parma chicken, but be sure to get some chilli and garlic sauce! It's home made and very tasty

My order should have had chips and Donner Kebab as well as the kofte in the box. However there is only Kofte in the box.
