Babylon Pizza and Kebab Land in Cheshire East

I’m the biggest fan of chips with cheese and garlic sauce for long long time , always fresh chips - and sauce , can have them every day My another FAV- chicken strips ! ( you will never ever after try them goes to any other place )!!!!

Me and the family love babylone. Had chicken kebabs and chicken and chips tonight. No complaints very nice.

Great food! Big portions and carefully packaged with foil in the box to keep nice and warm. Also quick delivery. Will definitely order again! Thanks!

Great service, even noticed I’d ordered extra chips by mistake and refunded. Very fresh salad and tasty food.

Driver sat having a conversation outside while our food was with him. Walked yup the path still in conversation, never acknowledged giving us our food. Nan bread thick and doughy and undercooked. Shame really as we always sway towards babylon, however they seem to be very hit and miss now and we will try elsewhere, a change may swerve us from putting up with inconsistency!!

Had a Babylon takeaway tonight and literally theyre food was amazing! and the waffles and milkshakes were the best ever ! Fast delivery too Also try the cookie dough ya won’t be disappointed!!

Been using Babylon for the last 10 years but the last few times we’ve ordered from here we wait an hour for the food then call them and they make an excuse up and say it’ll be with us in half an hour. Won’t be using them again.

Really poor experience, customer service non existent. Ordered kebab and when I got home found 4 small hard bits of chicken in a naan bread. Phoned up to complain to be told they hadn’t asked if I wanted salad or condiments because they were very busy.

I’ve always eaten from here and I’ve never had anything bad to say but honestly tonight the food was disgusting I’m not even going to go into how bad it was just that I’ll take my business else where from now on very poor

I rang expecting a speedy delivery within 20 minutes. They got here in 15 minutes!! Really friendly and amazing customer service. Food was fantastic. Thumbs up all round. Thank you 👍🏾👍🏾

Had a fantastic night out in Crewe, had a few drinks with a few friends and was wondering around the town and came across this neat looking take away. The Covid-19 regulations were all put in place, social distancing was being adhered. Hand sanitisers were fully loaded. Clean and respectful bunch of staff. Food was lovely and fresh. Took no time for the food to be prepared, honestly guys were pretty fast and professional with what they were doing. A bit of a queue outside however it was very quickly moving plus everyone was standing separately from each other. Can’t wait for another night out, to pop by for a quick take away while drunk with the lads! Definitely recommending this place to anyone and everyone!

Shame.... They’ve let themselves down again Ordered online.... 2 hr wait, only sorted once I called and they said they’d only just received the online order.... email and text said otherwise We also had to collect and then found the order was incomplete when we got home (all tied up bags) Some piping hot others stone cold Poor service tonight.....

15mins collection - It was ready when I got there. ordered 3 pizzas - all family members said they were very nice

Have ordered quite a few times from this place and I gotta say the chicken kebab is very good. However, last time I ordered I found hairs and eyelashes in my food. It was as if the guy who prepared it deliberately shook his face right above my kebab. I was never impressed with the cold service but it never bothered me. This is crossing the line though.

Always order from here. They do excellent meals and desserts! The shakeaways are lovely for an afters too 😊

I used to love the homemade potato wedges from here but the last couple of times they have been hard and have tasted old like they have been there all day not fresh at all very disappointed won’t be going there again

Just wanted to review our most recent visit to Babylon. I’ve visited here over the years and they’re always consistently good. Tonight I tried the spicy chicken burger and OMG it is gorgeous. Tasted like a kfc zinger tower but was fresher! Had doner and chips too. Only complaint is there’s far too much food 😂 brilliant value for money.

i have used babylon since it opened and in all those years have had to complain maybe twice, food is always good hot and on time, cannot fault

There were two hairs found in my cheesy chips. Was not impressed 1/10 will not be coming here again.

This is the only take away we trust in Crewe. Never has a bad experience here. They offer all sorts of goodies: pizzas, fried chicken, kakabs, English dishes, curry, excellent shakes, etc.Our personal fav us the Apollo pizza with sweet corn and a minty shake. The staff are very nice. All good cooked fresh to order.

Really bad ordered food asked for donor kebab with lettuce only and lemon juice when it arrived couldnt find the lettuce and it tasted of onion even though we didn't ask for onion chips were burnt would not recommend this takeaway really bad

You know how it is...friday short work day ...pop in the pub on the way home.... a good couple of Stella.... head home...cant be bothered to cook... Babylon on speed dial.. ( I know sad isnt it ) steak kebab or chicken kebab..on nan with slad. have top be the best kebabs Ive had...and I have had a few...carried one from chester the other day.... that went in the bin lol... anyway...Babylon...do it now!!!

Had a delivery from babylon on a Tuesday night . I had a mixed kebab doner meat , chicken and kofte it was not very nice naan bread was really soggy and I don’t even have any sauce chicken was tasteless . Also ordered large chips was not a large portion . Friend had a burger she said this was nice . Delivery was quicker than time given when I ordered which was good . In my opinion there are 2 better kebab shops on Nantwich Road and wouldn’t go here again . Might taste better after a few drinks on a night out

First and last visit. The grilled chicken kebab turned out to be boiled chicken in a half cooked, soggy naan with heaps of sauce. The garlic mushrooms were inedible and the donner kebabs were average. Wish we'd stuck to our usual, 2 minutes down the road.

3 contractors working away from home.called in one night because we were starving....nice clean place and nice staff but to be honest £6 for a dry donner kebab was a bit steep....all three of us only ate half

Lovely food- food was freshly made and always pretty consistent! You can wait a while sometimes so its best to order on the phone before.

called in last night only 8.30pm loads of staff all busy cooking fresh food to go. Mostly deliveries very busy. We ordered a small chicken and small lamb kebab cooked freshly infront of us. Very tasty takeaway especially with lemon and chilli sauce. Highly recommend

Had been a long day and we were in the UK for only a few days, so I needed to get a Kebab fix.What a great choice!Massive kebabs, had the chicken and it was succulent and great. Topped off with chips and chili sauce.Service was good and quick.Will be back here again!

The food at Babylon isn't the healthiest, but it sure is delicious!I recommend their flat garlic bread as the best I've had anywhere, ever!Their burgers are great too!

Sticks were soggy n over cooked so Obv been refried!! Ordered from somewhere else and I actually got salad n sauce n chicken breast in my wrap! My partners pizza was borderline not cooked!! Will not be ordering again!

We gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times. Cold food , not gud salad but its weekend wat shud u expect....after 15 years custom we think a smile , service in time , hot food , and even a basic donna kebab shud come with...a naan or pitta surely ! Even full of drink thats not too much to ask ...Large chips its not hard but wen only a small carton isnt full n the chips r cold too we think with all the above, ok we ring n complain...for n argument it seems n proof its as bad as we say!...parcel it all up cos were not believed... after 15 years custom WE not lying...never again will we use them, and we havent even started on the state of the cold, flacid cheese drenched pizza x wud not have put a review on line but 15 yrs custom + , plus a rude and agressive response from the team has left us with no alternative . And guess wat , they must no they are bad at the mo cos they even said " suppose this will b all over face book then" this was whist shouting at us on the phone before the order even arrived as bad as did...it was just late at this stage....3 calls later. Big review, almost not worth the bother...but 15 years REALLY !

Have been using this Kebab house for over 6 months now, tonight's mixed Kebab and large Chicken Kebab was the very best I've ever had including many eaten at Rusholme Manchester. Keep up the good work.

my husband and I have been ordering food from here for the last 4 years as my husband used to be a driver for Babylon I have to say that in the last 4 years we have had issues with the food when the food has arrived it has been cold the donner meat has been dry and just not nice I would never have the chips from there they have been cold and well done they have no idea how to speak to people over the telephone they are very rude and can be insulting we have rung several time about food that has been ordered sadly my husband has passed away and I no longer order from there very disappointing food terrible

Ordered some food online. Was then informed there was an hour wait, 1 hour 30 mins later the food turns up stone cold. Never ordering from here again.

I visited Babylon tonight, with an online order. It was truly disgusting. Chicken was hard and gave me the worst stomach ache. Went to the toilet and it came straight back out! Will not be visiting again.!

I rang for delivery and the way they talk on the phone is shocking. Rude the way they talk to you and never tell you the price or how long the delivery will take. Literally yu order food and then you get a thanks and phone goes down

Fantastic kebabs - highly recommend. Everything is cooked fresh and is tasty. Prices are very reasonable.

Normally my go to kebab house where I collect my orders fresh and nicely cooked.For the second time I have had a delivery, which is quick, and again it was not so good regarding the quality. Tonight the chips were clearly reheated shrivelled up tasting dried up and like cardboard. The chicken again seemed to be reheated burnt on the outside far too much and luke warm in the middle. Overall not impressed after shelling out almost £20

This must rate as the worst place to get food in England. I will not even grace it with the name restaurant; it is on a par with the worst fast food joint you have eaten in. Avoid.

was here the other week on a night out and at the end of every night out you need a great tasting pizza , well we got it here , what friendly staff , will be calling again soon

Use Babylon regularly, good varied menu reasonably priced. Delivery is very quick wether you order online or over the phone, they normally say 40 minutes but usually less than 30. Not known them to get an order wrong even when altering standard menu items such as "no sweetcorn". Delivery drivers always arrive prepared with the right change for whatever note you give them. Fillet of chicken is always a little dry for my taste.

freshly made bread. Freshly prepared meat of good quality. Fresh salad. Quality. Don't go anywhere else!

We have been coming to this establishment over the years and the food has always been consistently: fresh, tasty and value for money. The home-made 'wrap' for your kebabs are always freshly made and cooked in front of you in the 'clay-oven'.The staff are always very friendly and welcoming as you come through the door.No wonder this place looks busy all the time it is open for business.

Always a favourite, when I visit Crewe, never disappoints, would definitely recommend the special kebab, with lashing of chilli sauce!!!

Terrible.....ordered a kebab on line, asked for salad and garlic mayo, when it arrived it came with neither....... Paying 8.30 I would expect better. Rang and asked for what what missing and the guy was rude, not bothered at all.....would not recommend at all.....rude and rubbish !!!

Ordered take away on a Tuesday night, delivery time was approx 50 minutes. Salad wasn't great and was sloppy but wasn't palnning on eating it anyway. Partners chicken burger was dry and average. My scampi was good and the chips good if a little soggy. We did get free pepsi and garlic bread so cannot complain. Garlic bread and cheese was quite dry as was the free garlic bread.

Agree with earlier review about tastless chicken kebab and £1 charge for small sauce container. when I complained about this charge they called me a tight Scotch kunt, they racially abused me. but back too their tasteless small portion kebab which tasted really like dog turd... will never go back stay well clear save your health and cash.

Ordered chicken kebab (tasteless, needed some salt) asked for sauce separate. They wanted £1 for one of those small containers. Chips were reheats some burnt some undercooked. Overall ... stay clear.

Love their burgers served just how you order My husband has the doner meat and chips a lot food for the money. We have home delivery which is fast and arrives hot. They are helpful and friendly also they are open late in the evening

I have been visiting the Babylon since it opened several years ago, and have always been very impressed with the quality. But it was only recently that I realised just how good it was.A friend of mine visited the Istanbul BBQ in Chester, which is rated on Tripadvisor as Number 1 out of 233 restaurants in Chester. That evening she came to my house and told me how much she had enjoyed it.A bit later I collected my large chicken kebab from Babylon: she tasted it and told me it was better than her meal at the Istanbul - high praise indeed.And well deserved too: the food is always fresh tasting, the home made naan breads are really delicious and the sauces and accompaniments (especially my favourite pickled chillies) really enhance the flavours.Best kebab house in Cheshire? Probably.
