Well the soup was terrible prawn toasts 2 out of 10 then I feel sick writing this how can sweet and sour chicken be so terrible. The batter thick greasy the chicken inside stuck too the inside of the batter. Sweet and sour sauce in a plastic dish not a sign of any peppers or pineapple. The chips like cardboard cold disgusting. Fried rice was OK but nothing decent enough to eat with it. Cost £22 total utter disgrace call that chinese food I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. The pictures show the terrible meal. Never ever again.

Recently moved to the area and had noted comments on social media about the best Chinese takeaways around. We tried one a couple of weeks ago that got rave reviews but fell well short of expectations so we decided on Goomet this week despite some of the below comments. Our experience......delivered within 5 minutes of the requested time, food authentic as we like it (proper medium noodles not thin vermicelli type ones offered by another) great taste, hot, and two bags of prawn crackers, one ordered and I guess one free. No need to keep sampling now.....this will be our go to. John, no relation to this business.

Only recently found this fab Chinese takeaway ( not lived in Chester long! ) It is an amazing, lovely people who work in the shop and the delivery boy, they are always so cheerful and so polite. The shop so clean . The food is fantastic , the only problem is they are going on holiday for 2 weeks, how dare they ! They do deserve it but we will miss them . Thankyou all.

Having stayed in a local hotel to The Lucky Dragon and also used numerous other Chinese Takeaways in Crewe for many years, it is with the highest praise that I can endow on both the food and the service provided by The Lucky Dragon. The two meals that I ate during my three weeks at The Waverley Hotel, were the Chicken Curry and Sweet and Sour Chicken Pieces, with either boiled rice or chips. The portion size was enough for two meals and was both tasty and exactly how I would want these types of meals to be. My marks out of ten would be a nine, as no food gets 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend The Lucky Dragon. I will certainly miss their food whilst I am out of the country. Well done to all the staff at The Lucky Dragon.
