Placed an order today (18/8/24) at 18:00 for delivery was told delivery would take no longer than 40 mins. At an 1:30h we called asking for an up date. They said the driver is out with the delivery. We then called again after a further 20mins and still told he was out. We called again at 2hrs and told it won’t be long. The delivery finally turned up after 2:10hrs. If we were told the truth in the first call we would not have had issues with my son’s insulin that we had administered to him. He had insulin in his body that he did not have carbohydrates for. This is a serious medical issues.

I have ordered from here for a couple of years and until past few months we were very happy but the food has become far to salty (excessive) to the point we can't eat it. Also we often order curry and this has become very very spicy and this week end we had friends over and had various dishes to share no one was able to eat the curry due to level of spice. ... we had to throw food away. Couple weeks ago we received a refund before that a discount now its time to find a new take away as we don't want to mess abiut ringing them to complain about the food we just want to order and eat. The starters we had and soup was lovely and staff are lovely but the chefs need to change how they cook or they will loose their regular customers.

The takeaway was really terrible. The crispy duck was burnt and dry, the prawn crackers were soggy, the pancake roll had 1 prawn in it and the ribs no meat. Not value for money. Been using this Chinese for ages but not anymore. You have been warned this place has really gone down hill

We ordered chicken in black bean sauce, prawn chow mein and fried rice. All of them were incredibly salty to the point of being inedible, so we barely ate any of them. They also never updated the foodhub app that my order is ready to collect so I had to ring them and ask. The only upside is the quantities were good.

The new staff stole my £10. Paid accidentally £20 for a £6.60 spicy prawn chow meim. And she gave me 30 p change back to it. When I spoke to her about it she was adamant that I paid £10 of which the change was still wrong so now I have lost money. Won’t be going there again!

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food in Cheshire. Cannot even make Prawn Crackers with burning them and the Chicken Chow Mein seems to have been preheated cubes. The vegetable spring rolls here horrendous and the size of a thimble. We all know there is one excellent Chinese in the area but unfortunately they are closed on a Monday.

I ordered roast pork dish, large pieces or pork with onion in a red sugary sauce. Very disappointing

Just ordered from here the food was very good 👍 and the service was excellent, this was the first time we had ordered a takeaway in crewe as we are not from around this area ,but we will definitely be ordering again 😀

Food was okay but small portions compared to other local Chinese takeaways and all 3 main meals we had were drowned with onions so not much meat. 1 regular size of rice wasn’t really enough for 2 people. The crispy beef in honey and chilli wasn’t crispy. As they say if it’s not broken don’t fix it! Definitely stick to my regular in future.

2 hour wait when estimated time was 45 minutes. Couldn't get through to check as phone was either engaged or not answered and sauce ordered arrived spilt everywhere. Will be finding somewhere else. Food is good but not good enough for that.

The order took over a hour and 40 minutes was to be delivered, I also had to chase it. When it arrived, even after asking for no onions to be in the foo yungs it still had onions in it. The reason we asked for no onion is because of an allergy. Also I found a piece of egg shell in my egg, nearly broke my tooth. I have tried to contact the restaurant but have no response so far 🙈

Absolutely vile food and appalling customer service. Couldn’t get an order right . Sent out total different food from what we ordered. Then argued that we ordered the food that was sent . Never ordering from here again.

First time ordering from Lucky Dragon. Quick delivery, big portions and good food. Also left us two calendars which was a nice touch. Will order again.

First time going here and it’s actually amazing I’m VERY impressed everything I’ve had is INCREDIBLE! Everything cooked to perfection and I dint know what sauce is on my ribs from the platter box but it’s fire! So much for my money too much I’ll 1000% be coming back here! 🥰

Placed an order 19.30 after it didn’t turn up after 1 1/2 hours was told they were busy and asked to pick up the order joke what’s the point in ordering online for delivery!!!!! Use to be good but the last couple of orders have take over 1 hour for delivery wouldn’t recommend anymore unfortunately

Worst chinese i’ve ever eaten. Chicken was mushy and flavourless ,chips were stale .Only thing nice were the noodles.Food took an hour and 45 minutes to come and when we rang after an hour they said it was on its way. Gutted that I actually have to pay for this food is an understatement.

Delivery from order time was ok considering Saturday evening, however, once food arrived, cold, soggy stail chips, worst chicken fried rice ever tasted, wasn't fried rice, more like boiled rice. Most certainly will not eat from here again, or recommend... Very poor.

Ordered from here a few days ago and I've finally found a nice Chinese to my taste everything was fresh and tasty loads of meat and good portions chips were nice and crispy and not soggy and they delivered to sandbach and it was piping hot will be ordering again 100%

disappointed in the quality of our food. it tasted burnt, Like the noodles had been cooked in a burnt pan. We use this restaurant a lot and normally the standard of food is a lot better, can I ask if you’ve changed the chef ? Is this a one off or will the quality remain poor ?

ordered spring rolls and they had meat in them salt and pepper chips didnt taste like salt and peppered chips and the bbq ribs were sweet and sour they were nice but not what i order, this error could be because it was rushed and were busy

We have tried a few local chinease since moving to shavington from alsager. And our usual one was chinease gardens which was expensive but lovley. We went to there few weeks ago in alsager and it was terrible. Portions had change chips had been overcooked and cooked three times and lacked in flavour. So we will be using lucky dragon from now on. As there food is very tasty and full of flavour. Keep up the consistency well done lucky dragon I am satisfied and price really good especially with cost of living going up

I ordered a delivery for myself and my friends and first of all take away driver couldn’t find the house because he didn’t know what google maps was so had go on a adventure finding him Once found him his response was we should of sent him our location when he didn’t ask for it or we would of We eventually got home after our adventure finding the take away driver to find some off our order was not in the box We rang the driver back who didn’t have the order in his car but said he was going to ring us when he was with his manager in 2 minutes 2 minutes went by but no phone call 5 minutes went by no phone call 15 minutes went by no phone So we decided to ring them back our selves to be rudely spoke to by a sarcastic manager who refused to send a email receipt even though she was adamant we ordered wrong but wouldn’t send receipt for proof even though they charged us for the order we requested Than she was saying there nothing they could do and replying to everything I said to “yeah yeah” clearly not bothered about the customer A apology would have been nice for the inconvenience Myself or my friends who were dining with us would not be eating from here again because of the attitude of the manger who clearly knew she made a mistake that why she was being very rude and sarcastic Don’t suggest anyone else try this as had to find the driver and than have food missed out our order

Waiting 2 hours for delivery. Don't think will bother ordering again

Waited an 1 hr and 40 minutes for my order to come cold and incorrect. I Phoned up and explained I rang 5.01pm the second they opened and have been delivered cold food and an incorrect order at 6.40pm We agreed rather than refund the money because I wasn't happy and the fact it was wrong and cold they were going to send the order again fresh and correct which I accepted. Another hr and ten minutes went by and the driver had delivered only the food that was missing and a pot of curry which was solidified on the first order so now 2hrs and 50 minutes has gone by and I was still left with a freezing cold Chinese. Phoned back again to be told they will just send a refund later when there driver is free so I told them to post the money as I won't be in I wanted to eat and be out with friends. There response was the boss wants the food back so you must be in. Ordered from here 2, 3 times a week and never expected to be treated like this. Now I shall find another place and won't be making an order here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGENS! The online menu doesn’t correspond to the actual food that arrives. The printed menu is also completely different. When I called to try to get an answer on this I was we were in the wrong and they don’t cater to allergens. Then offered my money back off the next order I place. Safe to say that won’t be happening

I have tried every Chinese in Macc and surrounding areas and this is by far the best! Good quality ingredients, Really good value for money and super speedy service. Never judge a book by its cover as they say.

My favourite Chinese by far. The staff are super friendly and the food is excellent.

Ordered for first time here on Saturday , as have struggled to find one good Chinese ! Was so pleased I did the chicken curry was very tasty amd the chicken balls were huge will defo be ordering again

Sent 3 wrong dishes and blamed us. We order from here all the time. Won't be again very disappointing. Time to find a new Chinese

Placed an order at 5.39 pm. It's now 19.05 and still no food. Half an hour ago, they said in a few minutes. Not impressed. Edit : The food, when it came , was actually very good. Perhaps they should change the wait time from 45 mins to 90 mins to avoid more negative reviews.

Fantastic tasting food. Extremely polite service. I always pick up myself as they are nearly always very busy. So delivery times maybe affected by this. I'm sure this will improve over time. 5 star for me based on what I've ordered.

Ordered food at 8pm still waiting at 10.15pm, phoned twice to be told at 9.30pm and 10pm there on there way, food is really nice but waiting times are not very good sometimes 😕

The wait was quite long but food arrived hot which is a bonus most if it was quite tasty and enjoyable but was surprised no king prawns in special szechuan and also no spice whatsoever in salt n pepper dish which I normally love but today the king prawns were well cooked but for salt n pepper dish no chillies at all n no garlic

The best Chinese food I have had in years! no issue with delivery and loved all of the food, we even got some crispy shredded chicken and sauce separated which no one else ever seems to do. The whole family was very happy :)

We ordered meal plan A and chicken foo young.chips I asked for very well done.2 large spring rolls.we rang at 19:15pm told 45mins we got it after I had to call back to find out where it was.it arrived after 1 1/2 hours.everything was dripping wet through. the menus they'd put in were sticky and wet.we had to wipe everything with tea towel. the chips like mashed potatoes.and we thought the prawn crackers didn't taste of anything.just wet soggy.my freind s.shared the meal A I had chicken foo young.and we shared spring rolls.once we got past oilly package it was I would say 7/10 %.maybe try again later in year hopefully we won't have same problems again.
