We live in Sandbach but always drive here to collect after ordering on the phone. The food always tastes fresh and delicious, and the order has always been correct with nothing missing, and they give us free prawn crackers. I can't account for deliveries as they don't deliver to Sandbach but the food is always hot when we get it home. I would highly reccommend.

Waited almost 2 hours for rubbery food that was not fresh and 100% been warmed up in a microwave! Won’t be going here again.

Absolutely awful. The food took 3 hours to come, we got lied to on the phone as to when the delivery driver had left. Once it eventually arrived we phoned for a refund which they declined, I then had the phone put down on me after being very reasonable with them. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Food is ok, I do keep going back afterall. But I wouldn't say it's anything special, the service is good if you go to the shop or collect. Delivery times can be long.

Decided to try a different Chinese takeaway, was very impressed. All of my food delivered fairly quick for a Friday night but wow tasted so lovely, hot and fresh, so much flavour with everything we had , love that the curry is spicy . Deffo will order again, I wouldnt even mind waiting longer for that was lovely

1hr + delay to order, when calling the restaurant to find out where it was, wasn’t clear or helpful. Food has been good before but service definitely lets them down

Terrible, ordered on Just Eat, said an hour to an hour half wait. After a wait we rang. Food wasn’t even cooked, kept telling us to cancel, said we didn’t want to, he said it would be 25minutes wait. We offered to go and pick up, wouldn’t give us a discount on a £40 order, no apologies, customer service terrible, we then got an email so say order cancelled, so rang back to say why have you cancelled, put the phone down and wouldn’t answer our calls. His excuse was he only had one delivery driver on on a Saturday night, ridiculous. Will NEVER use them again, menu has been ripped up, disgusting

Always great food, friendly staff, reasonably priced and good portions

Ordered food to be delivered. It was over 1 hour late. We called to ask where the order was and got told it was still in the kitchen. We then asked if we could add a bag of chips onto the order as it was so late and now we were ravenous. The guy on the phone simply said no can do! Well you definetly get a 0 star rating for your customer service skills. Will not be ordering from yourselves again

Absolutely gorgeous Chinese, the noodle portions are huge, enough to feed a whole family. We usually go for a variety of different dishes then share and it feeds a very hungry family of 4 for around £20. Also there is a discount for collection which is lovely. The bean sprout noodles are the best also the chop suey roll is amazing.

Good quick takeaway food. Pleasant staff and reasonable prices. I use it fairly regularly without any problems.

Went here the first time tonight had a phone call and they were very polite and the delivery service was very quick and the driver was polite and friendly and the food was very delicious would reccomend it to everyone and I would definitely go here again thank you for a lovely meal 😀

Ordered food at 19:50 through Just Eat. After calling at 21:20 I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. I can appreciate that Fridays can be a busy time but 2 hours for food is unacceptable! I cancelled my order and went else where. Terrible service.

Ordered a takeaway from top wok at 6pm. Despite ringing the takeaway 3 times and being assured that although they were very busy, it was on its way. It still didn’t arrive until 4 hours later. Lady on the phone could not care less. I asked how I could cancel as we had ordered through just eat and had prepaid, and at this point she claimed she did not understand despite being able to communicate with me on three occasions before this. Avoid this takeaway at all cost!

We ordered the food at 7.20pm and were told it would be delivered at 8.30, however we didn’t actually get any food until 10.45 - over three hours after we ordered! I called for the first time about 30 minutes after the food was due, only for the lady I spoke to to say that she would check where my order was up to and then immediately hang up on me. My partner then called twice over the next hour or so, and both times the staff were unhelpful and refused to give any info besides always saying it was “already out for delivery” (clearly a lie as the takeaway is less than five minutes drive from our house). My mother then called to see where the food was, and you could hear rustling papers and shouting down the line as they clearly looked for the order they had forgotten - then said it would be another hours wait! In the end they agreed to have it ready in 20 minutes but only if we would collect it ourselves and by this point we were so tired and hungry we said yes. At no point during our interactions with staff were they honest or helpful with us and they never even apologised for the wait. We were never offered any money off or free food or anything. There was a nearly three hour wait before when we ordered delivery from them a few months prior but we wrote it off as a one off and decided to try a delivery again - I wish we hadn’t. When the food arrived it was ok, but there was a hair in it. We decided against trying to deal with anyone at the restaurant again so the online order handling company agreed to speak with them on our behalf. The restaurant have still not apologised or even acknowledged any fault on their part, and haven’t offered any refund or compensation (even for the £1 charge for delivery they never provided!!). Various members of my family regularly ate at top wok until recently, and after this none of us will be returning again. We were very polite and patient with them and they were continually rude, unhelpful and inept - what a waste of both nearly £20 and my time.

I ordered food at 8.30pm i got told it would be only be a hour and 20mins waited untill 10.20pm rang them back they said sorry were busy its going to be at least another 30mins sorry so we cancelled and went without tea.if their too busy they shouldnt accept anymore orders not make you wait this long wouldnt be ordering from their again.i would avoid this place if you want your food at a reasonable time.

Had a takeaway last night first food and service got it within one hour of placing a internet order we would use them again if we need a local takeaway restaurant

Lovely food. I always have their chow mein with sauce. Portions are large enough for 2. Be careful where you park their delivery guys dash off like it's a race.

First visit will be going back very much to our taste

Hi I have to say how disappointing our meal was last night the steak in black bean was far too salty we couldn't eat it we threw it away. but the chicken fried rice was delicious. It kind of spoilt my birthday I was so looking forward to the meal. In the past we have said it's the best I'm hoping this was just a blip.

Good food, large portions. Unfortunately when they tried to deliver to the wrong address (after I put the correct address on the online order form and told them the address over the phone) we received the order ( Over £50 for the whole family) but of course is was only luke warm. I called to complain but apparently it was my fault for not being at my old address and they offered no apology. I didn't ask for a refund I just let them know I wasn't happy. Big shame as I will not order from them again despite the good food and large portions. The young woman I spoke to needs to learn about customer relations.

Had to give this a 1 star otherwise I couldn’t post but my rating would be zero. Placed an order was told it would be 45mins to an hour. After 1hr 10mins rang to see where it was, they had lost the order and were only just starting to prepare it and would be at least another 20mins. So if I hadn’t rang to find out where it was I would have been waiting all night. Cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Would not recommend it at all.

Ordered from “just eat” order was wrong. Rang up to explain person on the other end of the phone “couldn’t understand me”. Not impressed

Good local Chinese takeaway. Generous portion sizes. Local delivery offered at a low price. Will use again.

Best Chinese around. Always lovely food. We order on just eat and never had a complaint. Would recommend!

Not overly impressed. Used to be called Hungs and was good a few years ago. We had 3 fried rice dishes, 1 portion of ribs and chips with curry sauce which was £21. It didn't seem freshly cooked, bit dry and cooked/reheated for a while. Better places locally.

Starter was dry. Green curry was a murky gravy, picked out the meat and chucked the rest away. Only redeeming feature was quick delivery.

The Japanese dumplings were hard and inedible. The shredded beef was stale and the rice was very bland. I called for a refund but was refused one. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT go there if you want a decent meal.
