why say deliverer in 35-40 minutes and then take nearly 2 hours to get here after payment

I ordered the food and was told it would be delivered within an hour and a half which is ridicules. The food was then a future 30 minutes late so from ordering it nearly took two hours for delivery.

Crispy beef, egg fried rice and spring rolls all good. Sweet and sour chicken. Size of tennis balls soggy thick batter. Not enjoyable at all. First visit to this take away probably last

We’ve been waiting 2 hours, they told us it would be 15 minutes about 20 minutes ago and just told us it’s only on its way.

Had to wait over 2 hours from order to delivery, phoned twice trying to find out what was happening. Quality of the food is immaterial if it is going to be this late. No apology, no reason, no future orders

First off, the food was great! The only negative was I ordered via just eat and it took two and a half hours to arrive. I would recommend ordering direct and bypassing justeat 👍🏻

Absolutely awful, received part of the order but they missed half of it and once it arrived it was cold and the food had collapsed into the cardboard boxes, completely inedible. Got a refund for the second part of the order however no apology. This takeaway was for a birthday celebration which was completely ruined.

This is the best chicken fried rice I've ever had and I'm nearly 60 years old so I've had many. Truly is well worth the money and the slight delay 👍

Food was received hot and was probably one of the best takeaways we have had for a while. All elements cooked well and packed with flavour. Salt and pepper chips were crispy rather than soggy too. Only slight negative, and this is being picky, is that it took a little while to arrive. However it was a Sunday night and it did arrive in the estimated delivery window so they achieved what they said, it’s just me being impatient lol.

it never came, I had to ring up and they said someone had called up and change the address which is why it never came. they recooked it and sent it out, we had to wait an extra hour bring it to 11.15pm

The rice and noodles were beautiful, sadly the chicken in both dishes was consigned to the bin, the meat was slimy and poor quality. Won’t order again

We have eaten these prawn dumplings many times but today the do not taste right and I think the prawns were off! Just eat we're not interested at all. Will be contacting the food standards agency if they make us unwell later. Luckily we only ate one

Really disappointed with other order. It arrived on time, was fresh and hot but no taste. The prawn crackers had no prawn taste just dry stale crackers. All the meals were flavourless abd had no taste other than whatever it had been cooked in. Will not be ordering again. Waste if meant £60!

Sweet and sour batter has burnt aftertaste

Dumplings were ok, Spicy Vermicelli was not spicy at all, almost no flavour. Salt and pepper chips were like bad quality oven chips again not nice. Dumplings were alright hence the 2 stars. Also driver instructions ignored resulting in waking up people asleep.

Food was great as always. Delivery arrived in 20 mins, unlike the other reviews on here - couldn’t help but notice they were ordered on Chinese New Year, so I assume that’s why theirs was a longer delivery time! Would 100% recommend :)

Ordered via Uber Eats. Nothing happened after 40 minutes. They called me saying their driver are not able to deliver right now. Asked if I could pick it up by myself. Picked up. They refused to refund my delivery fee. Insane)) weird place, stay away from them

The best. We order from here maybe once a week, and it’s consistently awesome. Are we talking Michelin stars here? Of course not, it’s a takeaway…. but if you want consistently good takeaway food, look no further.

We used this takeaway delivery firstly during lockdown and now it is our favourite Chinese Delivered on time, piping hot, large portions and excellent taste. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Should be 0*. Over 90 mins to get food delivered on a Tuesday night…. When I rang to enquire about where the driver was up to, the lady was rude and put the phone down. Will not be coming back

this place is awful, spent £40+ on food which didn’t even arrive. our food was supposed to be delivered at 7:45 and it’s now 8:53. this is an absolute disgrace. the line is “busy” and we can’t even leave a voicemail. i suppose i’m never getting my money back or my food (which after reading the reviews i’m not actually that disappointed about).

Fantastic Chinese takeaway every time, the food is fabulous and delivery is in a timely manner for a weekend evening.

the food that was sent to us had gone off, the whole order had to go in the bin, it was terrible, i would not feed it to a dog, i sill can not believe how bad the chicken had gone, if we had of eaten it we would have been very ill

I ordered a Chinese on the 29th March for 8pm, eventually at 10:30pm with no update times, it turned up. As it was so late I turned it away. I rang the place and asked for a refund which they said would be done the next day. Well we are now the 9th April and still no refund. I phoned them and said I want the money tonight and as I don't drive I said it needs to be dropped off and was willing to take £1.50 off my money so someone can drop it off. This was at 7pm and yet again my money has still not turned up. Do not use this Chinese. They tell you what you want to hear.

Only did 1 star as won't let me post without 1. This deserves a no star. Do not order from this place, customer service is horrible. Food arrives hours after you have asked for, for them to say nit there fault. Will never ever order from them again
