Owner is very disrespectful, also business looks run down, avoid this place at all costs im surprised the place has got 3 stars honestly people don’t waste your money on this place wouldn’t give the food to the rat running round the back off the business

tried this place on recommendation. must say really pleasantly suprised,I had the set meal but with chicken tikka balti and the wife had the chicken tikka sizzler on nan, really nice and tasty will certainly be back for more , thank you pepper jacks

The chicken tikka masala from here is gorgeous! All the staff are friendly. Great place, highly recommend.

Food order was confirmed at 19:38 food arrived an hour and a half later! absolutely stone cold. Tried to call for half an hour- constantly engaged. Absolutely fuming 😡 will not order from here again

Tasty and fire Donner Sizzler! Definitely a place to grab a bite. improved a lot of the recent years.. Great donner full of meat rather than just fat like u get at these other takeouts! Definitely recommend!

Absolute garbage food was cold and was short rang up politely only to get told to f**k off and they’d come round my house avoid these cowboys like the plague which the chicken looked like it had lived through. How people like this are aloud to opperate is beyond me

Quite quick but pizza overdone and not very warm salad literally just shredded lettuce and tomatoes and the cheese cake frozen solid .. the delivery man was lovely though !!!

The delivery driver was polite and most of the food tasted alright. But first it was delayed by 10 mins (fair enough, they did notify me in good time) but it actually took about 30 mins to show up, the mushroom bhaji wasn't good and the naan bread was borderline inedible. Will not be coming back and do not recommend.

Burgers were incredibly dry with no salad or sauce. No options to add these were given and when we rang up we were told (rather rudely) we should have requested them in the comments box. That's generally not what that box is for and items like ketchup at the very least are usually a given. Absolutely shocking. Would not recommend.

Food was just as described and delicious, was quoted 9.20 pm delivery time when placing order however arrived at 8.55pm ok for us as we were home waiting for it but not so good if you were planning to be home in time for stated time

I ordered a set menu for one and a bottle of diet coke. The food arrived on time and was tasty. One niggle was the fact that the lad delivering the order had forgotten the drink and when he returned he brought normal coke not diet! Couldn't be bothered to correct the mistake. Still...the food was nice.

Food arrived on time but when delivery driver arrived he just tipped the delivery bag and got me to get the bags out of it with my food in which were hot to touch. The food was hot and very tasty we highly recommend the peri peri chicken.

Ordered Pizza and Chips and Cheese 2x Cans of Coke. Pizza was Hot but Chips were stone Cold the cheese wasn't even melted..called up and they were struggling on what to do next to solve my issue..then it take another 20mins for chips and cheese to come...I got recommended to go here and it's bloody awful! Would not waste your money on them...

Added extra time in delivery and was still half hour late after that. Nor impressed. Would rather they say right from the off how log or at least amend it when they know! Don't like having to call to chase up my meal. And not even a cheeky little freebie as an apology!

The order was meant to arrive at 21.30 but arrived 22.40. It only arrived after I rang up to complain. Some toppings were missed off full house pizza and the others were virtually tasteless. Will not be ordering from them again.

Very odd, ordered the same hot pathic I did 2 days ago only for the mildest curry I've eaten for years to turn up. Really mild, would be fine for someone who likes no heat at all but not what I ordered. How can food be so different with a 2 day gap?

Always visited pepper jacks but never again - kid who delivered short changed us and blatantly knew it as he ran off to to car. Don't mind giving a tip but not when we're blatantly being robbed. Never going to order from here again. Poor

Poor quality. Pizza Stone cold and undercooked. There is no option for salad and sauce on burgers.

Chips were cold, both burgers were on a hard, dry bap. Tikka burger with just chicken on, which was dry, i dont think they even looked @ a piece of lettuce never mind salad.......the can of rio was warmer than the food

Took 1.5 hours to arrive and I had to call to chase up the order. Food was cold when it finally arrived. When I called I heard the girl on the phone ask a colleague if the order had been sent and he said to her "I'm not sure" very poor

Item missed off order. Restaurant did bring it after I called but it was still the wrong thing . They have offered a free item on next order . Not sure if I'll be collecting . Food was otherwise we'll cooked and apart from this one issue I'm satisfied

Love the food from here but could do with more meat on the kebabs as there a bit pricey

no problems in the past, but delivery driver did not follow instructions and so failed to deliver at first attempt. When I phoned about my order, I was told that the order would be re processed, so I would have my order within half an hour. within 5 minutes, the delivery arrived... it was only just about warm and had to be reheated in the microwave. Not a happy customer... will think twice about ordering again.

Chose specific delivery time of 2100 yet arrived at 2035. Food was absolutely fantastic!

Been using for a long time with no problems with anything will always recommend as food is great but last two times ive ordered they have forgotten my drink and have had to wait for it. And the guy who delivered said I didnt order one and it was clearly at the top of the recipt.

We ordered £40 worth of food they said a hour, hours and half later we phoned to see how long it was going to be, they said they have given our order to the wrong customer so we would have to wait another hour... With no discount,apologies nothing!

A sub par take away experience. No salad & no obvious way to add this at checkout due to the overly large menu structure. The large burger was accompanied with only a minimal topping, which would have only just been acceptable with the regular selection. Have used in the past without issue, but we won't be returning in a hurry.
